36 hour pass...yay!
General | Posted 15 years agoWe finally reached the pass we've been so eagerly awaiting for the past 11 weeks...dank have to cut it short...food's here..
So I paid for Eric (my ex but its complicated) to come down and my 36 hour pass with me. Best decision I made. We had so much last night at the bars and clubs. I needed some gay culture again...haven't seen much of it in the infantry so far. We ended up at the atlanta eagle...so much better than the ny version...and of course...there was a costume party...as well as bondage demos being done...and as always I happily volunteered myself diving head first into the activities...it also helped that the Sir in charge of the rope works was omg drop dead hot...always had a hard time saying no to a hot guy with rope. I had Eric bring down my camera for the weekend so we got some great shots of both us during our demonstration with Sir Allen. As always I asked my hundred questions on his rope work to add on to my knowledge...I learned a new technique *awesome rpg sound effect* spider web. I found it an appropriate choice he used since he was dressed as venom for part of the night. I always wanted to learn to make a good sturdy web...it's more for the show than it is for the actual application.
So all night was spent getting to know the atlanta leather crowd with Eric. Im really happy he's become more social from when I first met him. I sorta trough him into the leather community like I was a year ago, expecting and hoping he'd find his way. Not only has he been social he's gotten more involved than I nav since I left. I find myself scratching my head from time to time wondering who he's referring to. I'll be honest that I'm a lttle jealous but I can't help but be happy that he's so happy.
Ah it's that time where I have to bow out till next time. I hope everyone is well and that you all had fun at fur fright!

Day 25 - Frisbee!
General | Posted 15 years agoNothing's more fun than playing ultimate frisbee with 15 other jocks in 101 degree weather...except the shirtlessness...hmmm that sounds gay...but isn't acceptable weather to play shirtless?
Day 26 - The Logic of my Sergents
General | Posted 15 years agoMy recruiters truly think that one session a week will get us ready for bootcamp, true story...and all it consists of, is a mile jog, about 50 push-ups, sit-ups to fail, and some warm ups.........that's it........
Now, they KNOW I'm at the gym at least every other day...not because I have trainers sign off, but because they see me there! They still bitch when I don't make it to PT...saying that I wont be ready...seriously? It's maybe a decent sweat doing their session.
At least in the end today I got some of the gang to go to the eagle... ^_^.

Day 27 - The Deadly Sport Called Dodgeball
General | Posted 15 years agoAh so I finally got
maxwellpup to join me at the gym with Eric, yay! Hope he's not too sore...
So yea about the deadly sport called dodgeball...holy shit! I recently signed up in a league at my gym, which thankfully I'm almost done with...We couldn't FIND the official dodgeballs (yes there's a difference, it doesn't take a tooth out)...what sick twisted son of a bitch hid the balls is what I wanted to know!! We ended up using the old style kick balls from the play ground recess...remember those?
We'll imagine around thirty people from 21 (eric) to 46 (some random guy) launching those balls at each other, at speeds you were never able to achieve in forth grade. We'll I didn't find out for long...because withing the FIRST minute, the FIRST throw, I hyper extended the muscles in the my leg in the stance I took...epic fail...falling to the ground in the most DRAMATIC way possible...at least I took someone out with it...

Day 29 - Locker Room Etiquette
General | Posted 15 years agoI woke up to an interesting surprise, that I can't stress enough how much I hated, to Eric's black lab licking my face...over and over...That ordeal would NOT be listed in my category of favorite ways to wake up.
YAY! I finally made it to the gym...at 9 pm...hey it was still a work out even though it was only an hour, and I even ran into some old friends...
I'm sorry, I thought there was like something (I think called manners?)...or was I mistaken?
and I think this link helps with PROPER gay locker room etiquette...which was NOT shown tonight...

