I got my computer back, it's running a little slow but hopefully that's just it working out where everything is after the hardware changes and the virus scanning. (the viruses were located almost entirely in CCleaner and Webroot) Also apparently Windows Defender is a higher rated anti-virus than Webroot in terms of how effective it is.

Update on the computer, apparently the power supply was failing and took out the video card. Fortunately I have an extra video card from my brother's friend that I hadn't installed in the computer because I was worried that it would be too much for the power supply so I guess this is sort of working out in a not completely awful way.

My computer isn't starting. I think it's the power button that's broken as it stopped working about two days ago and I've been using the keyboard to start it and since an update last night now the keyboard isn't able start it. I'm going to ask around to see if I can get a rush repair job but with the pandemic I don't know if that's going to happen. Ever sense mid last year it has been ine tech issue after another.
