I'm still in shock and disbelief. We were born only 2 months apart... so we were like sisters. Always together. Inseparable. Now I feel so empty.
No more late night discord calls to give eachother support lasting until morning... no more art jam sessions... no all night d&d sessions... no more spur of the moment dinner at a habatchi resuraunt and fights who's paying the bill... no more "I love u Mana"s... no more... anything...
She was my cousin... my sister... my very best friend... and will always be.
I love you Melissa. Goodbye for now... tell dad I say hi...

In regards to my Patreon:
After a lot of thought, I decided that it was best for me to close my Patreon for now. (I may or may not open it back up in the future)
In regards to my backlog:
In advance, I want to say no amount of apologizing will ever make up for the way I've acted. Between the shame that I have for letting things get so bad, some slight harassment has me dealing with a lot of depression and seeded in me a lot self-doubt about who I am as an artist... in many ways, doing art as a job has made me lose my love of drawing almost altogether... but... I will still complete commissions for anyone who's willing to wait, but if you're interested in receiving a refund, please send me an email at blizzie_art@yahoo.com with the email you've used for your purchase so I can find the exact amount I owe you.
(Please note I can only give 2 refunds at most a month for now.)
I want to thank all of those who have supported me through this dark time in my career and apologize from the bottom of my heart, not that it really means much... but I mean it in the most sincere way... I'm on Artist Beware. I have no one to blame but myself.

Overdue Apology and Patreon
Posted 8 years agoI think it's time for an overdue apology.
There is no excuse for the way I have acted as a person and an artist, but I would like to clear the air on why I've been acting the way I have.
After a year of doing nothing but commissions, I started to lose interested and faith in myself as an artist. Once drawing became my job, I hated to draw. I would avoid it at all costs and have thought about finishing up my list and never taking another commission again... I kept doubting myself and my abilities... I just wanted to hide under a rock and never come out.
Kiki's Delivery Service nailed how I feel on the head...
"Without even thinking about it, I use to be able to fly. Now I'm trying to look inside myself and find out how I did it."
But... I love all of you so much... and the positive feedback I get from all of you on my artwork make it all worthwhile and I don't want to let you all down (more than I already have)... I want to keep making content for you all and still be able to keep my work up and keep myself happy...
I apologize to all of my commissioners currently waiting for completion. I would like all of you to know that every commission will be finished. I have going to be trying some different ways to motivate myself and push through this workload and not let it affect the overall quality.
In regards to my Patreon, I still have it up and I'm going to do pieces for Patreon once a month in between finishing my cue!
-I will be starting the Taking the Reins comic next month and Patrons can watch me work in private streams!
-Fan Funding art will be put towards an Adult Artbook!
-Ask Blizzie! Giving you all an opportunity to ask me or my husband pretty much anything! Each question will be answered with a colored sketch and can be NSFW!

My backlog has gotten out of control... between me being the only source of income for a year and my in-laws raising rent every other month, I've had to go out of my comfort zone on the amount of commissions I take to make ends meet...
My husband now has a new job and so I won't be opening commissions for a while now. I have to catch back up.
There's really no excuse for the lack of professionalism and my laziness....
I just hope you all will give me the benefit of the doubt and stay with me..

It's not going to be a pay for content Patreon. 90% of the content will be available through my Furaffinity. Patreon will just be early access stuff and getting high-res files, PSDs, and WIPs of work specific to my Patreon.

Posted 9 years agoSo, this medication is doing the exact opposite of what they told me it was going to do. I haven't hardly slept at all... I'm an emotional wreck....
I'm really wanted to stop drawing porn and vore all together, because it's getting boring and repetitive and it kinda makes me want to shoot myself in the foot because it's all starting to look like a slobbery oragy of a mess and the sad part is... if I take a break from porn and vore... I'll basically starve becasue I won't make any money what so ever... so.... it's a lose lose for me... I have two choices, continue going down a path of repeated commissions and slip into madness or live on the street...

Sorry for Commission Delays! Been sick!
Posted 9 years agoThis week I had an allergic reaction to either poison ivy,oak, or sumac, I can't tell which. I have been taking medication for it that knocks me out! Literally all freaking day I'm in bed. I had to go to the urgent care clinic yesterday to get shots because my face was swollen.
My husband is making me a schedule to help me stay on track once I'm feeling a little better. I'm looking 10 times better already, but doc still wants me to take the meds to be safe, so I'll be in sleep city. bleh.
I'm going to working on Anthrocon stuff to get back on track this week and then back to my normal schedule.
