To everyone who used WebToon to read my Dimension Ride Web comic, I regret to inform you all that the series and my account have been removed from the platform. It was not because I violated any terms of services. I willingly chose to remove my account along with the comic from there.


For those who are wondering why, it’s because I recently heard about WebToon’s predatory practices involving contracts. From what I’ve heard, if your comic does ridiculously well on there, WebToon can own the series you created and claim it as their own. I was so scared about it happening and I did not want a company owning any of mine or any characters DFS owns. So I decided to do the right thing and delete my account and never come back to WebToon. I apologize to anyone who uses the platform for comics.


To provide a silver lining to this situation, there are alternative ways to read the comic. My comic is currently available on my deviantart, my instagram, my furaffinity, and Newgrounds. Again, I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

For those of you who followed me on Twitter, I deactivated my account. I know it’s not the first time but this time I’m making sure it’s permanent. I’ve seen people getting wrongfully suspended for no reason so I decided to deactivate before it happened to me too. Because honestly, Twitter is a really toxic place and has always been bad for my mental health and I should have stayed away when I deactivated my first account. That’s not the only reason though. One particular individual (whose name I will not mention) has been stalking my Twitter page for a while and accusing me for stupid reasons so that’s another reason I deactivated. I already blocked him everywhere else so I don’t think he has a way to stalk me anymore, and I just hope he has nothing left to say about me because I want to move on from all of this.

To everyone else reading this, I’m sorry this had to happen.
