A belated update journal
Posted a week agoAlright, so, life this year has been bumpier than I'd have liked, but all things considering I'm doing well at the moment. Could be better but have been a whole lot worse way too recently. So I'm happy for what I am.
With this, I'm back to writing. Still not the most consistent schedule and I'm definite shaking off rust, but writing again nevertheless. A story I've been mentioning for a long time, Countdown to Burstday, has been polished and is ready to start posting...
...What's that, I've already posted four chapters of Burstday as of writing this. What part of belated did you not understand. I meant to make this journal before hand. Anyway, Countdown to Burstday is a 7 chapter, highly emotional, bittersweet, fatal popping inflation story made with considerable help from
fidelias. I know this isn't gonna be everyone's cup of tea, but I feel like it's some of my best writing, up there with College Changes You, The Hunter's Son, and The Nerd's Jock. So, if you enjoy my writing for more than just the kink stuff, I hope you'll give Countdown to Burstday a shot.
I've had a draft of Burstday ready for polishing since December/January, part of what delayed it so long was what comes next. A return to GPIM Haywood [insert much cheering and people fainting from excitement here]. Before I began posting Burstday, I wrote three chapters of GPIM and am still working on more. While I don't promise to finally finish the series, I am making a push. Due to life happening, it won't come immediately after Burstday, but within a few weeks of it.

Belated Pride and Update!
Posted 2 months agoFirst, sorry for not posting anything, even a journal, for pride. I wanted to but have been dealing with persistent fatigue. Still, I hope everyone had a great pride month.
So, the elephant in the room is how I've not been active this year, and that includes barely any writing. Unfortunately, that's been out of my control and related to the fatigue I mentioned. The short version is that I had some serious health problems earlier this year and was hospitalized three times. Don't worry, I'm doing much better, my strength just hasn't returned. And I have some more restful times coming, which I think will make a big difference.
I'm polishing up an inflation story called Countdown to Burstday which I hope everyone will read even if inflation isn't usually your thing. Yes, I think it's that good. After that I'll be making a big push on GPIM. My plan is to get a few GPIM chapters done and then start posting Burstday while I keep preparing more GPIM chapters. I have a lot planned in GPIM that I'm excited to get to.

Happy New Year!
Posted 8 months agoI just want to say thank you to everyone that has welcomed me in this community. Everyone who has accepted me as I learned and accepted new parts of myself. Everyone who has enjoyed my stories and who has helped me grow as a writer. And, most of all, all the great friends I've made. Both this past year and ever. It's truly been a pleasure and I'm honored to be here and have no plans to leave unless forcibly removed.
Last year was a mixed bag of writing, but I got some stuff I'm incredibly proud of written. Even if I didn't get to GPIM Haywood as much as I wanted. But The Hunter's Son, The Nerd's Jock, Wild Ride, Injection Site, and the upcoming Countdown to Burstday are enough to make me say that was a great year writing, even if it was mostly posted in the beginning and end. Still, this year one of my resolutions is to do better, more consistent writing and posting. Making and posting good progress on both GPIM and Wild Ride.
It was also a rocky, rough, and not exactly good year in general. As much good happened, it feels like there was so much that went bad. I'm not one to get into details, but it was not great for my mental and physical health. I'm thankful for the escape this community provides and the friends that helped me through.
So, while I fully expect this year to be rocky in its own ways, I at least can hope it will be better. That things won't go as wrong or bad. Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Back soon*
Posted 10 months agoSo, I'll be posting a proper story tomorrow and have some exciting stuff coming as well. One-offs and new series. Including Jurassic Park Lane, The Nerd's Jock, and (a not-quite finished) Countdown to Burstday. Sadly, no GPIM but I plan to continue it after I finish Burstday.
That said, I'm also under a lot of stress at the moment and dealing with something health related this week. So I've decided to try out postybirb and have stuff queued up. Not sure how active I'll be or when I'll be able to finish Burstday and start back GPIM.

