Ask the Author
Posted 2 years agoYeah, I don't think I've ever done an AMA, or if I have, it's been a long time ago. So, I'm doing one now! No reason.
So a few basic ground rules.
First, don't get TOO personal. I'll answer a lot about myself, but I'm not telling you my address or SSN or things like that.
Try not to get too political in questions, either. I'm a fetish writer, not a politician or news commentator.
Try to avoid silly things like "What is the last digit of Pi" or "How do you get to mars with a potato." This is asking me about me. I'm not ChatGPT.
If I'm not comfortable answering a question, I'll say so. Please accept that.
I'll start off answering a few of the personal types that might get asked, to give you the level I'm comfortable with.
No, I'm not a virgin. But it has been a very long time since I've slept with anyone.
I'm 39, as of May.
Bio-male, gender fluid, mostly leaning masculine most of the time, but not always.
I'm bi, heavy fem-pref, but I do enjoy fembois.
I'm a massive simp for Freya Crescent from Final Fantasy 9.
If I could eat one type of food for the rest of my life and be happy about it, it would probably be sushi.
Alright, with that out of the way, ask away!
...no seriously, I'll answer almost anything to the best of my ability.

The Rule Update Issue
Posted 2 years ago...Don't worry, this isn't me ranting about anything.
So, the most recent clusterfuck happening doesn't really effect me much, but as it has effected many others, I thought I'd just mention something.
First off, I won't be leaving FA unless they force me to. However, I wanted to make sure to tell anyone that IS leaving FA but wants to keep up with my work that I also currently post to two other sites:
InkBunny
SoFurry
Almost all of my work are on both of those sites, excluding anything with humans on IB because rules. But that is maybe 4 stories total.
I'm going to be looking into Weasyl at some point, see if it's even possible to post stories there. And for the record, it will probably take an act of GOD to get me to post to AO3, so don't expect anything there. Of course, there is also my substar, but that is bad about searching older stuff. Also the money thing.

Already got a story posted on theme, so enjoy that.
Not much else to say. Sorry for being a little lacking in my journals of late. Life and all that, y'know.

A New Direction
Posted 2 years agoSo, I'm sure most of you have noticed my somewhat lacking posts lately. I've been doing a lot of thinking about just what direction I'd like to take my stories.
I've decided that I'm shifting gears. I think my problem lately has been that I have drifted too far from my beliefs. I've always been a religious person, though I don't like to mention it much. But I think from now on, I'm going to focus my stories on religious themes.
I know this may come as a bit of a shock to most of you who have been following me for a long time now. But I will be putting the same amount of effort into my stories as always, and keep trying to improve as a writer. In fact, by the time most of you have read this, I should already have a story up with this new direction. I only ask you please give it a read and keep an open mind.
God bless all of you,

