My office is mostly put together now and my desk is all set up so I have my work space pretty much ready for me to start working in it!!!! :D I will be making my first video update along with a virtual tour of my new work space C: check out my youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCn.....RhJ1AjHGMKm9LQ I havent uploaded anything yet but keep an eye out!
I am not entirely sure when but by sometime next week I will be diligently working on art and getting my website put back together. I will also be slowly moving over to my new account

HIATUS UPDATE!: All moved in now just getting settled
Posted 9 years agoWow what a wild ride it has been! I forgot how much fun/ exhausting this experience can be x3
So we are all moved into our cute new little home C: we are now working on unboxing things and putting stuff away also waiting on more furniture to get here so we can have the house complete :3 We have had alot of help with all of this from many many people and it feels sooo good to have so much support C: My parents (yes both of them) are proud of me as well as my grandparents<3
I AM FINDING SO MUCH STUFF OMG :V
Its been YEARS since all of my stuff has been in one place and its nice to finally go through it to see what I do/ don't still have. Its a sad amount of things but all of my belongings are very precious to me<3 I also have come to find that the oldest thing I own is a jewelry box I have held onto ever since I was a kid. IDK why but that makes me feel good and I don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon :)
ALSO PILES OF OLD ART!
Yeah I have a filing cabinet full of my old arts and I am going through the stack now throwing out unfinished sketches and useless doodles and keeping everything I like :3 Maybe once I get settled in I will post some of my old art! ^^ I also managed to find some of my art that belongs to some certain people so I will be sending out some art along with a couple of other things that I owe to some people :P
So with that I can easily say that by the end of this month my Hiatus will finally be lifted and I will be working in full gear to finish off my commissions to make way for some new ones! :) Thanks again for your patience as I work on getting through this move<3

MOVING TO NEW ACCOUNT IN MARCH!

This will be the new home for me and my art starting this March.
Why am I moving? Well I think its time to move on to bigger and better things and simply.. I am tired of this account xD
I watch too many people my submissions have been 20k plus for like months now and there is no way I would ever be able to keep up xD
I just kind of want to start over ya know? This summer is going to be big for me and I will have a lot to show for it.
Start watching me there please. I will probably stop posting here real soon.. the only things you will see here till then will only be journal posts and announcements of my moving.
Another hiatus update: back to square 1

We got denied in the middle of our application process (which is extremely unfair imo) we do not have the information as to why (probably because of our age and no rental history) but they will be getting back to us (hopefully)
So back to square one. Back to hunting for the right price for the right price *sigh* being an adult sucks *facedesk*
This is just as bad as trying to get a job without expirence x.x
I'm am just extremely bummed at this point in the game. We got so close just to have the opportunity ripped out of our hands... And 150$ right out the door. Fml
We are still trying though. Hopefully we will be moving out by the end of February. Hopefully before then. I really hope so. I am so ready to get out of here.

Hiatus update: Moving feb 1st and website is down..
Posted 10 years agoWell this is mainly about my website being down. Due to some unfortunate circumstances everything got jumbled up and now I have to start all over again unfortunately I do not have the time to work on it right now so I am having it go on a small hiatus as well.
Other than that things are going pretty smoothly Ichi and I finally found our place and are taking the steps to get there. We will be moving out February 1st hopefully! Not much else to report just chugging on along and cant wait to reach the finish line!!! ^^
Also I wasin't able to edit a video so I may record something short for my channel to do a further update on things and stuff :V

