Posted 18 years agoSo, is there still no way to delete your submissions? I mean, I don't exactly HATE clutter, but I'd rather not have both editions of User Friendly on my account at the same time. And I want to delete the RTF versions so that I can uploaded the packet-format into my scraps without having it in both my gallery AND scraps...

A Change in User Friendly
Posted 18 years agoDuring my absence from FA, I've been working and reworking User Friendly. I noticed that, despite my best earlier efforts, there were still many inconsitincies in it. Spelling was off, some of the rules didn't work or were unessecarily confusing, things like that.
So, in a few moments, I will be proud to present to you User Friendly, 2nd Edition. Really it works the same, though is streamlines to read better and be more easily understood.
Although, interestingly enough, I actually ended up with MORE pages then the last version I uploaded... Huh.
FOR THOSE OF YOU USING THE RTF VERSION;
Instead of uploading the solid book and trying to make it work page wise, I've decided to cut the chapters into smaller packets. These packets will be uploaded (backwards, so that they read in the correct order once uploaded) into my scraps. This is what I will be doing with every literary project I upload from now on.
So, in a few moments, I will be proud to present to you User Friendly, 2nd Edition. Really it works the same, though is streamlines to read better and be more easily understood.

First of all, I apologize for my sudden inactivity. This means that I haven't responded to any thank you's and I haven't commented on anyone's work. For that, I am deeply, deeply apologetic.
Secondly, there is a good reason that I haven't been here. Well, it isn't exactly a good thing, but it does explain my absence. After all, it's rather difficult to get your hands on the internet while you're busy being in jail.
Yes, that's right. I was arrested a couple of months ago. What I did was wrong, very stupid, and had piss-poor timing; but no, I really feel like getting into it right now. At any rate, I was quickly released, and instead placed on house arrest until my trial, which was earlier today. I am now on probation, and can once again begin interacting with the outside world.
So please don't feel as if I have been neglecting you.
TODAY'S ASK ME ANYTHING ANSWERS:
Would you please describe your ideal furry friend/bed partner?, by Foxystallion.
Um... Well, hells. I don't know. I mean, I know, but I don't know exactly how to put it down into words. I want pretty much what most people look for in a friend or lover; compassion, understanding, trust. But I suppose, for me, it's a little different. I...have very low self-esteem. All I need is for that person to say that they love me to make me happy, even if (no matter on how low a subconscious level) I know they don't mean it.
Life hands you a lemon, what do you do with it?!
Also, where do you go when time goes by?, by Lina_Loaded.
I cut that lemon open and squeeze out its juices onto someone's open sores. Or maybe I just make lemonade out of it. You never know what evil plots I might be coming up with next. }:^)

-Insert Dream Sequence Here-
So, it was one of those dreams were you wake up and THINK that you're awake in real life. I got up, and went on FA. I saw that they had a new "News" section, which for some reason possessed a section pertaining to deaths within the fandom. Don't ask me how they could keep track of that, but they did.
Only to see my mate was listed under "Suicides"! *wails*
And the whole thing was just fucking weird and horrible, because it also involved
edge this guy. Don't ask me why; we don't know each other. I watched his account a while back, but we've never interacted since then.
What happened was that my mate had tried to watch him, or talk to him, or...something of a friendly nature, I'm not sure anymore. And Edge completely shut him down, in one a rather horrible manner. I know my mate better than this, but his dream self within me lost it and went off to kill himself.
And since it was a dream, I totally believed he had done it; even several minutes after I ACTUALLY woke up... Gods, I've only felt like crying that bad once, and that was when we broke up the first time. *crawls into a corner*

So the first thing I did this morning was jump on to FA. I just HAD to know that it wasn't true. And here's the good news. I logged in to found out that he just watched my account! ^^ I'm just overjoyed that it was all in my horrid imagination.
I blame it on the spicy Wendy's chicken I ate just before bed last night. XP

Posted 18 years agoOkay, I just went through the RTF format of the Core Rules Book, and TRIED to get a working table of contents in there. Now, I havfe no idea whether it will work or not. It does on mine, but I was also viewing it through a combination/hybrid of both Microsoft Word and Wordpad.

Every day I'll chose a new question to answer and put it in my journal. It'll become like a "TV show", or something of that nature. Only, in a journal instead...

Wolf's Den Industries; An Explaination
Posted 18 years agoWell, I told you I'd talk about WDI, so I will. :3
I own Wolf's Den Industries; I made it, after all. Guess that pretty much makes me the president. Of an empty company... Yeah, there aren't any other members as of yet, but I hope to change that in the future!
So, just what IS Wolf's Den Industries? Well, WDI is an entertainment company; music, writing, poetry, gaming, the works. That's what it exists for, to provide entertainment to the masses. I built the company out of my philosophy that entertainment is one of the basic necessities of human LIFE.
But I also believe that things necessary to live, should not come at a cost to you. After all, if you look at it, that's EXACTLY paying someone else for your right to live.
As such, Wolf's Den Industries provides entertainment over the internet, free of cost.
Yeah, that's pretty much it. XP

Another Entry
Posted 18 years agoSO, yeah, I just put up two new poems. Bunch of shite if you ask me, but, meh. People TELL me that my stuff is good, so I guess I'll keep doing it until they stop.
So, I really hate updating blogs. I never know what to say, and I never know if anyone actually gives a crap and reads at all. But I suppose, if I'm going to have it, I might as well use it. Be a bit of a waste of server space, otherwise.
What to say...?
Well, I do have a new project in the works. I'm working on a new MMOPRG, which has no name yet. If you want to know stuff about it, go check my last two entries in my live journal. I'm not going to repeat myself like that.
But this does remind me; I am going to need to get artists (music, 3D modelling, concept art), voice actors, scriptors, writers, etc, for it. However, I'm running this game as close as possible as I do to any of my Wolf's Den Industries projects. I'm not going to make any money off of it, and any money that is raked in goes to keeping server space bought and improving the site. This means that I can't really pay anyone for their work, but I can give them recognition amongst the online gaming community. Which would in turn lead to being hired by the larger companies, who CAN pay you.
In my case, you'd simply be doing this for the fans, for the gamers, without forcing them to pay for entertainment. I uterly disdain the very idea of having to pay for entertainment, which I consider to be a required factor for human LIFE (existence is another matter), and perhaps ever scorn, a little, those who do such. But, this game is going to shy away from that. The explainations for that are in my LJ.

I...CANNOT...get onto a website such as...Fur Affinity for being "Pornography"...
But DeviantArt is COMPLETELY acceptable. >_>
I...CANNOT...get onto Kingdom of Loathing (not that it matters anymore, since I can't remember my username AND password...)
But I CAN get on to www.pholph.com to read Jack.

Posted 18 years agoSeriously. That's a lot of pics to put up at once, I know. But I'm trying to tear myself away from DA as fast as possible, so I'm pretty much going ot be uploading craploads of stuff at once. Just skip over it, if you want, it's all old stuff anyway.
New Story
Posted 18 years agoI've moved a couple of things from my DA account over here, and put them into my scraps. Basically, they're background information on a new story I've been meaning to write. It's basically a modern/fantasy story, about a group of hidden people who conduct battles between their clans.