What is Alta Ferro?
Posted 2 years agoHey, I haven't done a journal in a while. Sorry about that. you want me to make up for it? Okay.
I've gotten a few questions about what exactly is my meta setting of Alta Ferro. So! Have a massive lore dump!
What is Alta Ferro?
Just what is Alta Ferro? In short, it is a meta setting. Okay, so what is a meta setting. It is a setting that other settings take place within. In comic book terms, think of Marvel's 616 universe or DC's Earth 1 (or whatever they're calling the prime universe these days). All the other stories take place in the same universe. Alta Ferro is the same idea, with the meta setting called the Ferroverse.
Many, many other series take place within the setting of Alta Ferro. These include, but are not limited to:
Tales from Alta Ferro (obviously)
Raccoon Rage
D-Gen
Noxumbra
Interview with a Serial Killer
And more.
Okay. So what is Alta Ferro within the setting? A city, set generically within a fantasy version of the United States (because I, the author, am American), specifically the American northeast. It is basically my stand-in for New York City. But just how can so many stories take place within just one city? There's magic, monsters, serial killers, super heroes, many kinds of organized crime, and even a secret group of mystical police, plus the main focus of a secret online murder club. How can all of these take place in just one city?
Short answer: because I say they do.
But okay, that's not a satisfying in-lore answer. To answer that, we must answer another question: Just how big is Alta Ferro? BIG! How big? It is roughly 5200 square miles (~8368 square km). How big is that? It would make it the 5th largest city in the world, ranking only behind cities in China that have been around for thousands of years. This makes it roughly the same size as the state of Connecticut! It also holds a population of around 31 million people, roughly 10% the population of the United States. Though in the universe of Alta Ferro, it is closer to only 7%. The world's population is around 10.3 billion in this setting.
So, the city is big, and fairly densely populated. But not so dense that it does not still have its own suburbs. Many are within the city itself. Much like how many major cities kept growing and absorbed other, smaller cities into itself. They just didn't bother to keep the old city names and all became one massive conglomeration of metropolitan sprawl. However, it cannot really get too much bigger, as it is now situated between a mountain range, a natural forest (which is considered a protected wilderness), and the ocean. Not to mention the state line. However, it has other features as well.
Some notable features:
Alta Ferro University (AFU). The collage has many campuses dotted around the city. There are branches for law, technology, and more generic degrees such as English and Literature. There is also a community collage variant (AFCC), and an Ivy League variant, namely the university for Law (AFUL) and technology (AFUT). A natural rivalry between these two has sprung up, and they refer to each other as Awful and Afoot, respectively.
City Parks. There are many parks throughout the city. Spots of tended greenery, usually sporting a lake, a wooded area, and various places for children to play. Most feature a baseball diamond, a football field, a basketball court, and a public pool. The largest of the parks is Grand Park, located in the northern section of the city. The park is bigger than some towns, and large enough that among the normal features, it also sports a golf course, though only 9 holes. The parks are frequently hot spots for dates to visit, as most feature long, winding pathways, both in and out of the wooded areas, making them ideal for romantic walks. Unfortunately, they are also frequent sites for kidnappings and murders, despite the security and cameras dotted around the place.
Profucol Mountains. The mountain range that marks the northwestern edge of the city. Higher up in the mountains is the Wolfhill Ski Resort. While not technically a part of the city proper, many from the city still visit the resort in the winter for a vacation and fun, and many of those that go skiing in the mountains make their way to the city at some point. The mountains are also home to many local legends. The most common is of a clan of werewolves that call the woods their home. Most legends are the usual grim and gruesome tales of attacks alone at night. However, there is one tale that is popular, telling the tale of a clan of werewolves that instead protect travelers from fiends of the night even darker and more dangerous.
Market District. While the notion of 'districts' within the city are nebulous at best, there is one section that cannot be described as anything but the market. Located in the southern section, it is the home of many of the biggest brands in the world. From tech giants to fashion, the many miles of the district are lined with shops, outlets, and brand distributors of all shapes and colors. Notable is that the district is also the shortest in the city, height-wise, with the biggest building being the mega-mall known only as 'The Forum.' The mall is a 5 story tall building that dominates several blocks worth of space. The parking garage itself goes down 3 levels, spanning the same size. The Forum has also won awards for its ability to funnel so much traffic in and out with little in the way of backup and jams, plus its many safety features in case of emergencies. The mall has so many people within it at any one time that it has its own medical wing, police precinct, and fire department.
Industrial District. Another section of the city that cannot be called anything but what it is happens to be located at the southeastern corner. Just north of the docks (a district in its own right), it is notable for many now abandoned buildings that were at one time the lifeblood of the city. Old industrial complexes, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses. However, as manufacturing was pushed to other parts of the world, these became less and less used, until now only a handful are still operational. Most are sat abandoned, full of old machines or empty warehouses. They have become something of a city in the city for the homeless, with some warehouses being run like little towns in their own right. Gangs and criminals also frequently use these old buildings for their own purposes. Many residents question why the place has not been overhauled years ago, citing the high amount of crime and filth that are the most noted 'features' of the area. Conspiracy theorists claim that the crime families that secretly run the city want to keep it that way, while the more practically minded say it is probably a matter of not wanting to spend money. Whatever the case, the locals know to avoid the southeast section of the city if they can.
Uptown. The 'rich' part of the city, located in the northern section of the city. This is where the nicest buildings to live are, and the money is clear. Country clubs, expensive cars, the nicest streets, and big houses are the most notable features. Though not all the houses are big, but the nicest apartments are located in uptown. Grand Park, AFUL, and AFUT are all located within this section of the city. It is also the closest to the Nemusyl Forest. Despite the obvious money, it is not known for being a place of glitz and glamour like some cities, just clear comfort and expensive taste. It is not without crime, as it is also the hub of where most designer drugs are distributed, and it is not uncommon for a body to be found in the nearby forest.
The Nemusyl Forest. The large, natural wooded forest north of the city. Some 70 years prior, as the city was rapidly expanding, concerns for the loss of nature arouse and the forest was declared to be a protected wilderness. While there is a main highway that runs through and a few little suburbs along the way further north, the forest itself is to remain untouched. The forest itself is massive, around a third the size of the city, and continues up into the mountains. Large enough that one can get easily lost if they were to wander too far... or on purpose. Rumors are that the forest is a graveyard for murder victims, both from the city's worryingly large amount of murders to the various crime families dumping bodies. Combing the forest for bodies would be a daunting task, and thanks to certain advocate groups, a legal and PR nightmare as it would 'ruin the natural beauty' for such regular searches.
There are other, smaller places worth visiting if one were to visit the massive metropolis. From street level coffee shops to fancy restaurants at the tops of sky scrapers. From historical sites to museums. Even the airport, Alta Ferro International (AFI), is one of the biggest in the country, as it is a stopping point for flights to and from Europe. The city of High Steel, known for its massive sky scrapers and sprawling nature, has something for everyone. And it is the perfect place for a killer to hide and thrive.
So that is my meta-setting of Alta Ferro. As you can tell, I have spent a LOT of time developing this whole setting. This is, of course, only the most basic taste of what the city has. Most of it is stuff that will never come up, or only be referenced in passing. Plus, as it is the setting for so many different stories, it is always going to keep growing and evolving. And while it is one of the biggest cities in the world, it is just one city in a vast world around it. The greater world has its own lore and stories to tell. But it's always good to have a hub to fall back on.
And that is Alta Ferro. The center of the Ferroverse.
I've gotten a few questions about what exactly is my meta setting of Alta Ferro. So! Have a massive lore dump!

