I have a super janky Intuos 4, which is making digital art super frustrating right now! She's been through the wringer, I'll give her that much, but there's only so many times I can change settings and re-install drivers before I lose my mind. I'm thinking about upgrading to an on-screen tablet like a Cintiq or preferably a Companion but for the price I've just seen too many negative reviews? Does anybody have Companion experience, or experience with similar tablets like the Motion Computing J___ Series? Or I've heard tales about a Samsung tablet that was very digital art friendly? Any advice/opinions would be great, I'm totally not a tech-y person but I'd trust another artist if they said something worked well.

Nothing I doodle myself as feels right lately, I just can't seem to nail down a specific "fursona" character for myself. Seems strange, coming back after so long with nothing to represent "me" in my art. Anybody have this problem? It feels like very specific art block, and that's terrible.

It looks like I have a sudden influx of free time and a small financial emergency, so this means that for the this week I will be open for commissions.

My planned return to posting here was a little derailed! I recently sold out and started working for a local comic book publishing company (hella exciting btw) and between that and some colossal computer meltdowns my special furry art times suffered again.

But now that I have more personal time hopefully the scores of doodles from the past couple months will find ways to manifest into lots of delicious posts for you guys <3

Long time no FA~

So, I'm ToyFox, some of you may remember me >.>;

Anyway, lots of really horrible things have happened to me in the past couple months, things that I won't really disclose here. But I will say, I'm only just now stable, and in any sort of creative or social state. This is also the first couple weeks I've really been drawing since Mid-March.

Hopefully I'll have some lovely new stuff up in the near future.

These days post crimmus have been very little but bad luck. Health-wise, money-wise, and life-wise. I found out TODAY, I'm possibly losing my internet connection TOMORROW. And I might be moving. Aaaarrrggghhhh, I just wanna play video games and draw stuff and look at hentai, why must life be so bothersome?

Hopefully everything will work out no matter what happens and I'll be able to draw and post stuff regularly. I'm going through a slight style conundrum and I've been drawing a lot of more anime-styled stuff, its pretty cute so I hope I can share it soon~! I owe a couple really lovely people pictures and I'm going to work on making that happen if I have a connection or not. My friends should be used to me scanning/uploading/looking at teh porn-stuffs at their houses by now >.>...

Journal entry time~

After finally getting most of my sketches scanned and having the time to work on them, being in the middle of a couple requests, and actually looking forward to posting regularly to both here and DA...my computer broked ;_;. And it decided to stay that way for like, a week or something (I have nooooo concept of time at all btw) Only now has it proved entirely functional again.

I lost several things I'd started to color and as much as that bugs me, I'm super glad its all I lost. So the next few days will be spent (except Saturday, which will be spent at my mom's with the CUTEST PUPPIES EVER) coloring like a rabid badger. Except, you know, with less frothing and gnawing and rolling all over the computer and more actual coloring being done. >.>

Hopefully I'll be able to settle things with the people I owe pictures to, and start actually posting regularly. If anybody cares and stuff, many sankyuuuus and much love~<333
