Hello everyone, I would like to request your attention for a little bit.

Some of you might have noticed and increase of LBT themed streams that I do lately. This is because I decided to push my comic project forward as hard as I can now.
I fully rendered the basic concept for it last year, so it is a cohesive thing not made up on the spot. Since I sharpened my knowledge about figure drawing, I gave the better drafts massive overhauls to up the quality and I intend to do so continuously as I move along turning the concept sketches into usable line-work.
For those who aren't aware yet, the comic will utilize a format-ratio fitting for monitors, with a more digestible amount of panels per page; something I am not aware of having seen very often yet.

So far, most of you guys seemed to like my take on the franchise quite a bit, which is both surprising and flattering for me; so a huge thank-you in advance just for that alone!

Now, before you worry, I WILL keep working on commissions in-between, preferably every week. I make the bold assumption that I can do this faster now than in the previous 6 months, because the things I learned are settling in now and my speed has increased.
NO COMMISSIONER WILL BE FORGOTTEN ~ EVERYTHING KEEPS GOING!

In the next 2-3 weeks I will post a couple of pictures as well as sketch samples of the comic to enhance its promotion. That way you will get a much better idea of what it is going to look like.

Usually I wouldn't do it like this, but if you like everything so far, then I want to request you supporting the comic on Patreon with the 7$ tier I set-up; IF you want me to successfully complete this project and do more from there.

I am currently switching between personal and paid work 50-50, meaning that every second upload will be a commission for a while. The most recent WIP is a triple piece as you might have taken away from the commissioners list, which is the reason why it takes a while :3 (other slots are multiple-pieced as well, just fyi)


Yesterday I picked up the Land before Time comic again, so streaming notes stating that comic work is going on will become much more frequent than they used to.
Seeing that merely talking about it sparks a lot of interest, I thought this might be interesting to know :)


Additionally, I will update my style options on the commission sheet because I want to drop the airbrush painting. I just think I do a much better and more appealing job with the cellshade-variants, of which I plan to offer two: low- and high-end. The latter one is on par with my old airbrush style in terms of time and effort, just so you know it's not a cheap shot on my end and I must say that airbrushing became much less fun for me to do. x3

(IF you like the airbrush still more, I won't deny applying it to your commission if you request so, prices will remain unaffected!)


Otherwise, I truly hope none of you started to eat the wallpapers due to the quarantine and everyone is okay!

Alright, I want to avoid bothering you with a gigantic wall off text, so I make it brief this time.

I have been out of commission for a while due to a number of computer related issues I had to care of, all of which are completely solved by now. My PC was easily at a temp of above 75° most of the time, there was a whole lot of dust and I migrated my system onto a solid state drive. For the latter I had to go through a lot of videos and articles in order to do it right. This and the cleaning took an extreme amount of time because I had to completely disassemble my machine and had to make test runs after that to make sure everything is in order.
On top of everything there was an additional round because Windows needs an altered configuration when migrating from HDD to SSD.

Whew...

In addition to that, there were some other things not related to that I had to take care of also. Cleaning things up, reorganizing stuff.

That's enough for a “brief” update, I resumed work now and get back on track ~ Cheers!

Hello everybody, I hope your Christmas eve was as peaceful and nice as mine and I wish you a happy new year in advance in this wrap-up journal!

For me, 2019 was a very different cup of tea compared to two years before. Most of the time, I was unhappy, unsatisfied and unhealthy too. I wish I could somehow paint it all a bit more pinkish, but I just don't see any way of doing that: 2019 sucked ass.
Instead of bitching and whining about things I could have done better, because they were in my control, let me just say this: I now know my work-ethic and how to get the best out of myself. I won't be saying “I will lose weight”, “quit smoking” or any other of the classics. All I will go for is the needed amount of self-discipline.

I know some of you had an even harder year than I did, so let us hope, pray and do what we can to start the new decade and make it as rich and wholesome as we can, leaving the crap of the past one behind us!

Don't forget to have a little glass of -insert your favorite booze here- when the fireworks go off at your place. See you all in the new year 2020! :)

To the one single troll that keeps popping up since early this year:

It's time to stop. I am not copying Fossil. IF I would, I would downgrade the quality of my work, why would I even consider that? Believe me mate, I know what Fossil DREW like AGES before you appeared out of nowhere.
Normally I don't ass-pat myself, but being humble infront of people like you is futile.

