I was out this weekend for All Saint's/Souls day, visiting dead relatives. I like this holiday... the cemeteries are so lively, and we get to see a lot of old acquaintances and [living] family members.

I spent the morning cleaning gravesites and putting up flowers and candles, then just chatting with old friends and family... its nice just sit down and talk sometimes. It became to warm by the noon though, so I spent the afternoon sleeping on top of my Granma's grave because the stone feels so cool.

I like All saints/souls day... its like a picnic.

Well... the main male character Altei Nash's design seems to be based of Folka of the Shura from SRW Compact 3, but his last name is similar to Alkaid, the Shura King. Well at least he's voiced by Tomokazu "Domon Kasshu" Seki. I was hoping the Arcuon didnt look too much like the Ialdabaoth.

The female, Niege Hausen seems to be loosely based of Princess Shine. And by loosely, I mean as much as Princess Suzuka was based on Kusuha. The mech looks like a Fairlion variant... Faeclyde or something... Niege herself seems to be channeling Fate a bit from Nanoha as they do share the same VA, Mizuki Nana.

I hope they refine the gameplay a bit... this game was so hard to grind on.

We just had a storm yesterday... It wasnt supposed to be a big deal, just signal No.1... but the rain wont stop coming down and before I knew it I was wading in floodwater INSIDE my house. That didnt bring me down much... at least I can watch TV or draw on the 2nd floor to pass the time. Then the effing power lines went out and the skies were so dark that it looked like dusk when it was actually noon. bought an LCD screen monitor, Toshiba. Tested it at the shop, works good enough. when I hooked it up to my PC at home, the thing keeps turning off... Well the monitor works, I can still access the set up and was even able to re-install my Windows XP. But when the Windows XP is booted up the screen just turns off and there's an error message saying

"Input Signal Out of Range"

When I was out buying a new monitor [BTW, yeah jut got a replacement] I saw a couple of tablets on sale for an acceptable price. But I don't really know the first thing about tablets, what exactly should I look for? What would you recommend as characteristics for a good "beginner's" tablet?

Man what a game... I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the 6th book. All of the bosses were awesome, especially King Gallon. I loved smashing his skulls in only to be pelted by the MAGGOTS that infests him inside.

Ive always wanted to do a rotting carcass type of character but I didnt know how to go about it, King Gallon's design gave me some pointers.

I did the good ending first then tried the bad ending... but if the good ending has sall the humans in the world dying save for two, [Im not sure about the Pooka village... I think they were spared] you just know how terrrible the bad ending is supposed to be. I didnt know who to feel more sad for when I did the special fights Gwendolyn vs Onyx, Oswald Vs Onyx, Mecedes vs Darkova, Velvet vs Darkova, Cornelius vs King Gallon... Im leaning towards Cornelius if he fights with King Gallon. That was messed up, I mean his GRANDFATHER details on how he ATE Cornelius' father and pretty much everyone else in the kingdom, all the while telling you how he enjoyed it... and after you beat him he goes LOL I IS IMMORTAL! then eats Cornelius.... that's right, King Gallon EATS his grandson.

My "Fuck yeah" moment in the last book is Mercedes if she fights against Onyx. Onyx in all his glory, voiced by Tomokazu Seki [Domon Kasshu] is all "WHAT WORLD TREE? The phophecies are a lie!" and a dying Mercedes goes "Heavens I return my life to you, I am Mercedes. My true name... Is Yggdrasil." And I didnt even like Mercedes' book that much.

definitely worth the time I invested in it. Currently trying to unlock all the scenes to see the breaking of the Pooka curse.
