Update on how I'm doing since the fire
Posted a year agoIt's been roughly a month and 2 weeks since the complex fire, so I figured I'd give a status update on how I'm doing.
Me, my mom, my brother, and pet rabbit are all fine. Insurance is ready to make the loss claim, and cleanup crews after the fire were able to recover a significant amount of our belongings thanks to our apartment being away from the extreme heat. The worst that happened was extensive water damage and asbestos contamination, which means anything fabric or paper had to be left behind for reasons regarding to risk of health (asbestos is scary stuff.)
Sadly it means all of the art I made in school and while bored are contaminated and unsafe to bring out, so all I have left are the pictures I took and / or uploaded to FA.
We'll probably be fully on our feet by the end of the month or the start of September once we make the claim.

Apartment Complex caught major fire
Posted a year agoMy apartment complex caught on fire majorly to the point a significant portion of the 3rd floor was completely incinerated. My apartment was on the 1st floor (1 above ground floor) and a fair distance from the source of the fire, but the heat was already getting intense by the time me and my family fled downstairs and outside. We're currently at a hotel thanks to Red Cross, but the future is uncertain right now.
The suspected cause of the fire currently was an unattended BBQ, according to what other tenants from the 3rd floor were saying.
3 casualites have already been confirmed. 2 people and 1 dog.

Update on things
Posted 3 years agoI Voluntarily Released from Basic Training back on December 7th after I realized the military lifestyle wasn't for me, and I was officially released on January 11th. Right now I'm just trying to figure things out from here.
I will be leaving for Basic Training soon.
Posted 3 years agoI was selected for enrollment a couple months ago, and as such I will be leaving on November 28th. I will be almost 100% inactive on this website during the entire course, but I will be finished on March 5th.

Posted 4 years agoExcuse the random ass title of the journal, but I was wondering to my limited (but appreciated nonetheless) watchers, what made you watch? One of the artworks made by other artists? The Great Beasts story and abandoned W.I.P X-COM story? or something else?

Posted 5 years agoI've completely lost the will and drive to continue the story, and I'm officially quitting on it. It's a bad spot in my mind and it's just causing me unneeded stress.
I won't let it die off completely though, if you're a fellow writer, and you think you can carry the torch and finish what I started, I'll let you take the wheel. I only ask you try to keep the spirit of the story I created alive, credit me as the original writer, and that Ne'visales and Goering are my characters.

IMPORTANT: X-COM STORY PROGRESS RESUMED
Posted 5 years agoI am officially working on the X-COM fanfic again, but I will be making smaller amounts of progress to prevent burnout again. Hopefully I'll be able to work on it much faster now, especially since I got some ideas from some helpful people on SpartanBlasts Discord server. (Check out SpartanBlast and their discord by looking at the list of people I watch, they make really good vore stories if you're into that!) Rejoice, it is not a dead story!
