Just a heads up kinda of I'm planning to take more slots for commissions next week, this weekend I'm a bit busy and fuck of all fucks there's a cold going 'round, and I thought since I was one of the first to catch it around my group of friends it'd leave faster but NOPE I woke up sicker today despite feeling almost 100% yesterday (serves me right, going out, doing errands...).

Anywho, got two large full color slots left to finish at  thetiedtigress so I'd like to get those almost done before opening slots, I feel juggling too many comms at once makes everyone wait :/

So with the feedback & recent remembering things, here's what I'm looking at work schedule wise :

Week of the 19-25h - CutLoose Comic work.
Week of the 26th - 1st - Small comms & Two large, CmdrKitsune & ZWerewolf.

I may open for small comms here one I get to the coloring stages of those large commissions, as they are perfect for waiting between stage approvals.

In September I'm debating putting up a small form or something to be open for small comms (ie ones I offer here) without slot limits - first come first serve, reasonably quick turn-around.

Ok so I'm debating what I'm going to do, and I want to make sure none of the small commissions people have just bought from me aren't gifts due soon or something but

Ok I got a cold bug or something (fever, snot, etc). I had to crunch to reach my last comic deadline (ie put off commissions) so I'm wondering if I should just finish that arc ('scene') up and THEN work on comms, this way I am not switching back and forth - the comic pages are on deadlines, and doing them every other week is pretty disruptive sometimes to my commission schedule.

So the downside would be waiting till next week/the week after for me to get the commissions here, but then I would be totally free to take on new commissions once done, no delays. If all my comic pages are done for the set, then I won't have to stop and do them and rotate my work schedule like that.

So good idea? Bad idea?

I feel long run it'd be easier to keep open slots and such but it require an extra bit of patience for right now.

(p.s. I've gotten ALL payments, I apologize for not getting back to everyone soon as it comes in, been half working half resting.)

Phew. So much stress in the personal life has left my immune system derpy and let some cold-thing in. I have a lot of commissions and comic pages to do by the 20th (since I'll be gone like 5 days) so I may not be taking any small comms in the mean time.


In the mean time Imma rest this weekend off and hope my immune system isn't *that* bad (trust me it's pretty bad, I usually get sick for weeks at a time).

I've sent out some notices to those with active commissions from me, but never hurts to just say I'll be artistically afk for a short bit.

Basically there's this big situation going on with my bf's side of the family. In short his sister's pregnancy is threatening her life and due to laws she has to be moved to another state because of it and we're just...really not sure how things are going to work out. I'm trying to stay at a point work wise so if need be we can drop everything and go. I *DO* want to finish them ASAP, but if at some point I stop responding I wanted to fair warning everyone I may be AFK and unable to respond. I hope it doesn't come to...well I hope his sister survives this ordeal, even though...well... the baby isn't going to. It's complicated, personal and shitty because of politics messing with things they don't understand (ie : medical anything). And no I really don't want a huge discussion about that right now, things are super crazy stressful already because the bf's health tanked earlier this week (he's fine now but we were close to going to the hospital ourselves.). not our week i tell ya

I have gotten payments and emails I just haven't had time yet to start

Some very very very heavy stuff has cropped up in the personal life and we're stunned and alittle...basically the bf needs emotional support right now so I needto take care of him. I'll get things done ASAP, just be patient a little longer, I may have to do them next wek.

Apologies as this week kinda became everything-but-working week! Next week looks better for productivity, the bf will be working overtime and now that we've let the new cat out and there hasn't been a fight I things will settle down enough for me to get back to business.

This account is for the small commission deals I,  thetiedtigress will be putting slots out for on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, so the flooding will happen here.

These are different from my normal commissions in that :
1) Payment is required upfront before work begins
2) There will be no revision/edit/rough stages due to their price.

I am aware those two stipulations can be daunting to first time commissioners, but would recommend that new folks ask previous commissioners if they have worries and note that there will be a form to fill out your information on, one that asks for references if a specific pose or expression is wished for. Just know I do not copy picture references 100%, I augment it to make it my own, usually something small like a changed hand or "rotate" the pose a bit.

That said I'll be uploading finished commissions here as examples, and if someone wishes to cancel before paying that's fine and no penalties :)

I will post a full list of rules/policies shortly or simply refer to the terms of service on my  thetiedtigress account and augment for the two rules above.
