Commissions|Adoptables
Posted 7 years agoDecided I should go ahead and type this up while I work on some things, to ensure there is no confusion whenever I do get to posting commissions and adoptables.
General:
|I only accept USD PayPal for payments. Funds must be sent for Goods/Services with no address needed selected. Unless a hold is arranged, payment is expected within 24 hours. Work will not begin until payment is received. No e-checks, please!
|You may upload your designs to any websites you use. However, please do not claim you created the piece or design. Highly would appreciate a link back to this page if possible but not required!
|Do not edit my images in such a way as to claim them as your own. You're more than welcome to edit as you see fit for your personal use, such as making wallpapers or icons. But do not reupload them and claim they're now your artwork.
|I reserve the right to use any of my designs, commissions, and other works for promotions, examples, etc.
|Designs, customs, and commissions can all be claimed/ordered on related submissions or through Notes.
|You may buy a design or commission something as a gift for another person. Just please make note to me if that's the case so there's no confusion of who to credit the characters/design to.
|I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Adoptables:
|Absolutely no refunds. Make sure you really want that design.
|You may edit the design however you see fit unless it's in the case of a closed species, then only minimum changes please.
|You may re-sell designs as you see fit. Just do not sell just the design for more than you paid unless the design comes with more art than when you originally bought it.
|You may trade or giveaway the design as you see fit.
|You may use the design for art, RP, comics, etc. It is yours to do with as you please!
Commissions:
|Commissions must ether be pay up front or half 'n half. Your other half is due when I ether submit to you the sketch or lines of your piece, depending on what you ordered.
|You may ask for a WIP at anytime of the commission and that is your time to decide if you need changes to what you requested. If I am in the sketching stage and you want a completely different pose or image, you will be compensating me for another sketch commission to which I'll proceed from there. Small changes or mistakes on my behalf will be on me and you will not be charged.
|A reference sheet is required for commissions, unless it's to make a reference sheet for you via text. Slight alterations from the reference is fine if you mention it in the commission, but if you do not mention it nor is it shown on the reference I will not know.
|Refunds are available if you change your mind after ordering a commission and I haven't completed any stages yet. If I am on the sketching stage of the commission and have given you that image, you will be required to pay the price of the sketch but the rest of the payment will be returned to you. I will be compensated for my time and frequent withdrawing of payment will get blocked from commissioning me again.
|You may do slight edits to the commission yourself if you wish such as wallpaper edits or slight color changing.
|You may upload your commission wherever you like, I'd request if you could link back to this website but it isn't required!
|You may request the image to not be uploaded onto this page or only sent privately to you.
|If you want expedited /deadline work you may pay for it. Price will vary for how soon you want it completed and what is requested. Typical time for just colored commissions is 1 week.
|NSFW requests are fine, you must be 18 years or older to order. If you're requesting a particular kink, it would need to be discussed in private if it is something I can do, but I can and will deny if it isn't in my comfort zone.