Posted 10 years agoSo due to everything that is going on in my life I am going to need to put art on the back burner and focus on the tasks ahead of me.
Ichi and I have finally everything we need to move out but the only thing that is stopping us is finding that perfect place! You know? Location! Location! Location! But it's looking like we will be moving out within the next few weeks! I have no idea what it will be like and how long it will take but if all works out according to plan I will have my own office! :) and with that I will have my own space and I will make time out of every day to work on something be it art or fursuit stuff! Also! (if you haven't herd or have seen it on my FA page) but.... Wolico 3.0 fullsuit is officially in progress and will be debuted at Megaplex 2016!!!!!!! (this is my latest fursuit project along with a possible Ichi partial... more info will be provided in my update video)
So like I said above.. I really need to take this time and focus on moving out right now. So in response to this situation I am offering partial refunds to those who have been waiting and wish to not wait any longer. This Hiatus may take up to two months at the most! But! Striving for goals and bettering myself
Posted 10 years agoHey guys just a bit of an update here for those who enjoy stalking me :P
I picked up a second part time job as well as Ichi also managed to pick up a pretty decent job himself. We are saving together and things are going pretty fast and now we will soon be able to pick out a place we would like to stay together C: It's getting kind of exciting and I am relieved to know that we will be moving out soon (I have wanted this for a very very very very very long time now) We also have a 2-3 year plan to move out of Florida completely and move out to Colorado and basically hit the reset button where we can live in our own house and re-establish ourselves in a new area PLUS.... RMFC!!!! It will be exhilarating to be a part of a new furry convention all together! :) Hopefully while I am out there I will be able to put my business into full swing and I will be making fursuits and art full time! :) (Oh how nice that would be) I also have been slowly working on making my full Wolico suit gathering all materials and supplies :) I also have to make a DTD which will be lots of fun! I will be re-furring my current head base and redoing the ears so that it matches up with the rest of the body ;) I hope to have her 100% complete by July 2016 (and after that I promise I will make a different suit! xD)
So in the mean time now I am working very very hard at both of my jobs and I am trying to make as much time as I possibly can for arts. I was on a wild hunt for a better art program and I finally settled with Krita and I will be slowly migrating from SAI over to Krita and I will start using Krita for all of my art making now. SAI was great but I needed to get away from the simplicity of it and give myself something that is easier to work with as well as giving me expert drawing tools. :) I have the first YCH almost done (and I am very excited to share it with you all! ;D ) The processing of the art has slowed down quite a bit but I hope to pick up some speed soon and open up some more commission slots! :) I appreciate all of your patience and sticking with me through this! :)
So I finally became fed up with feeling like crap everyday with little to no time to myself I wasn't eating any better than I already was and decided to change my diet and cut out all soda and fast food completely. I bought myself a blender and started making all natural fruit smoothies for myself every morning and that alone has seriously improved my hunger and its helps with most of my stomach issues. I can not begin to describe how this makes me feel.. (its a very good feeling ;u; ) I also have taken steps to start gaining weight in a healthy way<3 I am currently 105lbs and I want to be 120lbs (I just feel too skinny x.x ) This is helping me a lot in many personal ways and it makes me happier about myself<3

Why -_- (Ranting) Art program troubles..
Posted 10 years agoWhy can't I find a decent art program with the tools and brushes and awesome stuff that photoshop has but with the simplicity and user friendly interface like SAI... Whyyyyyyyyyyyy.........
Working with krita right now and I was doing great until my entire canvas rotated now IDK how to put it back without clicking rotate over and over and over again x.x and unlike SAI there is no button that just resets the canvas to its original form...
There are a lot of things I love about SAI but its just not as versatile as photoshop is but I am so retarded I hate photoshop because everything is so damn complicated for me. But I need the ability to improve the quality of my art and I guess the only way to do that is to have endless amounts of brush options but every program I have tried either I have no idea how it works because there is way too much to it or it has little to nothing and I can't do much with it. Also I will never use photoshop because you have to pay for it monthly now or some stupid shit >.< not to mention my computer can't handle it for whatever reason and it lags so horribly for me its impossible to draw anything x.x krita lags too but its not horrible at least I can sketch and draw things at a normal pace its only when I start to use a special brush does it start to lag....
The thing is I even did some serious research into the laptop I got making sure to get something with a large hard drive and ram and stuff to make sure everything would run smoothly but I guess I just wasted my money again... I should have just waited to get the cintiq companion...
*sigh*
So I need something as smooth as SAI but like the dynamics of photoshop x.x and I don't want to work with SAI anymore its too simple for me now and its impossible for me to make any kind of nice background or detailed imagery.. I just feel extremely limited.. even the brushes you can install into it are just just a lie all they are just texture to make your brushes look fancy and that does nothing for me >.< and I refuse to pay for photoshop...
Not saying I wont pay for an art program because if it has everything I am looking for I will gladly pay for it... preferably something less than 150$ though I am not made of money also still trying to save up money to move out.

