Today I've woken up to some incredibly sad news. creepypastaslayer's brother thesupersmashbro has confirmed that creepypastaslayer has passed away after a stab wound to the heart.

This is not what I wanted to wake up to this morning and I'm left rather devastated by this news. And thus James the Lucario, Joey the Riolu and Foxie the Braixen all in their wellies are left without an owner. May he rest in peace and thanks for the wonderful stuff you've done for my server.

It's my birthday tomorrow but ya know what, I'll stick this up a little early so happy early birthday to me!

This has been my first full year on this site and even if 2020 has been a rather unfortunate year with what's been going on in real life, it has at least been a good year for me with my Pokémon OC’s (Noivern, Hawlucha, Jay and Meowzie who I hope to expand on more in the new year), running my first art event (The Pokémon Rain Boots Festival which will be back next year) and making all sorts of friends.

Let’s wear our wellies and puddle jump and squelch our way to an even more fun new year!

You may remember the very poll I put up a few days ago asking if you would like to take part in an art event I was planning to do? I had done this on Twitter as well to see if anyone was intrested (apologies to anyone on Fur Affinity who missed out).

Now as most of the votes were mostly Yes and Maybe I would like to happily announce that this event will go on ahead and that I have also come up with a name for it.

Welcome to The Pokémon Rain Boots Festival or ポケモンレインブーツフェスティバル if you're Japanese. You'll certainly know it's Pokémon related as I was able to do a quick image today (or at least if you go on either Twitter or DeviantArt anyway): it's Raichu jumping up and down in a puddle wearing his own pair of wellies complete with a thunder-bolt on it. Yes I know it's not perfect but than again I'm never too great at drawing anyway.

This is an event that will be taking part on not just Twitter but also DeviantArt too and hopefully things may go smoothly depending on the scenario. I hope to have more details come May time so come back soon and until then I'll see you next time welly-wearers!

Hey there welly-wearers! For the past couple of days I have been interested in running an art event. Don't ask why (as I myself have never been good at doing art myself) but it's been stuck in my head recently.

I was inspired by a Japanese art event called #ポケモンと梅雨 (Pokémon and the Rainy Season) which was a event focusing on Pokémon having some fun during the rainy season and I want to try and do something similar to that.

The event would be focuses on various Pokémon and also the rainy season but resolving around another thing: rain boots/wellies. Basically the event would be about Pokémon wearing rain boots/wellies on a rainy day and doing all sorts of things like jumping up and down in puddles or getting into a muddy situation.

But before I can go ahead and properly announce it, I am interested to see if anyone on here would be interested to see an event like that or even participate.

All you have to do is click both links at the top (if you have a Twitter or DeviantArt account as I don't think there is a poll option on Fur Affinity which is unfortunate) and select if you are interested in taking part or not.

I'm hoping to have it take place around the rainy day season in Japan (near June or July) and more info may be announced soon but that's only if it goes ahead which I can't make any promises on.

As you all know Pokemon Day also marks the anniversary of the game that started it all: Red & Blue which was released way back in 1996 in Japan on this very day although America didn't get it until two years later on September 28th 1998. This year the franchise turns 24 years old and next year will be the big 25th.

It has helped brighten up my childhood and even during the darkest times of my life whether it be through the video game, the anime series or even the mangas and I'm very grateful to the franchise for introducing me to many memorable Pokemon, many of which have become my favourite (Noivern for example).

Since the requested Chikorita story did pretty well, I have received two new requests on DeviantArt in terms of making stories. The first is by crashed668 who wants a story about Cinderace wearing wellies/rain boots and the other is by tokiyoshi-senkou who requested a story about Charizard getting stuck in the mud.

I have been starting work on both of these stories and they shall be up on here and DeviantArt once they are finished.