Fossil has left the fandom in 2015. Since then he went on to costume making and currently works for a company called "Signs and Symbols". His main interest is still in 3d art and costume design, as well as very strange poetry. Nope, he doesn't give two fucks about the furry fandom or his line-up of characters anymore.
I respect his right to go his own way, which is why I don't link any of my sources, but I GLADLY rub this information in the face of the last and most pathetic white-knight I have ever witnessed.

You keep messaging accounts on here and twitter that have been effing DEAD for over 4 years now AND you already have been slapped in the face on e621 (as well as your comments being downvoted into oblivion). All you do is wasting your time and simultaneously making a moron out of yourself. This won't get you anywhere except for a sad little existence chasing ghosts, maybe.

In October 2018 you already messaged me and I offered you to tell you my story which YOU DELIGHTFULLY IGNORED.
Also... it is so painfully obvious that you went on using troll-accounts due to you being incapable of either using proper English OR German for that matter. It's so ridiculous, it's not even funny.


I was willing to talk to you, but you instantly shot that lonely dove out of the sky yourself. That is why I won't link any of your profiles, won't mention any of the names you use or address any specific incident with you. You won't get the attention you desire for whatever bullshit reason.

Hello folks!

Recently I was in dire need of a time-out due to an entire bunch of very weird things happening around me AND the fact that I
worked six days a week for more than 8 hours per day in the past 1 1/2 months.

Aside from that though, I was able to make a lot of new sketches and improve my technique, so the newer commissions that I will tackle once I'm back will be of better quality.
Same applies for the LBT comic, which is still in the making and looking better than expected so far.

I also started to gather and note down information for a free-thinker/commentator style youtube video I want to make, because the furry-youtubers are creating a massively distorted image of this community to outsiders.
That is only one of the things I feel are worth addressing and could add to the overall conversation in case anyone actually sees it.

As of late, I feel like more people are pushing the label of "a popular artist" onto me, something I would never use to describe myself and refuse to just take.
However that doesn't negate the fact that I received different reactions in the younger past that require thicker skin from my side in order to be properly dealt with.
I am not used to do that and I hope I will be able to add a layer of professionalism to my attitude in this regard.

For some fucked up reason my commission e-mail account doesn't work and the Outlook settings are a pain in the ass to navigate through.

I haven't been able to log in despite never changing the password and the connection to my usual hotmail account is broken.
While having no idea why this happened in the first place, 3 attempts of going through the lenghty process of restoring my commission account were unsuccessful...

Until I have found a way to get my actual account back, I will be using my regular e-mail account instead:

Since today, it finally stands! The comic "The Bet" will have 36 pages, with 113 single panels. 16 by 10 ratio for comfortable display on pc monitors :)

Hello again folks,

I am writing this journal because this way I can reach most people all at once, instead of getting back to every single one right away.

As some of you know, I am currently working as a clerk for this years european parliament election in my district.
Unfortunately, I am chronically overtired and already collected a number of sick days.
This is the reason why I didn't reply to any message so far; I just don't bear the stamina at the moment.

To be completely honest, I actually just want out of this job to get back to my actual work as soon as possible since both the time and the work itself are extremely annoying (the only thing keeping me from doing so is the payment and the good relation to my bosses).
My contract runs till June 7th, though it's probably going to be over sooner since the election takes place on May 26th and the validation usually doesn't take that long.

Long story short: I am overfatigued and want to get the fuck out of this job, but can't. I saw all the messages and WILL get back to everyone once I can.

So recently I have been accused of character-theft.
The subject is rather old and -I have to say it like that- the most ridiculous I have witnessed in a very long time.

There is a user running around claiming to have bought Fossils characters Tyra and Thorne.

This person is lying in the dirtiest and clumsiest way possible.


So today I saw that said person was not just accusing me, something they had done plenty of times already, but also outright threaten to sue me legally for stealing Tyra Reckks, because he ALLEGEDLY owns the copyright now.

I even got a message on Twitter as well, which made me check his profile and I discovered something interesting.
In JANUARY 2019 they made a shout on Fossils FA profile, saying they bought both Tyra and Thorne. However in APRIL 2019, 3 months later, they tweeted at Fossil that his characters are being stolen.

