It started about, I'd say, 6 PM-ish and didn't stop till around 3 AM. So I threw on my "+20 Frost Resist" jacket and got to run around like I was 12 again pelting my younger brother with snowballs and making snow angles. I even made a "snowfur" I may upload the pics of later. :3

Our German Shepherd, Gunner, had blast in the snow and wouldn't be quiet if we left him alone to pelt each other with snowballs. I believe this is the first time he's even seen snow and he loved it!

The only downside to all of this is that I think I caught something from staying out there so long. My nose is all congested and I have a scratchy throat but it was worth it.

Did I mention is hasn't snowed where I live since about the age of 12? And I'm closing on 21 in a couple months.

It's really starting to melt now that morning is here and my snowfur is about to topple over from melting. *sigh* I wonder how long I'll have to wait for another day like this...*shrugs*

Just got done with my finals and it looks like I will be receiving my Associates in Science! Now onto planning where to go to for my 4 year.

I'm looking into possibly attending West Virginia University since it is close to my grandparents and I could live there while I continue my education.

What I really need to do is start doing a lot of research on what colleges have the best astronomical field and which sub-field would best suit me.

In other more entertaining news I can't stop playing Modern Warfare 2! I honestly don't know why.

The single player is like the 1st one cranked up to 11, albeit very short though. I didn't enjoy the first MW's multiplayer that much but the revamps they did to this one make me love it. Riot shield anyone? Perhaps it's also the addition of a stand alone co-op mode since I love co-op a lot.

Also patch 3.3 came out for WoW and I love the concept behind the new "looking for group" system. I ran into some terrible healers and tanks so far but it was for the normal version of Trial of the Champion so I understand they are still getting gear as I was for my fresh 80 rogue. Need to give it a whirl on my geared Hunter and semi-geared Pally tank.

OMG OMG OMG! Besides being a fan of FPS games my second favorite franchise has always been the mech-sim, primarily the MechWarrior (MW) franchise.

Ever since Mech Assault was released on the X-Box I was wondering when they we're going to release another MechWarrior. Sure, an arcade style game in the BattleTech universe was fun but I absolutely loved the customization in the MW series, especially MW3's mech lab.

My heart sank when I heard, I believe it was last year, that the developers of the MW series closed down and I had given up all hopes of a sequel. But now there is a new company working on this along with one of the founders of FASA studios so I have high hopes.

My only worry is that it is coming not only to the PC, but the Xbox 360. I'm worried this will make it "watered down" to appeal to the Mech Assault fans.

So I turned 20 years old today. So now I'm officially not a teenager anymore.

I must say it does feel different being 1/5 of a century old, though I wouldn't say I feel more "mature", but it does make me go back and think "Dang I've been on this rock for 20 years now!" It sure doesn't feel like it.

My parents got me an extra 8 gigs of RAM for my aging PC I build around mid '07. It's great seeing things load faster but I really need to upgrade to motherboard since it appears my processor is the reason certain games are still slowing down. I just happened to purchase mine when everything was changing form dual to quad core! D:

I have a single Geforce 9800 GTS 512mb plus that additional RAM, so I know it must be the old dual core AMD 3.2ghz processor that's keeping games running slower than they should.

With me going back to work full time I should be able to save up enough to upgrade my motherboard and grab a Quad AMD.

Greeting anyone who reads this, just putting up a random journal because I'm bored.

I've probably been lurking around this site for around a year and have just now made an actual profile. This is most likely because well, I cant draw, not in the least.

This might be due to me being what I would consider a "Man/Thylacine of Science". In my past semesters of college I have very little problems with the mathematics or sciences (as long as I put in a little study time) though I struggle at anything "artistic" such as literature,writing stories, and primarily drawing(it's even worse if you look back at the old stuff on my DA account).

I am mainly here to appreciate the gift you all have that I would kill for. That being said this profile will most likely not be updated with submissions often. I will most likely be just adding journals here and there and +watching you all.
