Posted a week agoI woke up, checked if I had any messages, drank coffee, and all the usual things... But then I realized that it's time to THANK YOU FOR THE 500+ WATCHERS !!!!
In some scale that might be not too much... But try to visualize 500 people in a room ! That's a lot, right ?
And that's also meaning a lot on my side ! I can't believe that my silliness gathered so much people ! But worry not, i'm not planing to stop yet >:)

Scam Prevention

Just a bit of prevention if someone is trying to steal an artist's identity for the sake of scamming you.
Always verify if that person is actually the real one, by directly contact the artist to their official accounts if you want to contact them.
As for me, i'm only active on Furaffinity and Bluesky, with the name "Tonzono".
I also have a Deviantart account under the same name that's almost inactive.
As for Telegram and Discord, i go to a different username, but i generally give it after messages on the platforms previously cited.
Don't forget to pass the word around you and be safe !
Besides that, I wish you a very good day and have a good summer... Or winter depending on which half of the globe you're in lol

Should I OFFICIALLY open commissions ?

It's been a while that i'm teasing about opening comms but without making anything about it. Because of the time i allocate to make art stuff, i never took the time to make a proper commission sheet. I feel like the pace would be too slow for people to have their art they would pay for.
So, here's my question :
Knowing that i might be slow at making art, should i open commissions ? (And if you're interested on taking a slot ?)
I think it's the time for me to open them, but if people are interested, it will bring me enough motivation to commence the making of the commission sheet at last :3

Break needed + status

I write this little journal in order to warn you that i might not post as i used to, for an undetermined amount of time. I need to take a break, try to think and focus on what i really want.
Even if i like to produce this kind of stuff, drawing, modelling etc, i feel like recently i've done it more for attention purpose rather than for the sake of enjoying it. It doesn't mean that i haven't enjoyed producing my recent stuff, it was super cool to make and i also trained myself in poses that i'm not used to. Plus, seeing all of you still enjoying my thingies makes me more than happy :3
...But i don't want this race for attention to be at the center of why i make my art. Simply because i can't handle the too much of it, and also because i can't fully progress on my art because i need to be faster and faster, neglecting the potential quality that taking time on art pieces can provide. I also don't want myself to be disgusted at the idea of drawing because i drew too much.
In other words : i need to think and relax myself more :3
And for those who commissioned me and see this : don't worry, your commission isn't affected by that. I will fulfill my work ;3
STATUS
Some of you asked if i was opened to commissions or even trades, so i'll use this journal to answer to your questions.
Commission status :
Except some rare cases when i open slots, i tend, for now, to do commissions if I'm in the mood to and if i have nothing else, artly speaking, on the go. Let's say that if you want to com me and you see that i have no commissions there, you will have a higher chance for me to accept for example. For the pricings, i'll put them later (i don't really know when) on my trello. A commission sheet with pricings and every other informations will come next.
Trades status :
I tend to accept art trades too, but there's conditions, since i can't allocate too much time doing too much trades. I better accept an artrade with people that i know and/or with an artstyle that i vibe with.
Request status:

Little text aside to say that mine wasn't that bad, like at all, especially concerning art stuff.
I feel like improving on some aspects i wanted to progress on, such as perspective and shading. And all your lovely returns and comments on my pieces seems like it was the case !
Thank you so much for following me during this year. I'm willing to continue posting art during next year ^w^... Because you somehow like these >w>
One of my new year resolution will be... Well, sadly not open commissions officially since i have way too much ideas in mind to begin with, but having a regular art schedule ! 'Cuz before that i did draw only when i "wanted" to so... That might mean more art for you to see >w>

Small question about my art's layout

I've been a lot busy with a lot of things, that's why i've been not doing much art recently. I'm still trying to get a good balance between everything i want to do IRL, so it might take me some time to have a good pace for everyone !
But it's not the point here. I'm still trying to get a good visual identity when it comes to my little watermark. The last idea i had is that white/light gray gradient border with my artist nickname on it, with sometimes the art passing over it to have a sense of depth. Though i'm not sure if it looks good to anyone.
So here's my question (and please be honest >:3) : What's your take on my approach ? Do i need to change it or is it already okay for you ?

