{These rules are subject to change}
TERMS OF PAYMENT/REFUNDS;
Payment must always be in USD through Paypal via invoice.
I have the right to decline commissions if i see fit.
Refunds are at the Artist discretion.
Artwork will be started as soon as the artist is paid and references/art plan is completely set.
Commissions take 1-2 weeks, unless stated otherwise.
The commissioner is allowed to give the artist a deadline that fits their schedule, but know it may not get done if i don't have proper time to complete said commission.
* TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY/DO NOT:*
You may use this art for personal use ONLY.
Do not use this work for any other commercial use (books, comics, any sort of illustration) without my explicit permission.
You MAY post your commissions on to places like toyhouse, or weebly. Providing you show proper artist credit.
You may not recreate my intellectual property.
By purchasing one of my designs you are purchasing limited rights to a specific character design, unless i state otherwise on the specific adopt/design.
You may not alter the original artwork created by me unless givin permission.
++After purchase, the design is still the creator's intellectual property. The artist (myself) retains partial rights to the adoptable and is free to use it for promotional and commercial purposes.
WHAT I WILL DRAW;
-Feral Animals / Creatures.
-Anthros / Humanoids.
- Couple art.
-Candy Gore / Stylized Gore.
- Simple armor / Mech.
-Simplistic backgrounds.
* WHAT I WONT DRAW/AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH:*
-Fetishes / NSFW.
-Detailed mech/armor.
ADOPTABLE T.O.S
TERMS OF PAYMENT
-Payment must always be in USD through paypal.
-Payments regarding adopts/Designs must be paid with in 1 week, unless an agreement has been made for when the payment is to be received.
If said design/adopt is not paid for, within that time frame it will be re-sold.
I can and will hold adopts/designs IF ASKED.
(max of 2 weeks.)

++Trading, Gifting, & Reselling is alright, but you should really let me know if you do so.
I like to keep track of where designs i make are, this is very important.
++Regarding a free adopt/design made by me. You can trade and gift it, but you can only resell it if you have owned it for longer then a month, and if it has more then just main piece of artwork('s) by myself!
++You are not allowed to co-own any of my active species created adoptable's that you buy from me.
After purchase, the design is still the creator's intellectual property. The artist (myself) retains partial rights to the adoptable and is free to use it for promotional and commercial purposes.
Co-own at your own risk regarding One-off designs.
