Tips on how to handle selling adopts?
General | Posted 3 years agoI'm making some adopts for fun and to practice character design. I just don't know how to sell them. I think I'll post them on ToyHou.se to be able to transfer ownership, but then I don't know where to post as a main selling spot, here on FA, on dA? Or are there any other alternatives? I'll take paypal and check ko-fi as payment methods but I'll also be checking out boosty.

I have created a (technically two; one vanilla, one extreme) new tier on my SubscribeStar. It's a tier where you get a monthly simple sketch (which just means that it doesn't have any background) if you're subscribed with that tier. I'll be messaging anyone that's on that tier at the end of the month.
Additionally, if I manage to reach a hundred dollars a month, I'll start holding pinup polls, where the top tiers (still deciding if it'll be the top four or two) choose which characters goes on the poll each month and everyone get to vote to decide which character gets a full-colour pinup drawn.
I have also decided that my pictures will be posted a month earlier on SubStar ´rather than two weeks.

Censoring my art (opinion needed!)
General | Posted 3 years agoHello hello, people. I've decided to start censoring my nsfw art where I post it for free (here, pillowfort, pixiv, etc). Everything will be available uncensored on my SubscribeStar.
But I don't want to make it look too terrible, while also making it clear that it's been purposefully censored. This is what I'd like your opinion on; how I'll censor it. I've made some alternatives, and posted them on gDrive. Besides these methods I've used (various options that comes with CSP) I'm open to other alternatives as well.

Tier 1 (1USD)

Tier 2 (5USD)

Tier 3 (8USD)

Kinktober-like challenges over the year?
General | Posted 4 years agoI'm trying to find some challenges to maybe fill one or three thigns from. You know, loose challenges, where it's no pressure to fill them.
I'm putting into my calendar to look up prompts (since I was late to kinktober last year I'd like to be on top of things this time around) for Kinktober the month before and Julycanthropy in June. I'll move Goretober to Gorevember, I think. I did Gagtober a couple years ago but I might, if I use it, move it to another month. Gagpril? Gagust? I'm currently looking into Mermay. (Almost everything is in October, what's with that.)
If anyone have any suggestions of things to look into, that'd be lovely.

💠Payment is expected within 48 hours after the invoice has been sent.
💠I take both SFW and NSFW commissions.
💠I only make big changes during the sketch stage. Minor are alright during lineart, but not once I have started colouring.
💠Commissioners can re-upload the image with credits given to myself.
💠You are not allowed to change, modify or trace my works.
💠You are not allowed to remove my signature or watermark.
💠My artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own. You may use your commission non-commercially.
💠You may not make edits to the artwork and claim as your own.
💠My artwork is not permitted to be used as NFT's or to train AI.
💠Ensure you send me clear references of the character. It would be great if you added a little bit about their personality as well so I can more accurately depict them. If any details of the character isn't visible in the references or if you want to ensure I don't miss an easy-to-miss detail, feel free to mention it.
💠I will share the images on my social media, but you can remain anonymous if you prefer.
💠Do not rush me; I only have so much time where I can work on art.
💠If you request a rush job, the price will go up by 30%.

The Warmth Inside is a short fic where a yuan-ti fucks an unconscious elf. Somnophilia seems to be a big thing for me at the moment.
I have several fics laying around just waiting to be edited, and then they'll also be popping up. I'll be posting them on here as well, but the fics I write will always be posted on AO3 first of all.

I'll be seeing if I'll be posting my shit-posts there instead of on twitter (random headcanons, 3am thoughts, low-brain fics, etc) because twitter don't actually like the nsfw stuff, does it? Thankfully I have all of my past stuff on dreamwidth (skitock) as well but annnyway. Writing some low-pressure, low-thought stuff might help me get back in the swing of writing again, I'm hoping.

General | Posted 5 years agoIt sure is frustrating when the thumbnails you add to stories posted in the past turn out ot be too small to be readable. And they don't show when the submission is opened, either. I just wanted to not have to write warnings in the titles, but I can't remove those, apparently :/ Is that something that can get better with future tries? I've saved the thumbnails I made for them so I can try again but is there a point in trying?
