Hello it's me again

Its been a while since I posted a journal here. It's also been pretty infrequent that I even post here! That's mainly because it's been kinda rare that I draw something I consider "complete" enough to post in my main gallery.
To be honest I do often forget scraps exists and it's a very good thing for me since I make a lot of sketches.

Anyways, actual update!

Im finishing a really big commission for a friend of mine. That's kind of a big stop gap for my art right now because I've had a lot of ideas I've wanted to put good time into, but i have chosen to dedicate that time and energy to this commission because it's been taking a while.
I do have lots of things I want to make though. Once this commission is done I think I'll be entering a new era for my art. You will likely notice a difference in the stuff I post. Definitely lots of furry rubber and pooltoy kink stuff, but things are gonna be a lot more particular to me. I want to make the things I want to see in art, and I'm gonna put a lot of effort into making it so.

Once I post that commission I'm probably gonna start posting some colored sketches and whatnot before I post the big stuff I wanna make.
Mainly making this to say I'm not dead and I have plans!!.......however one of those plans is *not* to continue doing commissions.

I do not see myself doing commissions for the foreseeable future.
I've often had trouble with keeping myself drawing and putting lots of time into a piece. That's why a lot of my pieces are sketches and experimental.
When I do commissions, they are pieces that I absolutely *have* to put maximum effort into and make sure I complete. The problem with this is that my life has been incredibly turbulent and things always come up that prevent me from putting my all into my work. For that, I'm going to be scaling back what I do for commissions. I may occasionally take a commission from a friend as well as do trades if I feel like it, maybe even the occasional public request....but I will not be opening for commissions for the foreseeable future.

So here's how things have been going with art lately. I've been sketching a lot lately, likely going to post some in scraps sometime this week.

Commissions

I'm testing the waters. I've opened up 3 commission slots in smaller communities just to test the waters. Currently working through my first one.
Besides that, I've been hit with a lot of crap thats made everything a bit harder. Due to many different compounding reasons, my cell phone has been stuck at a repair store for about a week now. This makes it hard to communicate, as well as function, as a lot of Really Important Shit is done through my phone. Because i use 2fa on everything, i can only use the logins i already have on my home pc, and the very few i have on my laptop. On top of that, i got really sick sunday evening and have been stuck in bed since monday. Regardless....i still want to share some of what ive been working on with yall. The support i get on my art here is insane. Im so happy you all like what i do.

Hey yall, I'm sorry I've not been making new art. I've been wanting to create, but I've been incredibly uninspired as of late.
I sit down and try to sketch for 5 minutes and just give up.

Hi all
so hers how I'm going to go about uploading my backlog.

Since a lot of my designs have either slightly or vastly updated since 2020 (the furthest back I will be uploading from), I will be posting most of my old work in scraps and mark them as such. With higher quality or favorite pieces however, I will be posting them on the main gallery.

I'm going to try to upload at least 5 images a day from my backlog. Part of the reason this is challenging is that there is a ton of work that is stored on my laptop tablet that i also need to upload. I have probably hundreds of squeaks to put here @.@

Anyways, Sooooo much love to you all for supporting this account. It makes me very happy to receive nice comments, as well as some folks telling me they're glad to see me posting again.
Love you all, you make me feel like my work means something. I was SHOCKED when I saw how many of yall were here. This was just meant to be an archival space but now I'm feeling genuinely way more passionate about posting squeaky art. Thank you all so so much.

Will be uploading some more backlog pics today as well as over the week. I think im gonna set up a folder of all the work I want to upload on this account, and start uploading things in order by date. I will still organize them by years in folders.

60+ watchers in 1 day?? That's crazy! I didn't think many folks would come back, let alone new ones this quickly. I was worried my work would be in a void for a while again but...its not!

Gonna start posting lots of squeaky content here! May be a little while before its totally set up and personalized here. I'm gonna try to post some backlog and repost some older work. May upload a bunch of it and organize it by year.