Saying this because I have A LOT of background work that needs to be done as well as these YCHs that are going to be lineless so I was hoping to bring out a lot more detail with a decent art program...
Suggestions? I should probably just watch a bunch of tutorials? eh? *headdesk*

My situation my art and what it all means to me right now...
Posted 10 years agoThere are a couple of things I would like to reflect on and highlight for you guys. If you choose to read this.
We all know things have always been kinda rough for me and no matter what I still manage to keep chugging on through. I have most of you to thank for that as well as some of my closest friends (you know who you are <3 ) I would not have made it this far without certain people in my life and I thank you all for that. Another thing that has kept me motivated is my artwork. My art is literally everything to me I love it like its a physical thing and I will do anything and everything to protect it and improve it as well as share it with everyone.
Right now at this point and time in my life I am becoming depressed with my situation. It's not anyone's fault its just my own personal feelings I guess.. I was happy for a while. I am still happy to be with my mate and see him everyday but I just can't stand these 4 walls and rules all the time anymore x.x I feel like my life is passing me by and I am doing nothing here but waiting for my life to happen. I graduated high school over a year ago and its turning into 2 years now and I still have done nothing to get myself into college and I am kind of beating myself up over it. I just don't have the funds nor the time and transportation right now.. When things do finally set into place I do have a plan. I just hope everything works out >.<
Unfortunately I am the only one with a job right now and making the money.. I don't have nearly enough saved up to move out yet and with a part time job you know I am not making much.. So this is where I rely on my art and the community to help give me an extra financial boost I need. This is not like a cry out this is just a explanation of my situation for those who wish to know and or care to read about it. :V
My goal is to move out with Ichi before Christmas. I plan to get digital commissions into full gear very very soon and hopefully manage that and my part time job as well as a possible seasonal job at GameStop. And absolutely every penny made on art is going straight into savings and is to be used as funds to move out into our own place. I got to do this for my sanity and the everlasting bond I have with Ichi. I have never loved someone so genuinely and completely in my life and I want nothing more than to keep what we have going.. I don't want to see my emotions get into the way of our relationship. So I have been picking up even more weight now to make this happen!
I am very determined to meet my goal and to move out asap. I just wanted you all to know some of my story and understand that every single penny spent on my art is going to a very worthy cause. I don't want to sound like I am begging because I don't want you guys to feel bad for me and give me money for it. I want you all to help motivate me and help me reach my goal! I want to do this! I need to do this! I hope that in this I will also grow as an artist and help me speed up my production time so I can start producing much better art within a smaller length of time.
To those who actually took the time to read this I thank you. I thank you all for helping me reach this goal.<3

I have most of you to thank for that as well as some of my closest friends (you know who you are <3 ) I would not have made it this far without certain people in my life and I thank you all for that. Another thing that has kept me motivated is my artwork. My art is literally everything to me I love it like its a physical thing and I will do anything and everything to protect it and improve it as well as share it with everyone.
Right now at this point and time in my life I am becoming depressed with my situation. It's not anyone's fault its just my own personal feelings I guess.. I was happy for a while. I am still happy to be with my mate and see him everyday but I just can't stand these 4 walls and rules all the time anymore x.x I feel like my life is passing me by and I am doing nothing here but waiting for my life to happen. I graduated high school over a year ago and its turning into 2 years now and I still have done nothing to get myself into college and I am kind of beating myself up over it. I just don't have the funds nor the time and transportation right now.. When things do finally set into place I do have a plan. I just hope everything works out >.<
Unfortunately I am the only one with a job right now and making the money.. I don't have nearly enough saved up to move out yet and with a part time job you know I am not making much.. So this is where I rely on my art and the community to help give me an extra financial boost I need. This is not like a cry out this is just a explanation of my situation for those who wish to know and or care to read about it. :V
My goal is to move out with Ichi before Christmas. I plan to get digital commissions into full gear very very soon and hopefully manage that and my part time job as well as a possible seasonal job at GameStop. And absolutely every penny made on art is going straight into savings and is to be used as funds to move out into our own place. I got to do this for my sanity and the everlasting bond I have with Ichi. I have never loved someone so genuinely and completely in my life and I want nothing more than to keep what we have going.. I don't want to see my emotions get into the way of our relationship. So I have been picking up even more weight now to make this happen!
I am very determined to meet my goal and to move out asap. I just wanted you all to know some of my story and understand that every single penny spent on my art is going to a very worthy cause. I don't want to sound like I am begging because I don't want you guys to feel bad for me and give me money for it. I want you all to help motivate me and help me reach my goal! I want to do this! I need to do this! I hope that in this I will also grow as an artist and help me speed up my production time so I can start producing much better art within a smaller length of time.