Update
Posted a year agoBeen meaning to make an update on posting and the lack thereof.
So, I've been in a writing funk since December. Wild Ride that you've read was half prepared in advance and half forced out but not easily. I do have other stuff done but nothing I'm ready to post. Most of it are first chapters of shorter series and I don't want more *Hunter's Son* and *Jock Flock* situations.
That said, I am coming out of it. I've started a writing schedule and have a friend helping keep me accountable. Right now I'm focusing on shorter, stand-alone stories and these shorter series. And yes, *Hunter's Son* and *Jock Flock* are on the table.
I'm excited to get back to GPIM, write more Wild Ride, and finally start the official Wyatt series. But I'm focusing on smaller stuff for now until I fill out of this slump.

Posted a year agoHappy Holidays, and just generally good days no matter what you celebrate.
Returning Soon!
Posted 2 years agoHey everyone, it's October! Aside from being the spooky month and the start of the holiday season, it's also the month I'm coming off hiatus! Now, I don't have the same huge backlog like last fall (was it October then too, it might have been, funny how it worked out if so), but I do have a good chunk.
What do you have to look forward to? First, I didn't hit every list item on my project list here. Anything related to an established series is at the same point, so no Udder-U or GPIM spin-off. Sorry Hunter's Son and Jock Flock fans, I promise I haven't forgotten you. I also didn't get to Growing and it's not something I would expect to change soon.
On the plus side, Nerd's Jock, Guidance, Cocks Anonymous, Countdown to Burstday, Sheen, Growing on Me (Fillr's likely final name) and have first chapters written. This week I'll be working on a first chapter of Jurrassic Park Lane and a second chapter of Guidance (it was intended to be one, but it was getting longer than I wanted) as well. I had hoped to be finished with them before October, but oh well.
As for the Big 3, Wyatt's EtM is the worst off with only two chapters, butI feel what goes into them takes more and it's more episodic so I feel better having fewer chapters of it than GPIM or Wild Ride. Wild Ride has five chapters prepared. I've very happy with it, but will admit it's only five because I split one chapter into two because it was substantially longer than the others. Which also means the first werewolf transformation doesn't happen until chapter 2 (or 3 of you count the prologue as 1 instead of 0).
And finally, the big boy that a lot of people are eager for, GPIM Haywood. Technically nothing is ready as I still have to go back and turn some speech into braying, lol. But ignoring that I have six chapters ready and able to post, one chapter ready for down the road, and one one-off that I'm saving for even further down the road as a major reveal.
So with that covered, what am I working on going forward? Once I get the above mentioned chapters written I'll either be writing another Wild Ride chapter because I think it'll be a better place to pause at if necessary, or more GPIM.
Past all that, GPIM is likely to be the focus. I'm 3 or 4 chapters shot of the catching up to the chapter that I called down the road. So I'd like to get to it before focusing on Wild Ride or something else.
As for for the secondary projects with a one or a few chapters, I'll probably use them when I need a break from the Big 3 and crank out the rest of one of them. Growing on Me/Fillr is the only one that's likely to be extremely long. The rest I estimate to be CCY-sized. The estimates are all 3-10 chapters for them.
Posting wise, I'm starting with GPIM. Look for the first new chapter coming Oct 24, specifically because the second chapter to post is a Halloween chapter and Halloween is on Tuesday this year. I hope to be caught up to the down the road chapter by the time I run out of GPIM chapters, but no promises. I'll probably stick with the Big 3 before getting into secondary projects, hopefully I can have one finished by the time I get to them, but definitely no promises there.
Before that though, I'll be updating the GPIM Haywood Book 1 compiled file. Better proofreading, watermarks like the other complete files, and art.