Happy New Year!
Posted 2 years agoI hope everyone had a pleasant holidays, or at least not horrible.
Just doing an update since it has been a little bit. Commissions are still being worked on, so those are not opening again just yet. Don't have a set date, but hopefully I will be finished by February (that is my goal). The end of the year is always a slower time for me, but this year wasn't nearly as bad as the last. Considering the state of mind I was in last December, that's not a high bar to pass, but this time was not even close to that low, so good things.
I will be working to complete the stories I have and get them out at a reasonable pace once again. I'm still going to be taking my time to avoid burning out again. I also have a lot of other works in my WIP and ideas folder that should be coming. Got a whole new series to work on, already dropped a hint to it in my last story. I'm also going to be looking into revisiting some of my really old works from before this account existed, maybe rewriting some of those old, now lost stories with my modern style.
So things to look forward to in 2023! Here's to this year being more of an upward trend. Lord knows we all need it.

Happy Thanksgiving
Posted 3 years agoSo, it's Thanksgiving here in 'Murica. Traditionally you say what you're thankful for.
Well... that's all of you.
Trite and rote as that may sound, it's the truth. It can be hard for a writer. People don't read much these days, and if it can't be absorbed in less than 10 seconds, a lot of people just don't care. The various art sites are not the friendliest to writers, between lacking tools or any promotion at all of written works. So that I have people watching me and reading my material at all brings a smile to my face. Especially in this dark niche corner I occupy.
So, genuinely, from the bottom of my cold, black heart:
Thank you, each an every one of you, for enjoying my insanity.
Stay awesome.

I am opening 5 normal length slots, and 5 CBC slots. Check here for my more detailed commission info.

RIP JB Fletcher
Posted 3 years agoI woke up today to the news of Angela Lansbury having died. She missed her 97th birthday by 5 days (Oct 16th).
As one could imagine, shows like Murder, She Wrote were a big influence on me as a kid. I'm happy that she lived, as a friend put it, a long and prolific life.
May she rest in peace.
Octobers continue to suck, it seems. At least this year, it isn't a double tragedy last last year... but we're not even half-way through, so... there's still time for things to go tits up.

About my Halloween stuff
Posted 3 years agoSo I had planned to have another weekly series for October, but it's going slowly. It'll still happen, but it might be a bit into November before it's finished entirely. This year has SUCKED for writing. I don't even know exactly why (though I have theories).
That's really it. I just wanted to give a quick update about that. Let everyone know I'm not dead yet.

Posted 3 years agoHey, everyone. Just posting to let everyone know that
Dastoertchen is doing another raffle for 500 watchers! They're the one that did my icons.
Go give them a watch and send them some love, they need it after a tough time, and maybe win a free bit of art in the process.