Which I only have 1 small digital commission along with 3 big projects! 2 of them being comics! ;) So things are looking good and digital arts should be back in full swing by next week and I will kick it off with 1 juicy YCH (maybe 2) and open up some digital commission slots! :) I am looking forward to getting back into the groove of things and soon I will be posting a journal every Sunday with that weeks schedule! So now people will know when and what I will be working on every week C: I also hope to stream at least once a week now so my commissioners have the opportunity to watch their art be worked on! ^^ I also plan to update my website and make it look better than it does :V (everything looks plain and retro to me but I cant HTML) if anyone is willing to help me out with it let me know! The program I use to make it is piwigo .o. I also didnt put it togetehr so I don't know much about it heh ^^;

I am trying to get as much done as soon as I can so I can clear up my commissions to make way for some new ones. Ichi and I have gotten ourselves into a tight spot and we desperately need to save as much money as we can right now. So I am hoping after I get these traditional commissions and trades finished and shipped out soon then I will clear up my digital comms and get some progress made on these comics I will be making. After all of that I hope to post at least 1 YCH and 3 open commission slots! So if you have been waiting very very patiently for me to open up digital commissions well.. The wait is almost over! :D If anyone is interested PLEASE let me know! As well as YCH ideas are always welcomed! ^^ I was thinking something to do with tentacles since everyone seems to like my tentacle work C; I might do a size play YCH too I have been kind of DYING to draw some size play art C: its a lot of fun for me and also a good challenge of size comparison and proportions!<3

Posted 10 years agoSorry guys it is crunch time for me and I have to get my partial and a bodysuit finished before Megaplex. I will be finishing up art here and there when I can and I will try and have some of these badges done if not I apologize in advance but I will have them done after Megaplex. Life is just really really super busy right now and I apologize for the waits and I will probably will not be open for regular commissions for the rest of the year.. HOWEVER! I will be doing YCH's and other small commissions opportunities. ATM I just need to focous I getting these fursuits done... I have less than a month now and I have to juggle in work as well as another job I have just picked up. Not to mention I just recently received a HUGE mural commission from a couple that has to be done within a year as well as 2 or 3 comics that are currently in the works.
So yeah o.o Lots to do with very little time! I appreciate your patience! ^^
So onto the issues with FA.... God IDK why but I still want to give Neer the benefit of the doubt but at this point the piling evidence of his laziness and unwillingness to even give the TINIEST SHIT about this website and the community has led me to believe differently. Out of all of this I defiantly think that the whole adult/mature AD thing was simply just IMVU "testing the waters" to see what they can get away with. I honestly just want to move on but every art website I go to is pretty dead :\ er at least the community isn't as active as it is here.. I have been hearing that some websites are coming out of the woodwork and FA is going to go down hill rapidly (as if it wasn't already) I am still here and still somewhat active (basically here just to watch FA crumble..) I can still be contacted here for Art updates and whatnot. I am the most active on Skype and http://www.wolfhome.com/ (username is toxicfreakhound)
If you guys haven't herd of Wolfhome then you should check it out! :) Its been one of my favorite websites ever since I was a kid and I am striving to be an active artist on there and maybe even be a part of the Art staff :) Come hang with me and check it out!

