-Reminder-
These terms are subject to change without prior warning. I am not responsible for whether or not you've read or understood this. If you don't understand something then its YOUR responsibility to email me your question so that i can easily answer it for you.
Before i accept ANY commissions you must read this T.O.S cuz i will ask you for the code word that shows u have read it. I will reserve the right to refuse something if I am not comfortable with the commission, and I will let you know before you pay if I am not ok with it. This list can be used as a guideline, but in no way does it mean it is limited to this.

Update Journals
Customers must read update journals, I will only answer notes when it's a question I have not answered in my journals, it is your responsibility to read said journals to keep updated. If you have time to write a note you have time to read update journals. Don't be lazy
Pricing, Payment, and Discounts
-All prices are by quote unless part of a sale, and are subject to change depending on complexity but dont worry im not going to charge you an arm and a leg.
-When placing an order the Commissioner must give clear, concise references and/or description of their idea for their commission. [ prefer ref sheets but if you only have a few examples thats fine]
-All payment is thru paypal ONLY, i do not accept eChecks or any other form of payment
-All prices are of USD currency. [US Dollars]
- Orders under $100 must be paid up front before the Artist starts work on a commission. Orders over $100 are subject to a payment plan. For commissions eligible for payment plan, half is due up front as down payment, and the rest of the payment being received after sketches have been approved.
Wait time and Deadlines
-wait time can range from a few days to a couple months, i cannot work on art 24/7 for i have a RL and it can sometimes take up alot of my free time
-if you have a deadline, EMAIL ME BEFORE YOU ORDER!
-Most of the time i go in order of commissions, but i also tend to bounce around to things i feel more inspired to draw at the moment in order to keep my creative juices going
Refunds and Cancellations
-NO REFUNDS
i know that doesnt seem fair, but i did warn you to read this T.O.S before ordering commissions. if youd like to cancel your commission and havent paid yet then yes you can cancel, for those who have paid your welcome to change charas and such at anytime [make tweaks ect]
The Commissioner's Rights
-The Commissioner has the right to upload artwork to websites or gallery that has been approved by the artist, credit to the artist is required. Also, any watermarks or signatures must remain intact when uploading the work.
- The Commissioner may resize or crop the artwork to create wallpapers, icons, or other images for non-commercial use. but again credit to the artist is required, along with any watermarks or signatures must remain intact.
-The Commissioner may not print, nor profit from the work
-The Commissioner may not alter the work without permission from the Artist.
-The Commissioner may not have others alter the work without permission from the Artist.
The Artist's Rights
-The Artist retains the rights to ALL artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Rights to the work may be negotiated for a fee.
-The Artist may re-use sketches and other work rejected by the Commissioner for personal or commissioned work.
-The Artist has the right to repost and display commissioned work on personal websites or galleries. The Artist also has the right to use commissioned work for promotional purposes.
-The Artist retains the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
Will Not Draw List
-Extreme Gore
-Bathroom Play [just eww]
-Non-consentual stuff (aka rape, rape fantasy, etc)
-Diaper furs
-Cub or any sexual activity involving a minor
-Extreme Inflation
-Extreme Hyper
