New art soon!

My uploads have been decreasing the last few weeks and wanted to clarify why.
Well, it's nothing bad. I just ran out of the buffer of finished new pictures. I draw every day and not just a little. But since I'm working on several comic projects, I don't finish that many pictures. And I can't draw 24/7 either (although I'd like to) XD
I also needed a little break from uploading.
Next Sunday there will be new art to see again. Thanks for waiting :)

Changes and plans for the next years

The first few months of the year were rather slow in terms of the number of finished works because of RL. I will be increasing production during April. I have already prepared a few things for the production. This includes new pictures, comics and remakes. At the moment I like to use sketches that I created between 2020 and 2022 (sometimes even older), as they are still good to use with minor changes.
There will be more comics again. Possibly monthly comics again, as this was the case in 2024.
- New comic project
As soon as I have enough pictures and short comics in stock I’ll start a big comic project in which Jill finally makes her debut as a new character. A prologue and three episodes are planned. The name of the project is "Lupus" which is not the title for the comic itself^^
My goal is to finish one episode each year, started with the prologue in 2025. Depending on the success of the project, a second season will follow.
- Change I
Cleo (the house cat) will return to Alica as a supporting character. She was at Alica’s side from 2009 to 2017 and has been assigned to Conny for the last few years (except for Halloween).
- Change II
My upload times and days are now more flexible. Sunday remains the day on which I try to provide constant content. Between Tuesday and Thursday I also upload something from time to time.
- Change III
The comics Buzz’in Hornets (2007) and Buzz’in Hornets II – Riot Act (2015 - 2016) (both never released in English) will be translated into English. In total, both comics will be rescanned or digitally reworked and then republished in both languages. A separate account used only for comics will be used for this purpose. As soon as the upload starts, I will drop a message and link to the comic account.
- Conclusion
Together with my RL and job this all is very time-eating. That's why I can't accept any commissions, requests or art trades, as I already work up to 12 hours a day at the drawing board sometimes.

1. Uploads will always be on Sundays at 9 pm UTC (summer time) or 8 pm UTC (winter time).
2. Sometimes I will also upload something on Wednesdays (the time remains the same).
3. With my comeback I will also introduce uploads of short comics (1 - 3 pages) that I produced in the last 10 years. The comics always come on the first Sunday of the new month. If there are several pages, the additional pages will follow one day after the previous page.
Further information:
1. I do not offer commissions and art trades. From next year (2025), however, I can offering in requests. (But more detailed information will follow).
2. I try my best to reply to every comment. I usually do this about one day after the upload to get everything done at once. This gives me a better overview. But it can also take longer, as I'm still working in RL. I will definitely read and reply to your comments :)

4. My characters are all over 18 years old. I do not draw underage characters (anymore).
5. I only draw for fun and don't earn any money with my art.
6. My pictures and comics are traditionally drawn. I only use Clip Studio Paint and MS Paint after scanning to remove impurities.
7. I do not use AI tools.

Comeback!
Posted a year agoHi guys! Firstly, thank you so much for still following me. Also a big welcome to the new followers! I wrote almost two years ago that I would only be taking a short break of a few months. But reality usually plays a different game. Many things changed in my life (positive and negative), fates struck, people I love left my life and the will to continue with art was destroyed for a long time.
Despite everything, the will to make art came back in January 2024 and started with sketchbook exercises after a break of almost two years. Since April I started the creation of many sketches and since beginning of June 2024 I have finished the first pictures and short comics (also I have many sketches left from 2021 and 2022). I actually wanted to start uploading in June this year but my grandmother passes away unexpectedly in end of June and I had to take another break.
But now I have strength again and will start soon with uploading a short comeback comic and then continue the usual content with minimal changes in character design. I will continue to draw in the traditional style without digital help. Will that change in the future? Let's wait and see. I already have the equipment for digital drawing for several years, but have never used it Y.Y

Posted 3 years agoHi everyone! This is my first journal entry that I have ever wrote here. First of all thank you for still being my followers!
Just wanted to let you know that I will return in the next two or three months with new art to share. I needed a break of making art (originally I wanted to give up with making art after 18 years and focussing of other hobbies and a new job). But sometimes things in life play different and my motivation to draw is coming back!
So yeah, thank you again for staying with me. I'm looking forward to sharing new art with you soon :)