The Sate of Transformation Guy 3
Posted 2 years agoWhere am I in the backlog I've been posting from since like October 2022?
So, let's get the big one out of the way first. In terms of backlog, we have no backlog.
No backlog at all? Zero?
Not exactly, I have a much smaller backlog of stuff written since then, but it's considerably smaller. While I had hoped to have just as large a backlog ready for this moment, it didn't happen. The time ended up being more or a rest and recharge. Don't get me wrong, I've gotten some good stuff ready, but nothing is as far along as I had hoped.
What will I be posting next?
The immediate answer is nothing. I'm taking a break from uploading stories for a couple of months and will resume in October. The more interesting answer is GPIM Haywood. I know, a lot of you are eagerly and patiently waiting on its return. So look forward to that, I have a stand-alone story and 6 chapters of Haywood ready.
Why October?
Two reasons.
1-it gives me a chance to get the other projects where I want them to be, or closer to it.
2-Haywood has a Halloween chapter as the second one back, and with Halloween lining up on a Tuesday this year, it was too perfect to pass up.
Going forward
So, I like having a backlog to post from instead of posting the next Tuesday after I finish something. It lets me be more consistent, gives pieces a chance to sit so I can go back and revise if anything comes to mind, and it's just less stressful on me if I have a cushion. I know, I know, I shouldn't be stressing myself out to post for people for free here. But what you fail to consider is that I'm just naturally stressed; like a tiny, angry dog, my baseline stress isn't zero but 99...I'm mostly joking.
I plan to try and find a good balance for posting. Instead of backlogs 9 months long, to make smaller chunks of stories/chapters. The 6 chapters of Haywood ready being one such chunk. It's a nice little chunk that works well together as a group of chapters. It might make me less consistent, but should also keep me from huge gaps in story uploads.
On another point, to hopefully getting burned out on one series again, I'm also revising how I look at my projects. I'm looking at a "Big 3". GPIM being one of those current three. Aside from that, I'll also keep a series of other projects as secondary (Hunter's Son and Jock Flock fall here, sorry no progress yet). And, ultimately nothing is rigid, it just keeps me organized and I can say if I need to focus back on one of the Big 3 or if I'm chasing plot bunnies instead of working on anything from either list.
I don't know how successful I'll be a keeping to this, but that's how I'm going to try and operate from now on.
Feedback
I love comments on my stories, good, bad, or other. So don't hesitate to leave any. Sorry, shameless fish for comments.
More importantly, in the coming months I'll be asking for feedback and opinions on different things in my Discord server. Link in my bio and elsewhere, and if all else fails, note me for an invite. Some to help improve my stories and just opinions on how I can improve or best do some aspects of my stories, other purely for curiosity and won't change a thing. So if you want to be involved in that, join and join in, everyone is welcome.
What to look forward too
You didn't think I'd post this without sharing what's in store. Keep in mind, this isn't every idea I have or want to write. Just the ones I want to write sooner than later. And I'm liable to write stuff not on the list...
The Big 3
-GPIM Haywood - you all know what this is, and if not, you have a lot to discover
-Wild Ride - EDIT: Wild Ride is no longer a part of Werewolf Challenge canon. I think this is best for both settings.
-EtM (Wyatt's series) - Sorry, you'll have to wait till it's posted to learn anything more, I'm keeping this one close
Secondary Projects
-Hunter's Son
-Jock Flock
-Nerd's Jock
-Guidance
-Cocks Anonymous
-Countdown to Burstday