First of all a big shoutout to all the peeps that support me, my work and my silly behaviour (lol). It (still) means a lot for me, especially during these times.
Because you might notice that i'm not really active at the moment, "artly" speaking as I could say. Some may know that my main passion, besides flattening everyone in sight, is video games, and in fact during a long period I accumulated a lot of em. But, since I'm a passionate, I want to play all of em of course but with work and my wanting to be more active as an artist it's nearly impossible to do this. My mood was being crushed under dozens and dozens of games to finish. And recently i decided to get rid of that and resell a lot of em. It was a real obsession.
It's not really an advertisement here or anything lol, it is what is on my mind recently and the reason... well, why i called this current journal like that, but mostly one of the reasons that kept me for doing and publishing art.
The other thing is that i'm willing to open coms officially. Since i've been active, i took commissions from here and there with people that wanted one, but i'm willing to open them officially with a "task" bar depending on the commissions' complexity. But first, I need to unpile some projects I want to make before, since once i'll be opened i don't think that i'll have the time to do them anymore. It's gonna take me some time.
The sock YCH won't be affected for now, but will be closed once my commissions will open. You will be warned once i'll be on the price sheet, which is the final step.
And I think that's it, thanks again for supporting me and... thank you even more for reading all of this !

Opening some commission slots + Some news

I used to post more regularly before, so i'm giving you some news to tell you that i'm not locked folded in a dark closet :3
Things happened to me recently. First I had that big loss of motivation that made me stop drawing for nearly a month. Hopefully it was temporary and now i'm more motivated, so i might make new things again ! And secondly, news that can counter what i just said, is that i'm on another project that will make me draw less. It won't mean that I'll draw no more, but just draw less than i used to for... well not so long lol.
And so, for some of you that may be interested, I'm opening three slots for drawings commissions ! I'm willing to do a com sheet (which i started but just got the bones of it) but for now the prices and conditions will be just below ! (and will be updated if i forgot something)
Slots :
knightoiuy - Done
Sigpupper - Done
flatteningfanatic - Done
The final price will be the sum of the following subprices (in EUR) :
Art type :
> Line Art 15€
> Colors 25€
> Shading 30€
Character focus :
> Headshot 15€
> Half-Body 30€
> Full-Body 40€
Background :
> Simple Included (Simple color / one or two props)
> Simple composition 10€ (Exemple : https://www.furaffinity.net/view/54498992/)
> Heavy composition 30€ (Exemple, though this one can have more details than the following : https://www.furaffinity.net/view/55272162/)
You will need to have at least an art type and a character focus.
Heavy details on characters such as armors/mechs may make the price raise.
The price can be lowered if the drawing of a full character is simple (Exemple : a pancake flattening won't cost as much as a full body depending on the "texture")
Additionnal characters will have lower prices depending on the wanted Art Type/Character Focus.
For what i can/cannot draw, it can be discussed.
THOUGH I WON'T ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING : Scat, Gore, Underage and maybe more. I'll update it the further i discover more things i'm uncomfortable with.
The obvious things i will draw : Anthro, Human, Flattening, TFs.
Payments will be via Paypal only for now.
Once the commissioner has a slot and it'll be the commissioner turn, i'll ask them 30% of the price given. After i receive it, i'll start sketching. Once the sketch will be approved by the commissioner, the remaining 70% will be paid. Next will be the lineart and. if selected initially, colors and shading.
If you trust me and you want to pay the full price directly, it can.
Contact can either be FA Notes, Discord or Telegram. Discord is my main application, consider it if you want more responsive contact.
Aaaaand I think that's it ! Send me a FA Note or comment here if you want to get a slot. If the slots are full... don't worry, i'm willing to open them with more slots later :3

The end of 2023, really ?!

This is the first time i'm writing a journal and I wanted my first one to be a cheerful one :3
So... yeah ! Merry christmas everyone and a happy new year ! You ALL deserve that
It has been a rollercoaster of things for me this year and it went really fast... i've met wonderful people in this community since i started publishing, and I cannot thank you enough for the courage you gave me to publish my work (you'll recognize yourselves >w>)
And for everyone else, thank you so much for your support, the watches, the favs, the comments... Even the little commissions and trades ! Thank you all so much.
So who knows what will happen next year ? Well, on the artistic side... maybe open commissions officially ? Who knows ! ;3