Anyway, just letting everyone know that things are finally moving again on my end. Also letting everyone know that, while I am actually writing once more, I have no current plans for commissions until I'm fully caught up. I've had some people asking about this.
On the subject of commissions, there will be a price adjustment when I do open them up. Not too great a thing, and probably my last one for a while. I'll let everyone know the details then. Plus I need to update my commission blurb anyway, so I'll do that all at once.
But to make up for it, a little preview for everyone of what's coming down the pipeline.
CBC - The Parvus Incident: An assassination story with a twist
© The Scholar and the Jackal: A pure necro story in the wildnerness of Northern Africa
© On The Run: A cute couple is on the run from the mob. Sadness ensues.
© Shelter from the Storm: A sort-of couple picked the worst place to hide from the storm raging outside.
Noxumbra Files: A new detective series featuring an extremely tall rodent who gets visions from things he touches. Also zombies exist.
A More Violent Lesson: Sequel to 'An Inside View of Sex' cashing in on that story's ending tease.
Wishes Chapter 3: Jules gets his revenge on his cheating girlfriend. Again. And again. And again...
Oh. And for October:
The Mansion: A bunch of young adults are staying in a spooky abandoned mansion for Halloween. Only it's not so abandoned.
There's more a detailed preview for the non-commissioned ones on my Sub-Star if people are really interested (you can find the links on my main page, I'm too lazy to put them here)

Another update?
Posted 3 years agoYeah, I know, the last bunch have mostly been me apologizing for not posting much lately. This is no different...
Except...
I will be posting some things soon. I've finally been really getting my mojo back. Got a couple of stories coming next week for everyone, and I'm starting to actually write things I'm happy with. This includes what I'm actually writing for the commissions I still owe. Most of what I was writing the last few months just felt like utter crap to me.
So, apparently, what I was suffering from (aside from the normal depression and lethargy) was something called 'Covid Brain' or some such. I guess it's a fairly common thing after recovering from it that you're left in kind of a brain fog for anywhere from days to months. Fun. Now that I'm finally coming out of it, I can kind of describe it better. It was like when you take too much cough medicine and get into that loopy fuzzy state where you're just kind of off but not in any sort of enjoyable way.
I'm also told it's like when you don't get enough sleep for weeks on end, but that's just my normal, so I can't comment on that one. *shrug*
Anyway, look forward to me actually posting things other than apologies and excuses again!
I mean, October is only a month and a half away. I need to start coming up with what I'm going to do for that. *Evil Grin* I have some ideas...

Quick update
Posted 3 years agoI posted this over on IB and realized I never said anything here. Just goes to show where my head has been.
So, sorry for being quite and not posting much in June. Covid swept through my house early in the month. My mother got it, then I did, so dealing with that basically ate the whole month away. It left me in one hell of a brain fog, and what I tried to write... well, it didn't go well for most of it. Pro Tip: Don't write with a fever.
But, I'm pretty much recovered now, and I'm back at it. I'm going to be working on completing the overdue commissions I still have to finish, and a few other stories I set aside while I was sick. So hopefully in the next few weeks, I'll have new stories to share with everyone. I will not be opening up new commissions until I finish all my old ones first. Not going to overload myself by putting more on my plate. Plus, it's unfair to those I still owe things to. Tentatively, I'll say I might open them up again in August, but life has its way with things, so no promises.

Happy Cake Day
Posted 3 years agoAnd by cake I mean pie, because my favorite 'cake' is a pie.
(Cheesecake, in case that wasn't obvious)
Yes, it is officially my birthday today. I've hit level 38 in life. Woo~
Marching ever onwards to the big Four Oh.
And yes, I do have cheesecake for myself. ^_^

A response to the Thursday Prompt
Posted 3 years agoOver on
Thursday_Prompt this week they are asking for an introduction. I figure I should oblige, for them, and for anyone new to me and my insanity.
I am XP Author, a (soon to be) 38 year old writer of the grotesque, the dark, the macabre, and sexually charged violence... and sometimes some romance squeaks in there. I've been writing since I was in middle school, but only as a hobby. I did a little writing on FA before, over a decade ago on an old account, now long abandoned (no I will NOT tell you what it was). Now I'm far more confident in my writing, even if I still call it crap after the fact (gotta keep my ego in check). I'm happy to have found an audience, something I never thought I would get, that, while not huge, is far more than I thought I would get in only a year and a half.
Seriously. Thank you all so much.
And, as always: Enjoy my insanity~

Y'all want some art?
Posted 3 years agoOkay everyone, y'all want a chance to win some free art by an amazing artist, and also help said artist at the same time!?
Zelendur is doing a raffle and push to try and get 1000 watchers. That they don't already have that many is a CRIME! They are a fantastic artist.
Go give them a watch and enter their raffle, and maybe win yourself a picture.

