Posted 3 years agoAfter an extremely long hiatus from this site, I am back. I have work to share, so expect that over the next few days/weeks.
But for now, here is a life update.
Stryker and I have settled in Colorado ever since he was medically retired from the Marine Corps. I had still been working for petsmart, but left during the later half of my pregnancy (sucked to leave but management made a job I once loved into a hell hole). That's right, this hamster is a mom now! As of just over two months ago, we had a sweet little baby girl! No pictures will be shared here, sorry. Now I am a stay at home mom and am looking to restart my commissions. I've improved greatly over the past few years and I even have an embroidery machine now, so hoodies and kigus will have much cleaner faces on the hoods.
So yeah, keep an eye out for work being posted and I look forward to being back!

FURSUIT PARTS:
Grey wold ears and tail - $80
The ears are carved foam and have two alligator clips each. They have fleece for the inner ear and sport two shades of grey punky muppet fur.
The tail is made from the same darker grey punky muppet. It measures about 32" long. The loop is fur to help keep it hidden while wearing it. The loop is large enough to fit a wide belt.
I am asking $80+shipping, but am open to other offers.

I know I am not the most active person on here, but I am trying to get better about posting my work. However for the rest of August, you might not hear or see much from me. I am moving in a little over a week and might not be able to work on anything for a while. I would like to be able to get settled and have everything set up nicely since my amazing boyfriend is letting me take over one room as a work space.
I will still be checking fA for messages and such, so you sre more than welcome to comment and message. I actually love hearing from everyone.

Posted 9 years agoI would greatly appreciate it if some of my amazing followers would help spread this around. I have a bunch of fursuit bandanas for sale. Asking $20 each
the scents on the scented bandanas is supposed to last 60 washes per the fabric's manufactures information.
Pockets on bandanas are large enough to hold a Nexus 5 (the largest phone I have recently seen)
*ONE pink sugar scented cupcakes and sprinkles bandana. Has hand sewn beads to look like sprinkles on the tip of the bandana. The sprinkles fabric that backs it smells like pink sugar.

Posted 9 years agoFeeling pretty proud of myself right now. I've been making some real progress on my commissions and not taking /forever/ on things. Today Shirox came to pick up his fursuit partial and I'm so gald that he loves it. I just wish I could have got his jaw to move properly.
Next up, I have a body suit and a kigu to make. Followed by repairs and possible updates to the mate's suit and maybe my own.
I would really like to make a pre-made partial to put up for sale at our local anime con, but I am unsure as to what I should make. I was thinking either a house cat like a calico, or a wolf. Any thoughts, my lovely watchers?

Posted 9 years agoI'm still trying to upload everything I've done and received over the past few years. I've been doing my best to stop procrastinating on things and really get my business going. I want to thank everyone for their patience with me.
I have a bit more to upload and will hopefully get that done over the next for days.
I am also down to my last three commissions. Once I am down to one, I will be re-opening commissions for kigus, and maybe fursuit parts. I do have a personal project I would very much like to work on, as well.

How would you feel about the pricing being slightly higher and having much nicer, and higher quality glass eyes? Someone I follow on Instagram does the most beautiful glass work and is willing to work with me on making eyes for my plush.

Posted 10 years agoI know I said commissions wouldn't open till beginning of September, but I'm ina financial pickle and am opening commissions a week or so ahead of when I planned. All kinds of my art are open. Hats, scarves, plush (crochet and sewn), fursuit parts, fursuits, fursuit accessories, badges, ref sheets, full body, chibi, etc.
Seeing as I need the money, I'm honestly thinking of doing some sort of pay what you want for most of it.

Fursuits - heads, partials, fulls, feet paws, hand paws, etc

So I'm thinking of opening commissions for art/plushies/fursuits/badges/etc after Hoshi con. Maybe like August?. I'd only be able to take on a few as I currently have arrangements with one of my best friends to make her and her family some fursuits.
Badges will almost always be open as they are pretty easy and fun. They're also good practice for larger pieces.
larger art pieces will likely be open before fursuit and plush commissions.
Plushies - I want to make at least two more plushies before I really start commissioning them.
Fursuits - feetpaws will almost always be open as they are fun and easy to make. I don't understand why a lot of makers don't like feetpaws. lol I'm hoping these next few heads that I'm working on will give me enough practice for me to be really confident in my abilities to make and sell them.
So yeah, I'm hoping to use this as a bit of a feeler post to see what people would possibly be interested in.

So I think everyone should go check out Her art is super cute and her prices are really reasonable. It would mean the world to me if some of y'all wanted to commission her. She's in a super tight spot and could use the help. Her commissions are open and she never rushes her work.

Posted 10 years agoYes, I feel like this journal is now needed. I am NOT a creep. I do not touch random people's butts. I will not touch a stranger's butt. Rescue's nickname my be 'The Butt Touch Hamster' but that does not mean I will touch everyone's butt. ITS A JOKE! Its a joke between my friends and me. Its not a secret that I quite like butts. I love working my security job at this time of year just because its college baseball season. Men in tight pants with nice butts are quite delightful to watch. Do I touch their butts? NO. Would I want to? NO. Why? I do not know them. That would be super weird, creepy, and way out of line. Do I touch butts? Yes. Whose butts? My friends' butts. ONLY my friends' and my boyfriend's butts. I will NEVER touch a butt of stranger. That is so not okay. I'm getting really sick of having to explain this. And the person who made my badge should not have to deal with idiots over this either. Kindly refrain for messaging her. That is not okay. She was kind enough to incorporate the joke into the badge for me, no one should go to her about how its wrong and blah blah blah. No one should be messaging me about it either. Please don't make me regret sharing this joke with you. I thought this community was more accepting than this. I do not understand how it is okay for the majority of the community to be into breasts and gay sex but one girl cannot like butts. I am not sure how much more obvious I can make it that the whole butt touch thing is a joke.