Happy and Safe Pride Everyone!
Posted 2 years agoI never expected to be a part of pride (at least beyond a ally). Growing up I had a crush on a girl starting in middle school, in college I finally got over that crush and later crushed on another girl. The closest thing to LGBTQIA+ feelings I had were my fetishes/kinks around transformation and growth that developed, but for the longest time I saw them as male-focused purely for self-insertion reasons. They were escapism and I could relate more to males transforming than females.
Though I'll be honest, occasionally I would question if I was actually gay because of my arousal at transforming, inflating, and growing men. But I decided I wasn't wanting to have sex with the men, it was just some body envy working its way into the escapism and self-insertion. That and not looking too hard at it.
In college, I found the term asexuality and followed some Tumblr blogs about it. But I said they were relatable but I wasn't Ace. I was straight and just not especially interested in dating; after-all, I had crushes on girls. Besides, there were plenty of reasons outside of my sexuality that I wasn't dating anyone. I was too busy, ladies weren't into disabled guys, lack of ability to do a lot of couples things, contentment with my friends.
Mid-2020 I've started actually completing stories of male transformation and my other areas that have been posted here. Including bits of gay sex and similar. But the above logic all holds well enough. I've got the important story beats for GPIM Haywood mapped out, including Daniel's orientation ironically enough.
Then rolls around November 2020 and Brandon Sanderson's fourth book in The Stormlight Archive, Rhytmn of War. I won't spoil anything, but it's a minor detail anyway. I see the post from Sanderson about a specific character being Ace (before reaching that point in the book) and why it felt like the right choice despite a sizable portion of fans wanting her to be Bi or Lesbian. I agree with his post but again, things don't click.
Come February 2021 and I reach that point in the book. Yes, it finally clicks, or rather I'm finally willing to accept what I've known since college, probably 6 or 7 years by then. I believe the exact wording was along the lines of she couldn't understand why people were so obsessed with physical pleasure when there were riddles and challenges in the world to solve. That definitely resonated with me, but it was more seeing the sexuality represented in and supported by my favorite author (tied with Pratchett who I imagine would as well).
Side note, one of the first things I watched when getting Netflix was Bojack Horseman because I knew Todd came out as Ace. But I loved the show regardless of that.
By early 2022 I had worked up the courage to come out to my best friend as Ace. I think he misunderstood asexuality as something super pure and free from horny (the horror if he saw this account), but he was supportive and that's all I could ask. After that, I quickly told my good friend
Verath on here.
After that, I came to the realization that I'm aromantic as well. While I have had crushes, the one from middle school was just me thinking she was awesome and beautiful. I never wanted to kiss or anything. And the crush in college I think I only wanted to date because I knew I was supposed to want to date her as my crush.
Another best friend was the next I came out to and we invented an AroAce superhero that's immune to villainous seductions. She was the first person I came out to as Aro. I'm happily attending her wedding this weekend, she's lucky with a wonderful man. But he's the real lucky one of them.
And by the end of the summer, I had come out to my last best friend as Ace. I'm not sure he had any idea what I was talking about, but still. He did provide the obligatory mitosis joke, so totally worth it.
And by now I'm fully out in this online persona. And proud to be so. Happy Pride everyone!

Graphic Design Commissions/Services
Posted 2 years agoI'm now open for Graphic design commissions/services! Get icons for your stories to make them stand out. Profile picture icons and profile banners. Bio cards with everything you want in one convenient place. Anything you could ask as it doesn't have to be furry or kink related; if you want business cards or letterhead or similar. Just ask, my prices are low and turnaround should be quick.
I've got over 5 years of experience in graphic design. Studied it in college, so I'm well-trained as well. I am not an artist; however, any character art you wish to include will have to be provided. You can get an idea of what I do best from my story icons in my gallery, font stuff and simple graphics.
I hope to reinvest any money I make back into the community with art commissions.