Basically, I usually couldn't give two flying shits about what FA or their staff do.
But the adult ads are just a little too far in my book. They violate their OWN rules, and are basically seeming like they're purposely trying to make FA sink to the level of a pure porn site.
so I made a petition, it's be wonderful if you could sign it. perhaps share on social media or such to spread word. It'll be sent to 'neer AND IMVU. (as many contacts for them as I can get)

For years people have tried to explain that FA is NOT a porn site, but an art site like DA. the implementation of these adult ads are like a slap in the face to those people and scream that FA is indeed a porn site according to it's owners. these ads make the site look sleazy and opens it up to even more ridicule from non members of the community that it already gets for merely existing.
Other users are angry at this for they do NOT want to see these kinds of ads even on pages that contain adult art. Fantasy themed adult art is NOT the same as being confronted with real photos of extreme nudity and adult themes. They do not target the main demographic of the site.
So many people are going to be using adblock to hide these ads, which has a negative impact on the artists who use community ads, as it also blocks those. Those who pay to have their ads posted will not be getting that they've paid for with so many people blocking ads. The site looks like it's no longer about the art and is turning into nothing but a money grabbing exercise.
We, the users of FA respectfully request that these adult ads be removed."

But the adult ads are just a little too far in my book. They violate their OWN rules, and are basically seeming like they're purposely trying to make FA sink to the level of a pure porn site.
so I made a petition, it's be wonderful if you could sign it. perhaps share on social media or such to spread word. It'll be sent to 'neer AND IMVU. (as many contacts for them as I can get)

"FA has added adult rated 3rd party advertisements to pages that show any kind of mature rated submissions. These ads are infringing FA's own rules as real life nudity or sexual content is prohibited on the site, so why is it acceptable to advertise real life nudity and sexual content?

1.10 - Do not post links to content that is prohibited by any of Fur Affinity’s rules. This includes links to real life pornography, malware, malicious scripts, websites featuring the illegal streaming of copyrighted content, or content in public (journals, profiles) or General Rated (AUP 1.1) areas that leads to Mature/Adult Rated material that is not behind a warning splash page.
For years people have tried to explain that FA is NOT a porn site, but an art site like DA. the implementation of these adult ads are like a slap in the face to those people and scream that FA is indeed a porn site according to it's owners. these ads make the site look sleazy and opens it up to even more ridicule from non members of the community that it already gets for merely existing.
Other users are angry at this for they do NOT want to see these kinds of ads even on pages that contain adult art. Fantasy themed adult art is NOT the same as being confronted with real photos of extreme nudity and adult themes. They do not target the main demographic of the site.
So many people are going to be using adblock to hide these ads, which has a negative impact on the artists who use community ads, as it also blocks those. Those who pay to have their ads posted will not be getting that they've paid for with so many people blocking ads. The site looks like it's no longer about the art and is turning into nothing but a money grabbing exercise.
We, the users of FA respectfully request that these adult ads be removed."

Posted 10 years agoSo holy crap wow first off its been a year since I have graduated o.o also turning 20 next month.... EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING SO FAST O.O
So due to some unfortunate circumstances I have need to make some quick financial decisions and I have turned around and just bought myself a new laptop (this time with a 2 year warranty) to try and build up as much money as I can. Also due to these unfortunate circumstances I have had to push college even further ;n; The one thing I hate about being an adult is having money... Money just complicates everything and you cant do a damn thing without it..
BUT ONTO MORE GOOD NEWS!
I have my first official "clients" that I am going to meet up with today to discuss a mural they want me to paint for them x3 not sure how big but it could be up to 3 whole walls!!! Whats even better is that they want it all to be nightmare before christmas! :D I am super excited!!!!!!!
On top of all of this I got a raise and things are going really well for me at my job ^^ I hope to be moving into a full time position within the next few months<3
