Last week my boyfriends grandfather passed away and he asked me to come to the wake and funeral for emotional support. Knowing he was still hurting I stayed over the weekend to spend more time with him and make sure he ate, got out, etc. And knowing me if I brought my work I would have been distracted from him and everything so I wanted to give him my full attention.
This week should be normal save for Thursday, which is my birthday. I might be out that day, not sure yet.
I am close to 30. Its weird.[Actual Delay]

I'll be attending a wake Thursday evening and the funeral the following morning.

General | Posted 7 years agoDue to a coming death in my boyfriends family I've been over his house this weekend for emotional support. It sadly is all coming to head so I'll be heading home soon and try to get more sketches done.

EDIT: So I just got home, like 2 hrs after my initial post. I left my keys in my boyfriends car so I had to wait for someone to bring me my spare. Would have just left my car but I have work in the morning

General | Posted 7 years ago They've been causing me more problems lately and due to someone trying to chargeback for a month old sale I think it's time to retire all my bases.
I'll make an official post tomorrow and give a discount for them but by this coming Monday I will no longer be selling my bases. Sorry if you've bought them recently at full price. No I won't refund you the amount.
In regards to this last week, I'm sorry for being awol. I can't say it on twitter but I've been aggressively planning a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. I've been taking my commission free time for this but I hate not doing commissions either. If you're interested hit me up next week. I'll be doing a promo post for commissions once the party and dust settles.

Sorry for the delays on note replying. As I said I'm usually out every weekend at my boyfriends house and while he has internet that time is basically my days off, as I also have a day job during the week.

I'm caught up on what I owe so I won't be taking any new commissions until after July 9th.

Iron Artist was kinda a flash sale month kinda thing, hence the lower prices.

I'm super burnt out and want to finish what I have before last minute orders come in.
I'll be taking the first week of June off to rest up since my job will also be out for the summer and I'll post out what I'll be offering for June. I have already hit my money goal so I won't be taking near as many commissions. Chibis is the goal but I'm going to make sure what I want to do looks good before offering slots for them.

So far everyone has gotten their commissions at worst a day before it was due. I'm proud of myself for that.

I have 6 commissions left (2 are pending currently) so any WIPs that got sent out in the last day will be worked to finish in the next 2 days and hopefully get the last half of the WIPs out.

So I need to get back in that groove soon.
I'll be choosing 3 people at random.
As you comment I'll reply with a random number and then later today (around 8PM PST) I'll do a random number gen and whoever's number is chosen or is closest I'll do a sketchy of them.
When commenting at the very least please leave the reference sheet for your character and what expression you would like.
It doesn't need to be in color but it does need to be clear and easy to see.

Ordered some charm designs from ZapCreatives earlier this month so I'm hoping they come before tomorrow so I can bring them to the con to wear with my badge. And if not, I'm still excited.