You can get an idea of what I do best from my story icons in my gallery, font stuff and simple graphics.
I hope to reinvest any money I make back into the community with art commissions.
Tips and Commissioned Art
Posted 2 years agoTips, Shinies, Donations, and Money
Let's get this out of the way now. It's something I've been thinking about for a while and had intended to do when I started posting this backlog, but I stressed myself out about it and potentially giving away personal information and didn't. This seems like as good a time as any to bite the bullet and do it. So, why am I accepting shinies and what does this mean?
Think of it as a tip jar. At the moment it doesn’t change anything. I currently have no plans to delay content or put any behind a paywall. Nor am I in financial need of more income. This is purely optional as a way to say thank you if you enjoy my work and would like to encourage more.
It also isn’t a commission payment. You’re welcome to say what you like best or would love to see more of with your donation, but it doesn’t guarantee anything. You’re donating because you like my work, not because you expect something out of it. Except my thanks, you will get not just my thanks but more of it than you want.
Ultimately, while I enjoy it, writing these stories is a lot of work and can stress me out. GPIM is already over 120k words, that could be two full-sized novels. And I estimate I'm only halfway through Haywood. The upcoming College Changes you is novella length at 20k words and the new Udder-U content alone is 29k. Llatex Hive will be 37k when what I have is all posted. I’m not trying to brag or guilt you into donating. But I want you to understand why I’m opening this. There is a lot behind this and that has to take away from other stuff I could be doing.
I want to become a professional author outside of the fetish space. Time spent on these stories is time not spent on those I’m going to try and market. And sometimes I feel guilty for indulging in this when it only contributes experience to those efforts. In the mean time, if I get occasional tips from fans, it makes it easier to dedicate time to these stories while I’m trying to build a proper brand elsewhere.
Wyatt and Commissioned Art
I've just commissioned my first piece of art for here. Wyatt, a persona for myself here by the amazing
Zapuccino. It's something I've wanted to do for a bit and was finally able to. It's also something I want to do more of, including TF shots of Wyatt and characters from major series (yes, including GPIM).
However, commissions aren't cheap, understandably so, and I don't have tons of money to throw around. So again, donations help make it easier for me to commission art. And while it is ultimately a tip, I am willing to take suggestions on what to commission next if you want to put your donation toward art.

Possible Delay
Posted 2 years agoThe start of the week is usually busy for me, but this coming week is set to be extra busy thanks to something medical tomorrow. Hopefully, this won't cause an issue and I can make my regular Tuesday upload, but it's not a guarantee. There is a possibility of a delay in the next installment of LLatex Hive. If something happens, I'll get it up as soon as I comfortably can.
The Wait is Over!
Posted 3 years agoThe Roundup
I’ve got 37 weeks of chapters ready. 5 more planned I’ve had to delay because I don’t want to wait any longer than to start posting. Those 5 I hope to have finished before this backlog is finished and you’ll never know. Some stuff I’m incredibly proud of, Llatex Hive is one of those. Others…not so much. For new series, I’ve already created gallery folders with a small blurb. But here’s what I have finished and ready:
-Udder-U continuation: 6 chapters
-WishR continuation: 1 chapter
-Llatex Hive series: 13 chapters
-Life Cycle of a Jock series: 5 chapters
-Urban Jungle series: 2 chapters (unfinished)
-Jock Flock series: 1 chapter (not an active project)
-Preyborn series: 1 chapter (not an active project)
-stand alone stories: 4 stories
I don’t have a set order I’ll be posting. Life Cycle of a Jock will be first (and already has the first chapter posted), but beyond that isn’t set. So please, tell me what you’re excited to see and hopefully I can keep you from waiting too long.
Housekeeping
You may or may not have noticed the housekeeping of my profile. I did post about it last week, so sorry if some of this is repeated. But I’ve got a shiny new bio. I’ve made icons for my Q&A posts and a dedicated folder. I made sure all my folders have blurbs. And I deleted a few that didn’t have enough content to justify and which won’t be getting more soon.
On that last point, I want to say that it doesn’t mean they’ve been cut. I’ve simply been doing some not-so-spring cleaning and wanted to remove the clutter. The removed GPIM spin-offs are still planned. The removed Coc-X folder is unlikely to get more entries, however.
Discord Server
https://discord.gg/UsBTMkdRBF
I’ve also made a Discord sever for my work. I’ve seen others do it and wanted to try it myself. This is very much a learning experience, so if you want to join then be prepared for rough edges and growing pains. Any feedback from those that join is welcome.
Mostly I imagine it as a table of contents for my work and a place for people to hang out. I’ll probably give smaller updates on stuff in there as well. I might also use it if I need feedback on a chapter or to brainstorm and workshop something. So who knows, you might get a preview of something if you join
Other Sites
Something else I want to do is start posting my stories on other sites, but after some kind of delay. FA will still be my main and home site. My plan is to post relevant works on the other sites with a delay and funnel people back here. The delay, however, will likely be irregular and it may not work out or continue.
The Future
The big one I know a lot of people want to hear: I’ll be resuming work on GPIM Haywood and the greater collection as a whole. A good chunk of the second half of Haywood is outlined, I have some one-off ideas to do, and I plan to do the Spring Break series as well since it’s more limited in scope.
Brayfever is in an awkward spot, however, as it is long along the lines of Haywood. Because of that, I don’t want to seriously focus on it at the same time. But I would like to work on it. So tell me, would a less frequently and more irregularly updated Brayfever be acceptable, or would most people prefer I hold off?
However, I won’t be exclusively focusing on GPIM. I’ve learned my lesson and burned out on it once. So I plan to be more flexible and jump between projects with less self-criticism. As part of that, I’ve got 2 other long series I’ll be giving some attention.
The first is Wild Ride. This one deals with the challenges between roommates when one is infected by a werewolf. It is set in the Werewolf Challenge universe and will delve into the early weeks of the infection and the origins of the creatures.
The other is a yet unnamed slice-of-life. This one is hard to speak about at the moment, so I won’t. Still, I know of one person who will be incredibly pleased with what this one turns out to be.

