Payment and Payment Plans
Payment is due up-front before any work has begun.
I do offer a half and half payment plan if it's a large order.
Half and Half : I require half of the payment upfront and will do half the work. The next half is then required and I will finish the work. ( Please note if you do this, and do not pay the other half, permission is NOT granted to have another artist or persons finish the art )
PAYPAL/CASHAPP ONLY. No e-checks. No exceptions. Payment as well MUST be in USD.
Please have payment ready within 24 hours of your commission being accepted. If payment is not provided promptly, your slot may be sold to another commissioner at my discretion.
YOU CANNOT SELL MY ART FOR MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT.
Refunds
If I am unable to start your commission, or you have to cancel before work has begun, you will be refunded in full.
The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission, at any time, due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior or the inability to communicate in effective English.
If you choose to cancel your order once it has begun I will give you a partial refund depending on how much work is completed. You will receive the product that has been cancelled. If no work has been started I will give you a full refund.
In the case of a cancellation on your part or due to commissioner conduct, you will receive a refund in full if no work has begun. If any work have been done, you will receive a partial refund, minus the amount for the work done.
Artwork is non-refundable once complete.
things i wont draw
I reserve the right to not draw something if I do not think i can do it right.
Won't draw:
Gore, Scat, Farting, Vore, Watersports
I am not good at wings so if I don't feel comfortable drawing them, I won't!
Edits and Alterations
I will provide a wip sketch at the beginning of the commission for approval unless it is a YCH commission.
After this, you have the opportunity to ask me for ink wips as well. If you do not ask, i will not send them.
I reserve the right to deny any and all changes after the rough sketch has been approved and finished.
If the art has been completed in full, there will be no changes made without another fee being added to your charge.
if the change is requested in the lining stage, i will charge a small fee for having to rework the piece.
If you complain about the art not being fixed after completion in full, I reserve the right to blacklist you and not accept a commission from you again.
I will not completely redraw a piece unless i have made a mistake. If it is your mistake, i will not fix it without charging half of the original price for extra work.
Icons are treated differently. Unless asked, icons do not have any approval stages.
Turn-around and Deadlines
Commissions are worked on based on inspiration. Being rushed decreases the inspiration for that piece.
Lack of inspiration will result in bad work and neither parties will be happy. So don't rush.
If you are too pushy with the art work and do no respect me as the artist, I will drop the commission and only give a 15% refund.
I do not work with deadlines unless it is a sketch commission.
Most full detailed works will have a turn around time of two months or more depending on Real Life work schedule and current ques. Sketches and smaller commissions can have a turn around time of a few hours to a week.
* TAT varies depending on RL*
Quality over Quantity.
Holding and Reserving Slots
I do hold and reserve slots for a certain period of time if need be.
But know that if you refuse to give me an update on the situation or at the end of the deadline you have not mentioned finishing the request, your slot will be sold.
You are welcome to ask for another hold if another slot is open but I will only hold it for an extra day or two.
This is strictly enforced with adopts and selling of characters. If you do not respond within a discussed amount of time or I have not seen payment in the required time, I reserve the right to put the adopt / character back up for adoption.
Communication
I've had this issue lately. If I cannot get in contact with you to talk about the commission or get a detailed reference, the commission will take longer.
If you do not respond to the approval sketch for a few days, your art will be put on hold an it will not be held against me.So i do not have to offer free gifts to make up for the time.
When i have approved your commission, send everything i will need in a note.
If i do not have everything and i cannot contact you, it frustrates me and puts everything i have planned on hold.
Be sure i can contact you when you have commissioned me.
Rights
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, and am in no way obligated to provide a reason in the case of refusal.
Unless I have explicitly stated otherwise, I will retain all copyright to my artwork, even when characters contained within the work belong to the commissioner. It is in my right to post, distribute, copy, reproduce, etc for promotion. Which includes prints/etc to be sold at conventions.
You are free to post any commission done for you to a personal/public gallery, so long as credit is provided. I do, however, ask you do not remove my signature on the image.
I am not obligated to post your commission to my gallery, or anywhere else.
you may make avatars, banners and other web graphics out of the art you receive but you may not edit my images, pay someone else to color unfinished commissions, etc, without my permission.
You may not pay another person to finish work partially created for you, if you or someone else finished it at no cost please credit me in the description
You have permission to make prints/copies of the image so long as it is for personal use and no profit is made.
Please discuss things with me if you want to purchase an image's full copyright/publishing rights.
I reserve the right to use rejected sketches/poses (i.e. if you rejected a sketch for a whole new pose) for my own use, but I will alter it so the character doesn't look like yours.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, I retain the right to re-use any pose or position your character may be in. I rarely re-use positions as I like the uniqueness, but in cases of reference sheets or quick sketches/adoptables/ icons/auctions, I could use the same pose more than once.
I do use a base for reference sheets. if you are not happy with this, the price will increase for reference sheets.
Don't forget about the COMMISSION QUEUE if you are wondering about the status of your commission. It's updated very frequently.

Once you place a Bid on any of my auctions you MUST BE ABLE TO AFFORD IT THERE IS LITTLE TOLERANCE FOR BID RETRACTIONS. IF YOU HAPPEN TO RETRACT A BID I WILL BLACK LIST YOU AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BID OR COMMISSION ME FOR ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE.
If you MUST retract a bid due to an emergency PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE contact me before retracting it. I am a very kind and generous person. I know what it's like to have things come up.
Once you pay for an adoptable you may do anything you'd like with it. If it is of the Fennoth species (which is created by me) you may not alter, re-sell, or claim the species is yours. If i happen to catch you trying to claim or alter the Fennoth species, you will be reported and black listed and no longer able to commission or purchase from me.
My Fursona's and Species
You may NOT use my fursona's for anything, unless i am noted about it and i approve.
If you are commissioning me and would like one of my fursona's to be with you, there will be an extra fee.
Do not steal my Fennoth species, you cannot make your own Fennoth. If you like one i can make you one for a fee.
Also, Catbugs ( Catbujes ) ARE NOT AN OPEN SPECIES. THEY ARE SPECIAL AND RESERVED FOR SPECIAL PEOPLE. YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO MAKE YOUR OWN AND THEY ARE NOT OFFERED AS ADOPTABLES.
Streaming rules
I will stream on my own time, when i want, when its most convenient.
If you want a personal stream, which is a scheduled time that we both agree on and you will be the only one allowed access to the stream, it will be an extra $10 per hour.

Do you livestream commissions?
Sometimes. It depends. I usually stream for a small group of friends. you may request a stream while working on the art. Depending on mood or environment, i will accept or decline
If I don't have any references, is there an extra fee?
This is a toughie. I usually do not charge a fee, but that can change depending on complexity of character and if i can get in contact with you or not.
Will you draw in another style?
Uhm, I don't think i would feel comfortable doing that style justice. I'm already experimenting with my own style, so i wouldn't like to disrupt that process.
What format will I get the high-res image in?
You will receive a PNG format, unless you'd like another format. SAI files are not offered unless discussed before hand.