My writing process
Posted 3 years agoI've had a few questions about this and other things recently, so I figure now is a good time to let you all know just how I do things. Y'know, actually explain myself.
Commission slots
I know I only take a few commissions at a time. This is on purpose. If I were to open more slots than I do, I would find myself being overwhelmed. It has happened in the past. I do VERY much apologize to everyone that misses the limited window for these slots, but even at my stupid writing speed, I can only create so much before my brain juices dry up.
Many have also noticed that I change the status of said slots as things progress.
I like to do it this way, instead of just throwing someone's name and profile link up for many reasons. First, it lets you all know how I'm going. Second, a lot of people like to leave themselves as anonymous, since not everyone is okay telling the world their super odd death fetish. Understandable, and I respect that.
I shall now explain the meanings of what the updates mean.
Open: Means the slot is open and available.
Reserved: Means someone has claimed the spot, but we are still working out the details. It may open again for various reasons:
- The idea doesn't fit with my style, or is something I'm not comfortable writing.
- The person decided to back out for some reason (always an option, I don't judge)
- The person that reserved the slot did not respond to tell me their idea within 24 hours of claiming, or went silent for more than 24 hours before we could really finish this necessary process. I understand that peoples schedules can be odd for safely talking about porn, but I have a lot of people that want my services, so I do have to set this time limit. I can't let someone just sit on a slot for days without talking.
Claimed: Means we've finished working out the details and they have paid. This effectively locks down that slot for them.
On the profile page (mostly only applicable to FA profile):
Not Started: This means the slot is claimed and waiting on the list for me to start the story itself.
Writing: Means I'm currently writing the story.
Final Edit: I have finished the story, and shot it off to the commissioner. At this point, it's the back and forth between them and myself to make them happy (see process for more details)
Done: This means the story is finished, and has been posted to my Subscribe Star for the early access.
Posted: It is posted up public for everyone to enjoy!
Private: Story is done and finished, but was a private story. This bypasses the Subscribe Star phase, of course. Private means private.
Writing Process
I don't stick to a strict writing schedule, but instead work as I can, when I can, and however long I feel I can. Sometimes that means only a few paragraphs, sometimes that means I finish 2 stories in a day. Bit of a crap shoot. But I do work consistently to try and finish all stories within a month or so of getting paid.
First step is talking to whoever has reserved a slot. I will talk with you in private messages, get the idea that you have, then bounce back and forth with getting details, fleshing out the idea, and making sure you and I are okay with the overarching narrative. Plus I'll usually ask some details. Common questions are: species, age, name, fetishes to focus on, level of gore detail, and if cocks should be knotted or have sheaths (this one comes up a lot).
I always do it this way, contacting and getting details BEFORE you pay me anything, because of that off chance that the idea would not work, or because of some other reason. This way, there is no risk of someone feeling slighted on money if I have to turn it down and issue a refund. Also refunds are a real hassle for everyone involved.
Then I go off and start working on the stories. I will often be working on multiple stories at once, and bounce between them. It's an ADD thing. But I will try and work on the stories roughly in the order that they were paid. Typically, the Subscribe Star raffle winners are first on the list, as well if they also were to commission me. Another benefit of being a subscriber.
While writing, I may contact you in private to ask for other details that I forgot, or to clarify if some situation I wrote out works for you, or some other detail I want to make sure is okay with you if it was not touched on in our initial talks. Doesn't come up often, but it does sometimes. I will also contact you if it has been a few weeks since we did our talk to let you know I am working on your story, just to give you the heads up that it is in the works. Don't like to just go dark on people.
Once I am finished with the story, I will shoot you a link to the story (posted on my MEGA in .doc format) for you to read and review. You can then tell me if you would like anything added, removed, or changed in the story. You can also point out any glaring errors I may have missed in my own editing pass. Feel free to mock me for them. I have a good humor about my errors. ^_^
I then go back and do the revisions requested, then shoot it back to you again. Rinse and repeat these two steps until you are satisfied with the story. Once you are satisfied, I do the final word count and send the second charge. For CBCs, there is no final word count, as it's all upfront, and it skips to the next phase. If the story is private, it all ends here. It is yours to do with as you please.
Once the final payment is made, it gets posted on my Subscribe Star within a day. You are free to share the story privately as you wish during this time, but I do ask that you don't post it on your own profile until after it goes public. This will happened within 1 week of it going up on S-Star. I will also let you know when it is up public for you to have a gander or link or whatever.
Once the finished story is in your hands, you are free to do whatever you like with it. My only two requests are that bit about not posting public until I do, and that you please leave my writers credit on there. And maybe link my account if you do post it on your profile (which you are free to do).
Final Thoughts
So there you have it. My whole writing process and what all those words on my profile mean and why the change as things progress.
I know this is a bit wordy, but I figured I should actually do the breakdown of just what I'm doing on my end while you patiently wait for your story.
I hope that helps to explain things for everyone who was curious about just what the fuck this insane rat actually does! lol