The Eve of my Return!
Posted 3 years agoWell, this hiatus to work on a variety of projects ended up being longer than intended. But life always finds new ways to keep you busy or sick, does it not? But it is over this Tuesday (assuming life doesn't start throwing curveballs)!
This week I've started doing some housekeeping with a new bio, reorganizing my gallery folders and making sure they all had descriptions, and just generally improving stuff. I've got a few other things to set up and prepare as well as three remaining projects to wrap up. But I don't foresee any issues (famous last words). In the meantime, I've made an Author Q&A for more general and personal questions and I'll be posting a scrap Friday to get everyone ready.
The first story is a 5 chapter Life Cycle of a Jock. In all total, I have 39 chapters of various projects ready! You can look for a full rundown of what is coming, a Discord server (that may or may not be a good idea), and a couple of other things to come Tuesday with the first post.
Unfortunately, I had to cut 3 stand-alone stories from this backlog because of time, but they aren't cut for good. If we're all lucky, I can do them before even finishing this backlog and no one will know any better. I've also got a strong plan of what I want to do with GPIM in the near term and will be working on that. Then there's also a new, big project or 2 I'm eager to work on, but those I'm not ready to discuss.

I'm not Dead!
Posted 3 years agoThat's the good news.
The bad news is that I'm not posting my "nothing to post" scrap this month. I was miserably sick (not COVID) for the first half of the month and then played catch-up for far too long. Now it's just too late in the month for me to do it. I'll try and make next month's something special.
Which leads to the other bad news. I'm still not ready to post. I'm getting close and if things don't go sideways or get too stressful and busy, I hope to start posting stuff either September or October. Though those aren't hard dates, so don't come at me with pitchforks if it doesn't happen.
Edit: It's looking tight to start posting the beginning of October. But I still think that I should be able to comfortably start sometime in October.
I'm excited to start sharing everything I've been working on. There are some continuations of existing series and brand new ones, as well as some one-offs. Expect a new WishR story and a lot of new Udder-U. Werewolf Challenge was planned but has been delayed due to changes to the plan and long-term story thread for it. I've basically built the non-existant background of werewolves from the ground up while adhering to future plans for the setting's development and progression over time.
Remember, no GPIM this batch. The intention was to step away and recharge by tackling projects that have been demanding attention GPIM was hogging. But I can feel those batteries getting full. I'll be diving head first back in when I finish this batch. Not just Haywood but one-offs, a second series, and a collab!