Thursday night bar
General | Posted 16 years agoDidn't have time to post this for the last few days.
On thursday night I went out to The Eagle in NYC. Coincidentally,
Ethanhusky was planning on going as well, so we decided to meet at the bar. I managed to get Earl to go with me (thanks ^_^), not really the place I'd want to go without someone...ha! The night had a ton of stories that I'll probably never forget.
However before that, I attended a ten year reunion for my middle-school class. It wasn't an official reunion, just a bunch of the class sending out a global invite to the class of 2000. It...was interesting, I was able to meet some of the old crew and it was great. You'd think people personalities would change a bit, that they'd mature...wrong. That's the mistake I thought when I saw Jacky. Now the best part is no one recognized me. She walks over to my friends who I'm talking to and butts her fat ass is, and gives everyone a hug, except me.
The conversation goes as follows in the breezeway of The Shannon Rose. Be happy, I'm finally getting my voice as people would say.
Leo: Hey jacky.
Jacky: ...
Steph: Oh jacky, you remember Leo.
Jacky: *Turns, looks me up and down with disgust, and turns back to her friends.
Now I never had a problem with her, she just always had an air about her that she was better than everyone. So I figured, what the hell do I have to loose ^_^.
As I walk by her into the restaurant in front of everyone in a nice loud, deep voice.
Leo: Well I see SOMEONE's still a stuck-up bitch.
Completely shocking the entire room that went silent because I've never been a confrontational person, but I wasn't about to let that one go ^_^. The laughter from the friends I was with, and the look on her face of anger...priceless.
I was only there for about 30 minutes or so.
The first part of the night however was filled with nothing frustration. Earl and I missed the train by 5 seconds! Even better, we get to the city, it's minus balls outside, and we can't get a taxi. We waiting for at least 10 minutes, and still no taxi. So we decide to walk. Every time the lights turns I tried to waive a taxi down, and still nothing, which was pissing me off because it was making us late. I told Ethan we'd be there at 10, it was going on # cool. Finally we got a driver...three blocks away...I didn't care, it was 20 degrees outside. He said it'd be easy to spot them since his BF
jackalkun (Aiden) was wearing his dog hood. Which made it easy to spot when we got there. You'd think at THAT bar there'd be more than 1 dog hood...no. I met Aiden, yay ^_^, and he had us laughing all night. They're great guys, and they make such a great couple!
There wasn't any uncomfortable situations I hoped there wouldn't be. We~~ll, that's not exactly true. I had an encounter with a leather daddy.
For those who DON'T know, if you're seen by yourself at The Eagle, more so, on leather night (If you didn't know by now, I'm into leather *evil grin*) and you're 23, expect to be approached, and that's exactly what I told everyone. The game plan was we stick as a group and no one would approach us, apparently being in numbers scare off would be predators. Now, Earl and I are good friends and we'd have each others back in any situation, and we all agreed to watch out for each other. We were in the middle of a game of pool, and this leather daddy kept...circling, if you would, waiting for the weakest of the group to be alone...ME! Well, Earl left my side for just a minute to go get drinks, and BAM he swooped in. He tried to start a conversation with me, which was harmless talk (or so I thought since I'm naive). It ended up with him trying to make a move on me, and Earl swooping in at the last possible moment making it seem like we were a couple, HA! DAMMIT EARL for taking so long...but thank you! He said "serves you right for taking your shirt off (but it was hot in there...hmm)."
During Aidens attempt at breaking, he broke the light above the pool table. Glass shattered everywhere, either way, it was a great break ^_^. Even with some major wardrobe malfunctions all around, I think the night went pretty well.
But this is the best part! On the way home we're all on the train, and Earl is standing in front of me, facing me, while I'm sitting. A guy on the opposite side, leans over and somewhat throws up. Earl has a low tolerance for that, and I knew if he saw it, he'd be done.
Leo: Earl, trust me on this, please, don't turn around. Just keep your eyes on me.
Earl: Why?
Leo: Earl, trust me, just shut up and trust me.
Earl: Fine, you can't tell me?
At that point, the guy leans over again and throws up. He didn't wretch, so all you heard was it hitting the floor. Earl finally hearing this has a look across his face
Earl: I know that sound anywhere.
I turn to see Ethans expression who's sitting right beside me...Priceless. And he started counting aloud how many times this guy kept vomiting. The train stops and we run off, and he's still counting (The count was 5 when we left the car), and we're trying not to laugh. There were 3 guys that were about to board that car, and I said "Hey, don't go in there!" That was enough for them as they ran with us two cars over. I explained what had happened and they were grateful they didn't walk in on it. I couldn't stop laughing remembering Earl's and Ethan's expressions.
As usual I didn't drink (well I had 1 beer, which had me buzzed for most of the night...curse my incredibly low tolerance to alcohol!), so I drove home at 430 (I was fine to drive!).