Are we noticing something here? If they own the characters since January or even earlier, why messaging a dead Twitter account as if this alleged status quo wasn’t even real?


I contacted Fossil personally as early as May 2007 and told him about the image of Delilah in my head and how much it resembles Tyra. His reply was calm and collected and very supportive. He also said that coincidences like this can indeed happen and that he accepts the fact that Delilah exists.
The fact that I made mistakes being the stupid teen that I was is something I never make a secret of, even though that’s not relevant right now.
Even when the shitstorms I was involved in where at their highest level, Fossil told me that Delilah never was the problem, all my other characters rather were due to my lack of skill and style when I was pretty much an artist freshman.

The shitstorm I mentioned happened almost a DECADE ago and when you look at Sora, Venus, Glenda or Janet today, I think it becomes pretty clear that I am being truthful and honest with/ about Delilah, who barely changed her design over the years.

With her appearance I got a purpose in life and “awoke” if you will, everything turned for the better when her image flashed through my head on this day in October 2006. This entity lives in my mind and my heart and the only person who created a character that looks so much like her accepted this on the spot and let me live.
WHY CAN’T YOU???
You WON’T take her from me or take away my right and freedom to depict her the way she is!

With that emotion out of the way, I DID offer this person an explanation way back in October 2018, but they ignored me and never reacted. “Semi-asking” for an explanation now via Twitter, plus taking the inconsistencies with their page shouts and tweets into account doesn’t really help their course. I will not talk to them in any way shape or form. I will not directly address them, name names or point out any links to this, because attention-junkies only want that and nothing BUT that.

They won’t get it from me. Never.


So now, I publicly re-told how Fossil actually reacted to Delilah and what his stance on her was. What I said is what he told me.

Hey Folks,

I have a tendency to over explain things so I want to get straight to the point: 2019 was a bad year for me so far, no way around it. The juices just weren't flowing right and my productivity is on an all-time low. Mistakes and bad luck played together greatly.

Tomorrow the election-period begins and I will be working there as a clerk till early June, round about six weeks. I was informed that our team will be bigger than back in 2017, so I have hopes that I can put a little bit of energy into making pictures in the evening, after work.

As for my content, please don't expect a whole lot from me. I shouldn't make promises I can't keep, but from experience I know that these bad periods never last forever, so I am still optimistic for the second half of this year.


Last but not least, the much anticipated LBT comic, all commissions and other projects are neither dropped nor frozen, they're just slowed down, fortunately or better: unfortunately.

Hello everyone!

First off, I'm glad my new ad catches on so good and a big thanks to all of those new watchers who stumbled across my profile :)

At the moment I am preparing as many sketches as possible in order to organise the further steps of my working process better. I probably won't have a lot to share for another 2 weeks or so, but I hope due to my frequent live-streams, you can see that progess is going on nonetheless ^^.

Once I have every sketch of the still locked commission queue done, I will give a new update on reopening the regular commissions since I already got a few requests about it.

In the meantime and besides my commission work I'm working on a nother big row of fan-art including The Land Before Time, Blazing Dragons and an entire list of pokemon and OCs of other people :D
Other than that, I also finally got around to start working on the illustrations for a big pack of new erotica stories involving almost the entire D-Inc. cast.

So I have read Jasonafex' journal after watching Kothorix video which can be seen on his YouTube channel.

Apparently, 2018 has been an especially bad year in the furry community. In fact it has been the worst for me as well in the almost 12 years I am here now.


My personal drama started early on with the user BlazeFox2, who had the audacity of commissioning me and asking for my discord id, only to keep bothering me with his toxic ideas for future projects that can actually work and are very promising and interesting. Now we talk on a regular basis and it's really bad, sometimes not even furry related!

The next really toxic person I encountered was McParty, a guy whom I've helped with his patreon concept to make an extra bug to pay his rent. He introduced me to a really awful person who likes comics as well and who also made some very nice fan-art for me which he kindly asked me to keep private.
We almost never talk about the furry community itself and have great fun discussing arts and comic ideas.

