Well I made it past 72 hour mark, and I gotta say I already feel a bit better, maybe its some actual pride for myself for a change, either way I am not making these journals for pats on the back or anything just simply to speak my mind about things.


I wanted to thank everyone for all the advice and different methods of quitting.

One thing is for SURE is that different things seem to work for different people, everyone seems to think they know what works, but really its what worked for them, everyone is different, and Ill have to figure out what works for me over the coming months.

I have no desire to smoke cigs, Ive already beat a speed addiction in my life, I gave up caffeine, and sugar. This is really my last battle and I'm so ready to be done with it, again thank you for all your support, it truly meant a lot to me really.

(no my hyena will always smoke, he cannot die like I can =p)
