I was hired there May 9 1992 and I think they had just ended this show and introduced a new version so this must have been early 1992 or 1991? The trio of cats were not in the movie and created just for this stage show. The grey one was Bruno and I think the leader was named Boss and the brown one was called Sly. I remember the cats heads sitting on the back shelf unused in my early days there. They probably went in the dumpster eventually.

Fursuiting season is over here in FLA where it is reaching close to 90 degrees everyday.
I have close to 100 clips to edit as part of 4 videos I have in the works.

Real People was perhaps the first reality show and I remember seeing this clip when it first aired in 1979 or 1980.

I think it had an effect on me!

OK Tues morn I hit the road and go to Pine Fur Con! I love the 70's theme and this will be the furthest north I have ever driven.
NOT doing doodah this year as the new guy who runs it really screwed some things up. Looks like the doodah gang has fizzled off as a lot of other people have cancelled as well. So instead I am going to MCFC! I always enjoyed that con (FCN) and for 4 years I have been wanting to go back. New hotel this year and there is a Fuddruckers across the street. Need I say more?
This year I am celebrating 20 years of making costumes and it is also Brer Fox v1's farewell tour.
I will be bringing: Wilson, Greifer, Snagglepuss, Roger and of course Brer Fox.

Very chilly this weekend in Florida! (My "weekend" is tues-wed-thur).
This is the last cold blast we are gonna feel for 6 months so I figured any fursuit photos or videos I want to do I had better do them now !
I wore 6 fursuits, 180 pix and 3 hours of footage !
Oh gosh it was a busy weekend and I am exhausted but I had so much fun even tho I was all alone doing this.
I was up at 6 am every morning to film while it was "cold" out. Roger Rabbit even did a nude scene for me !

I love being a furry and I love wearing costumes!
Even after all these years I sometimes look at my pix and videos and think "OMG that is MEEEE in there!!!!!!!"
I remember when it was my DREAM to wear one of those big costumes.

Pi(E) Day video in one week and I am still posting a new pic every Tuesday. I TRY do post a new video every month.
And in 4 weeks I will be at Pine Fur Con then right after that MCFC! STILL looking for roomies for that !

He turns 10 years old this fall so I will be retiring him.
He will be with me at every con this year. (PFC, MCFC, AC and WPAFW)
I took him camping this week so look for photos of that over the next few weeks.
I hope to have ver 2 done in time for FOXtober.

So far it is me and  Barkley_Beaver We are looking for #3 and #4.
I am at the Westin Thurs- mon (4 nights.) 2 double beds.
I don't think Barkley will be there Sun night.

We wanna keep it at the 3 of us but are looking at a possible 4th.

Brer Fox (fursuit) turns 10 years old this coming fall so I have already started Brer Fox V2. I hope to have him done for FOXTOBER 2019. I think he will be a little less "fursuit" and a bit more "theme park costume". NOT an exact replica of the Disney parks costume, just "bigger and bolder". Little fursuits like Greifer are nice, but give me a big 'ol honkin mascot costume like Snagglepuss or Roger Rabbit anyday.

Also, 2019 marks my 20 year anniversary or building costumes (for Halloween).
Might also try to finish up Woody Woodpecker and maybe a new body and sneakers for Chester Cheetah.
Maybe I will dig up some other surprises from the fursuit closet.

My award for the 2018 furry video of the year goes to a video that is not even furry.
It is just a cute commercial.
But it truly represents what being a furry is all about.
If you are reading this you looked at a cartoon character when you were younger and thought , "I want to be like him someday!"
I think we have all experienced what he did when he meets his hero.

Every one of us is that little duck. And we make the magic real.

I have been on an 80's movie kick lately. Not the classics,,,, those low budget horror films from the 80's trying to be like Friday the 13th. Got any suggestions of ones I should check out?

Or maybe those family friendly movies your mom got for you to watch over summer vacation because it was $8.99 on VHS at Kmart.
And you watched it over and over again because you were bored.
Or those made for TV movies based on true stories and starring Valerie Bertinelli about the serial killer who discovers his step mom was kidnapped my communists 20 years ago.

The challenge was a success!
I saw something that gave me an idea for a fursuit , so I decided to make it from the neck down in 2 days and I did it.
YES it is just a partial, and it will need some adjusting and I probably wont complete it till next Summer but I WILL post a sneak peek on Sept 13. (That MIGHT be a hint! )