GPIM Update
Posted 3 years agoIt seems my previous journal was premature. However, this time I feel more comfortable saying that chapter 28 will be the end of Book 1. That said, chapter 28 was intended for release today but has been delayed as I feel the critical scene can be better. So I will be rewriting it and hopefully getting to a state I'm happier with. It's not in a state where I would usually delay to rewrite it, but the critical scene is of the closing chapter of Book 1 and an immensely personal scene. I hope to have the chapter ready to post next Tuesday, but make no promises.
In the meantime, you can get a preview of the chapter in my April Fools "Complete (1-67)" post. I will be leaving it up at least until I post chapter 28, after that I am undecided. Further, the brave/bored/crazy of you may scour the nearly 500 blank pages for secrets on 5 pages. This is not encouragement, I designed it to be frustrating. But for full disclosure, they are there.
I would also like to remind everyone that the Q&A is remaining open indefinitely. I was answering questions by Scyphozoa just last week. I'd love to see more names in the comments than just the 2 wonderful people there now.
Finally, rewrite of chapter 28 aside, I am hard at work on other, non-GPIM works. With Book 1 complete (or nearly so) I'm taking time to recharge, get other ideas out of my head, and plan out where the series is going in better detail. Unlike my last call of Book 1 ending, there isn't a loose hanging thread that will call me back early. Instead, the next time I start posting will be a whole buffet of other works. After that, GPIM will return bigger and better than ever, promise.

GPIM Haywood Book 1* is Done!
Posted 4 years ago*I'm not saying I've got any plans to make an ebook or physical copy of the story right now.
With this week's posting of Brown-Eyed Boy part 2, I'm considering the first chunk of the Haywood Community finished. Narratively, I feel I've hit the important plot points satisfactorily and have established what I need to for the next chunk. Thus, the reference to it being book-1. From a practical standpoint, the divide doesn't matter. There won't be a time jump or anything, this is just a place I feel satisfied enough to step away from from the series and put my focus on planning the beats of the next chunk while I focus on other projects for a while.
Rest assured, GPIM will continue; however, my output has been slowed considerably over the last few months, so I may be away from the series for a while. The plan is to use these other projects to build a backlog and then begin working on GPIM again while posting these other works. In the meantime, I'll post a scrap or something every month to hold everyone over until then. I have a few that are pretty substantial.
As always, your support means a lot to me.

GPIM is Returning!
Posted 4 years agoLadies and Gentlemen, donkeys of all breeds.
I'm proud to present that on 8/25/21 the GPIM Haywood series will return with 8 new chapters! In preparation, I've updated the map with a new location seen in the chapters. I've also updated two chapters. Chapter 5 with corrections and (currently irrelevant) changes to align with changes to Brayfever's structure and program. Chapter 13 with minor description changes in the cliffhanger to align with the soon-to-follow chapters.
Kicking off the new chapters is an extra-special, super-sized crossover with
Verath's New Horizon series. Make sure to read both of our uploads for the full story. This crossover has been in the works for months and we are incredibly excited to be able to present it.
But the hype doesn't end there. Among the remaining chapters prepared, I hope you will look forward to a family trip to the farms and a long night for two residents. There should be something in these chapters for every fan.
And finally, I want to thank everyone for their patience. My output has ground to a halt but I'm still here and writing. Unfortunately, my situation is no longer the golden goose that let me upload weekly and keep a backlog. Though that was never sustainable for me in the long term. Rest assured, even though I might be long between uploads, I'm still writing and some of that will still come here sooner or later. There are multiple projects in the works!