A note: This is the last time at the current price, as I will be increasing the prices of everything (slightly) soon. Lots of demand, and my time has value. Don't worry, I'm not going to go full Jeff Bazos on this.
Never go full Bazos.
If you would like a slot, you can comment here, or PM me direct.
If you have questions, you can do the same.
Remember: The worst I can say is no.

A more serious update
Posted 3 years agoYesterday was fun, and I'm glad everyone enjoyed my little joke. Yes, that was a joke, I'm not going anywhere anytime soon!
So on a more serious note, today (April 2nd) is the 1 year anniversary of me first opening commissions to you all! The amount of people who have wanted to buy my services as a kinky, niche writer has been nothing short of amazing, and I thank all of you!
Seriously, from the bottom of my black heart, thank you!
I probably should have been keeping better track of things, but in that year, I have written:
23 normal commissions
18 coffee break commissions
and almost 200,000 words between them all!
Your support and kind words consistently make me smile and brighten my day.
...and this is the part where I WOULD have said I was opening commissions up... but...
A friend surprised me with tickets to a convention next week, so I figure it would be in bad taste to take a bunch of people's money and then leave town for most of the week and go silent.
So I'll be opening them when I come back instead! Look forward to that!
I have also been working on not one, but THREE long-term projects that I hope to share with everyone soon. My subscribers know about two of them already, but the third is a more recent development that I'll share details with some time in the future. The first of these projects will have it's first part posted later today for everyone to enjoy.
Once again, a HUGE thank you to everyone for your support.
Here's to another year of bloody fun and kinky stories!

First Word Problems, part '22
Posted 3 years agoAlright, so... here's the deal...
People have been really kind to me, and I'm super love it.
Really, though, I have to just say it...
I'm quitting writing entirely.
Long term readers have probably seen this coming...
Finally just decided to just stop forcing myself.
One has to look out for their own well being, after all.
Only worry is that this will upset everyone...
Lastly, I should say what I'll be doing now.
Selling rat-proofing insurance policies!

Your chance to win!
Posted 3 years agoFor those that missed their chance to win from my 200 follower raffle over on my InkBunny, I do need to point out that there is another chance.
I have been doing a bad job of pushing this, but I have a Subscribe Star. On the first of every month, I do a raffle for tiers 3 and 4. So this Friday!
One person in Tier 3 ($15) will win a CBC (A $25 value)
One person in Tier 4 ($25) will win a full story, up to 8k in length. (A $30-$80 value)
Along with this, there are other benefits. Starting at Tier 1 ($5) you get early access to all my stories 1 week ahead of the public post, plus you get to vote on any polls I may put up.
Starting at Tier 2 ($10) you get access to previews of upcoming con-commission stories I'm currently working on. I've also been posting character bios for an upcoming big project I'm planning in the future.
More options may be added in the future once I get more subscribers, such as a subscriber only discord channel!
I have said in the past that I will not pay-gate my story content, and this remains true. But if you want to see those extras, vote in polls, or have a chance to win a free story, this this is how!
You can find all of it right here on my Subscribe Star.
And this concludes my shameless shilling for today.

Going to a con!
Posted 3 years agoI will be in the Dallas / Plano area from April 6th to the 10th, attending Gamer Nation Con 7!
It's a very small board gaming / TTRPG convention run by a pretty small community (only a few hundred of us), so I'm doubting that anyone from around here will be there (and if you are... fucking hell, tell me!)
This is mostly just to let y'all know that I will be away for most of that week, so any PMs will go unresponded to until I get back, since I don't have a laptop to bring with me (I really need one...)
This will be the first con that I've attended since Ikkicon at the end of 2019.
