When hiring an artist, you are commissioning their particular style and skill level.

BASIC INFOS
-I will decline work that makes me feel uncomfortable
-English is not my first language.
-Commissions can take from 3 days to month
-If you have a deadline, I require week advance notice
-I always send sketch
-Reposting of commissioned work is fine. Please credit me for the artwork!
-I can decline any commission for any reason
-I exclusively own full rights to all arts I ever made, unless otherwise negotiated
-If there is an issue with the artwork/commission then it can only be adjusted by myself and no one else!
-I DO NOT agree to anyone remaking or finishing my arts/sketches etc.!
PAYMENT
-Paypal Only
-All payments in USD ($)
-Payments upfront and in full before work begins
-Or half before work, and another half after sketch approval
-Needs to be made within 24 to 48 hours of commission request
-No work will begin until payment is received
-Characters that are considered Complex/Highly Detailed will incur a 10% fee
-Must be marked as “Goods & Services” with “no address required”
-Include Username when sending
HOW TO ORDER
-You have to be +18 when commissioning any adult rated art
- Just note me on my FA page
-Provide me with a form of visual reference (doesn’t have to be a ref sheet)
-If traditional ref is given, then you are required to get me the hex codes for characters colors.
-Rare circumstances allow for no visual reference to be provided (such as getting a ref sheet)
-However if desired pose is of another artists work then the pose will be adjusted and not identical to the image presented. I will not copy someone else’s work
-If you don't like some part of a sketch, it's not a problem to change it.
-I won’t make fixes to a commission once it’s finished unless it’s a mistake on my part
WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW?
hyper,scat,cub porn,inflation,extreme vore,disney/pixar porn, zoophilia (human x feral) and maybe other things. Note me if you're not sure.
REFUNDS
-Refunds are only given if I cannot complete or do your commission
Although you can re-post commissi[color=#FF2E27]o[/color]ned images into you’re gallery. You are not permitte[color=#FF3D29]d[/color] to use my artwork for commerci[color=#FF452B]a[/color]l use such as: t-shirts[color=#FF4C2C],[/color] badges, buttons, etc. However if it is for personal use, such as a single printing of a commissi[color=#FF6630]o[/color]ned image for yourself (or a friend it was commissi[color=#FF7433]o[/color]ned for) IS allowed.[color=#FF7A33]W[/color]ith all of this being said, IF these rules are broken or ignored this could lead to a temp. blacklis[color=#FF9638]t[/color]ing from commissi[color=#FF9A39]o[/color]ning me and if further offenses occur it will result in permanen[color=#FFAC3C]t[/color] blacklis[color=#FFAF3C]t[/color]ing.