Series Overview
Posted 4 years agoDisclaimer: Anything listed is meant to give an understanding of my series’s current status and future plans. Anything here is possible to change at my discretion and will be updated as I see fit.
GPIM - Haywood is reaching a pause point. Unfortunately I didn’t intend to pause it here, however a collab for the next chapter has led to the current hiatus and then a few chapters later I’ll be taking another. Hopefully, the size and the quality will make up for it.
Other series and one-shots are planned but nothing immediate.
Werewolf Challenge - the originally planned story with Daniel is finished. I have no plans to expand his story further or write more series in the setting. I do expect to tell more stories in it, branching out into other transformations and playing with the video challenge idea in other ways.
Udder-U - I probably won’t make a proper series out of this, but I have plans to expand this world and also write real-life stories and not just commercials.
Coc-X - this isn’t looking good if you want more from my CTF pills. Other ideas keep poaching stories that would have otherwise ended up here. Though one I’m confident won’t be poached.
Pet Shop - from my recent collab with :hulksmash31:. I’d like to return to the pet shop in a future story, either with him in another collab or with his blessing, at least.
WishR - I have ideas, mostly from suggestions. Nothing likely near-term, though. And I don’t plan on turning it into “world of X” stories.

A Look Ahead [ARCHIVE]
Posted 4 years agoEdit: I've gotten to not like this wall of text, so I'm going to re-do it shortly. I'll leave this as-is for archival purposes. I'll be redoing what I was doing here in the next while.
I’ve seen other people, particularly writers I admire, do this and thought I would too.
The following is a rundown of my series, the state of my interests/inspiration currently, and general plans. This is not a schedule, complete, exclusionary, or a rigid set of plans. This is so just to have a reference on where stuff stands, what is more/less likely to come, and an easy place to leave suggestions. Also, understand this is not a short-term list.

It Finally Happened, No Story This Week
Posted 4 years agoWell, though there are still two days in the week, I'm just going to call it. Though I'm close to finishing the story I was working on, I'll just save it for next week if I do finish it. While there are a couple of things I have finished that I could, technically, post for this week, there's a variety of reasons why I'm not. One among them is to set expectations as my previous, weekly schedule is not sustainable. I've only been able to do it so far because I started once I had a backlog and I've been lucky enough to have the time to keep ahead of the backlog.
So, with that said, I have a question. I've got a few, brief introductions to worlds and some old, unfinished attempts of varying quality and length. Would anyone be interested in my posting these when I otherwise don't have anything to post? Keep in mind that I won't post these EVERY time I don't post for the week. Additionally, the unfinished works would be ones I don't expect to return to and would go in scraps (unless anyone has a better suggestion). The world ideas would be ones I am interested in writing for but do not expect to happen soon; they would get their own folder and moved if/when I write for them.

The world ideas would be ones I am interested in writing for but do not expect to happen soon; they would get their own folder and moved if/when I write for them.
GPIM is Expanding!
Posted 4 years agoI started the Greater Pleasure Island Metropolis series with more ideas than I knew would fit into one series, so multiple series have already been planned to some degree and with some written alread (though that doesn't equate to finished chapters). You can see this with the Brayfever and Spring Break folders pre-prepared.
What I didn't expect was someone else wanting to write in my setting. I suppose it shouldn't be as surprising considering GPIM took heavy inspiration fro :thenewjoker88:'s Pleasure Island City. Perhaps humbling is the word I want.

verath has started New Horizons: A GPIM Story in my setting. (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/40520249/) I've been privelaged to get an advanced peek at the story and work with him, so I can say that it is incredible and deserves you to show it every bit of love you show my series.
Edit: I've just been informed that the talented
Scyphozoa has done fan art of Richard, Daniel, and Ryan pre-transformation. (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/40574692/) It captures them so well and I'm honored.

Etiquette Question
Posted 4 years agoOk everyone, honest question: why do so many leave shouts thanking people for favoriting things?
While I appreciate the thanks and am flattered when I get favorites, I don't understand the thinking. Aside from showing the creator I like something, I use them to either save or track to read later. I guess my philosophy is that favoriting is a way of thanking instead of something to be thanked for.
Watches I get. That is different to me, so I get thanking for that.