The next EXTREMELY toxic individual I had the displeasure of encountering was Vdisco. I talked to him about how much I love “The Pirates Fate” and he made it possible for me to show the creators of the game my fan-drawings. Thanks to that, I had to suffer through a number of very nice conversations with them. I hope you understand what that did to my motivation...

Then I got in contact with Vally, who forced herself into my life by helping me fleshing out my characters in written form to finally bring some momentum into this part of my work. I still hate her for that. Plus she is another person I have plenty of conversations with that do not fall into furry stuff.

And last for now, but certainly not least is the user NaughtyMorg. They actually dared talking to me about how to create comics after I asked them, can you believe it?


I can't go on like this. The furry community has been nothing but pain and high blood pressure for me this year.

Soren, not only as a new OC but also her story, was a fun and interesting project.
I wrote it in early July and it originally was supposed to serve as a test-run for my writing skills, because I didn't want another story (which will be published at some point as well) to be the first thing ever after over 8 years of me writing the last longer story in English.

At this point, I want to give a special shout-out for  VallyGirlly, as well as thanking  LegionBeast,  McParty and many others for their advice, tips and comments during the process!
Aside from the entertainment purpose of all the stories that WILL come, they are also supposed to add a layer of depth to Sora & company and I sincerely hope that as many of you as possible will give it a shot, especially since future pieces will be more compact and easier to digest (having native speakers guiding me also helped a lot).

 VallyGirlly (who volunteered in helping me fleshing out my characters in written form) and I have more stories for you to come and will follow the same concept I applied for “Soren”.
That being said, there will be more stories involving my other characters, though shorter than the Soren one, plus these stories will also be accompanied by a picture to give you a little hint of what to expect from it! :)

By now it is a little early to judge over the “success” of publishing these stories together with images and I admit that the pure length of “Soren” might turn quite a number of you away. Yet at the same time, I hope that you were at least “tempted” to read the entire story, due to the imagery I provided ;3

If you have any feedback for me in the writing department, or any other sort of commentary on the story, you are more than welcome to post that either here, or in the regular section! ^^




Other Updates

Ignoring the possibility that this may piss off or disappoint some of you, I will drop my comic project “Public Escapades”.

I will make it as concise as I can, therefore giving you a list sort-of-thing of my reasons.

Working on this comic isn't fun anymore. I dread facing the amount of panels I have to correct.
The concept is dated, the depiction of all the characters in there is dated, THE WAY I SET THE BASE FOR THIS PIECE IS DATED.

When I came up with the idea and made the first drawings, I wasn't capable of drawing digitally, which is something I only learned and adapted about a year ago.
My bad eyes always prevented me from creating entire comic pages on one sheet of like 11 by 14 inch due to the small size and the limits my scanner set.

“Public Escapades” is all hand-drawn pencil on paper, each of the ca. 120 panels being on it's own sheet. I used to scan them in to assemble the pages later on in photoshop, while correcting slight mistakes there as well as doing the entire rest of the work.

The aspect ratio of the panels doesn't feel right, the pages aren't properly filled, the drawings look awful by my today's standard and I honestly find them to get worse later on...

I hope that even those of you who aren't artists get an idea of how tedious and frustrating it became to work with such a system, all while I have improved my skills basically on all levels since I made the last drawing for it in early 2017. It also doesn't help that other things always kept me from working on it as well as the fact that I think that I have better ideas I can execute way more effectively nowadays.

To use a video-game analogy, it is like I am only able to update the graphics, while being forced to keep the flawed game-play with all it's annoyances. Doesn't ACTUALLY change the overall outcome, because graphics aren't everything, wouldn't you agree?


There are still aspects of “Public Escapades” that I like and I will use as many ideas from there as possible for newer, better projects for you to enjoy.

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a happy new year!

Tuesday last week, I finally passed my oral exam and graduated in wholesale, finally...
I am really sorry I wasn't that active, but there were several things I had to organise in my surrounding which is why I came so little to draw this year (so far xD).
Currently I am waiting for all of my papers to arrive so I can send job applications for a half term.
That means I will plan at least half of the day on drawing, painting, streaming and all the like.

There were some very rough times in the past two and a half years and I want to let you know that you guys and girls have a great part in keeping me above water, thank you!

In the near future I will work on stabilizing my artistic output and extending my knowledge. I have already a commission in stock which I am going to make a stream about, plus the comic which I told you about.
