1. I require payment before I start your commission.

2. I prefer using PayPal. I WILL SEND YOU an invoice for payment. Once you receive the invoice please include your name and address that I will be sending the artwork to.

3. I do accept snail mail, though I am not responsible for payment that gets lost in the mail.

4. After payment is received I will begin your sketch. Once the sketch is finished I will show you to make sure you approve before I move onto lining and coloring. After the commission is finished I will show you again to make sure you approve before I ship out.

5. What I need from you when you commission: a reference photo of your character and anything you would like to be included in the commission, expression, item, etc.

6. I reserve the right to turn down any commission. This is rare and probably will not happen.

7. I reserve the right to change the price of a commission based on your characters complexity or adding things such as back grounds or other elements.

8. All my artwork is done traditionally only. I do not do digital.

9. All artwork will be backed and laminated before shipping to you.

10. Please do not rush me! ( don’t bug me a few days later asking if it’s done) I promise I will get your commissions done in a timely manner. If you have a deadline for a convention, birthday, other reason, let me know! I am willing to work with you.

11. If your commission has not been finished within the month, please contact me and let me know. Also if I am running slowly I will keep you updated depending how real life is going.

12. You can cancel a commission and I will send a refund as long as I have NOT started yet. If I have already began your commission I will refund half the commission price and your commission will not be finished.

13. I WILL not draw gore, NSFW, or any sort of porn. I’m just not into that.

14. I own all rights to my artwork. I am allowed to use any commissioned artwork in advertisements for commissions or anywhere else I please.

15. If you display my artwork publicly please give me credit.

16. You may not use my artwork in any way to make money.

17. YCH commissions. All must be payed within 12 hours via PayPal or I will put up the YCH again for someone else to purchase.

18. Button Commissions: I will not make buttons of other peoples artwork, screen grabs, etc. I will only make buttons from my own artwork.
