I passed the written exams!!

On January 10th 2017 I will have the oral exams which is going to be easy enough. That means it finally ends...
This damn apprenticeship which drove me to go to a psychologist and take pills every damn day... It finally ends!
I will write more about it once I am free from this god damned tile-company.

Now let's continue:

There will be more streams of me including mic and stuff in the future. By now, I can not because I am still busy drawing a new comic which is very long. That is the reason why I can't make a stream for now because I still have a pile of 50 single panels to draw.
The comic will be absolutely 18+, much fun (I hope xD) and 21 Pages long in full color;
Similar to "Sora's Dirty Dreams" --> Sora is there too

So I want to create an account at Patreon.com to fund my works.
Therefore, I want to deliver special "patreon-only" content for you such as images and comics.

Now, I imagine to submit at least 1 picture per month there, considering the suggestions of the supporters (of course!).

In 2017, I will update all that to maybe 3 images per month (together with massive updates including commission prices and my additional investment in skills!!!).
This is because next year (early february) I can look for a half-term job and this damn apprenticeship is finally over...

My account is suspended for three days.
So it happend several times that my artwork got deleted or re-rated because of stupid minor things.
I indeed understand that a certain set of rules has to there and maintained, but in the past I had trouble on how to categorize an image on weasyl several times.
This time whatsoever, they took it too far...

...WHO THE FUCK DID THEY ASK?
I know BlackWingDragon for years, he was always happy when I made a picture of Moonstone and I am sure he would have said so if anything wasn't okay with the artwork I did or where I post it.
Furthermore it was a gift that he accepted, you can read it in the picture info...

I neither have the time nor am I in the mood to check their list of submission rules every fucking time when I want to post an image.

And NO, I never had any problems of this kind on FA or SoFurry. That's why I am going to abandon Weasyl.

...being sick to the fullest degree.
I am awake since yesterday morning.

The doctor said I probably got a psycho-vegetative exhaustion and need to consult a specialist to talk about
the causes of my inner barriers, which become so strong I can not handle it any longer...

As most people here may do not know is that I took it very far in novembre to organise things for my
dinosaurs inc. I was buying (organising) the certificated copyrights for my OCs, edited my price cataloque and -for the awesome forces of the german law and order- a working concept plus the printed form (which was horrible to fill).

On top of all that, I have an apprenticeship in wholesale which keeps me busy with written exams, fairs and a little bit of saturday work.
That whole thing was a decision of pure prudence, like having a secure job-base in life.

But my true dream is bringing the dinosaurs inc. to you and all people with the picture and stories and what not.
I have trouble balancing these things to a level where I can handle it.

this is a special moment for me.

On this very evening, my characters Delilah, Ryan, Sora, Glenda, Janet, Iko, Robin, Andor and Venus
are OFFICIALLY COPYRIGHTED CHARACTERS!!!
It cost me some time and money, but for the rest of my life and by the laws, they're mine.

About this commission thing I told some of you that I'm extremely limited on time.
Well that's because I'm in contact with the finance authority to reason how I can
charge money for drawing (taxes and stuff).
Till then I will work on a new price-catalogue so everyone can track my way of working and
what it costs.

I want to build up an existence as a freelance artist and writer and I think the time has come to set all
these things up.

Wow!
It's the middle of september and I sit here and think "where did the time go so fast?".

My dual traineeship is less consuming than I thought and I do a little drawing practice almost everyday,
which is a more regular rythym compared to my "free time".
Currently I'm working on a dinosaucers fan-piece and though my days are cramped with lots of different things,
I can finish one painting per week easily (in theory at least ).

Yet there's one thing I feel uneasy about. I have stated a few times that I'm working on a story-line for my dinosaur characters and I am kinda stuck. It sure takes its time and I have trouble being patient about the whole thing.
I think my problem is that I KINDA know where the whole thing should go, but there are several things I still need to find or know to do that job.

I feel I have something to say through these scaly saurian darlings. I also still can feel the fire and passion for it and
there are still lot's of thing you guys haven't seen from me yet.
The fact that I seem to need so much time makes it dull for me sometimes and that's hard.

If or when you got someting to say about that, I want to know it no matter what it is, critique, advice or whatever.
I need some exchange ^^"

My apprenticeship started on august 1st and there are lot's of things I have to get used to.
It is a well-paid apprenticeship-nearby my home- connected to some good chances of getting a job after and it doesn't
keep me from drawing that much.
Yet I only got 1 to 2 hours per day during the week to work on
the dinosaurs inc., which means I propabaly can not be as productive as within june and july.
But nevertheless, once I get used to it again, I'll bomb you with art as good as I can ^^"
(After all, that's all I want!)

After a single week I still feel unsecure and I hope I have a little of your mental support

...currently I'm working on a pin-up featurinf Andor, my brachio-guy!

So *umm err*...

Recently I heard some voices from the fandom claiming things like "our art is evil" or "dirty" or even "...little...".

This made me thinking about some things!
These incidents made think about the question "what is MY fascination about anthropomorphic characters?".

Burn in your brain that I never think of the above stated terms!!!
In some comments I posted lately, most of you can not know, is that I always fall in love with characters who
are showing a certain kind of face.
Yes you heard right: faces, looks, eyes, smiles. Not breasts, hips, pussies, asses or anything.
I like the latter mentioned, but I HAVE to be honest, the are the easiest.
When there is a character, male or female, who looks right at you making you (me) wanna ask him/ her "where do you come from and what's your story?", that's the true magic!
...making you wanna know more...

When there are people spending hours and hours on a picture, year after year working on how the content of the pictures look like, putting their heart into it... How can you ever call that "dirty little hobby"???

I say if you can not feel the power, the life behind the creatures you draw or maybe just like to see, then you simply
didn't understand what this means to me.

I love what I do; and I wouldn't replace it with ANYTHING.

Can't you see the whole new and different world before your inner eye? Didn't you ever imagine these creatures to be real and what their world is like? Don't you know there are so many planets in our cosmos, they might be actually real and you just don't know?

So tell me... Do you just see tits and penises?
...Or do you feel magic, like me?

some of you sure remember my last journal when I wrote about being betrayed about my
apprenticeship.

Well I searched like I searched like never before and played against the time and I finally made it today!
Now I have an apprenticeship and can crawl out of that emotional hole ^^

Thank you so much for all your supporting words and letters of trust, making me wanna hold on and
keep going. I don't really know what to say except that it was so great to realise there are people who
stick to me even in bad times THANK YOU!

I still want to do some more fan-art for different people and making doodles, aslo working more with Corel Painter.
Additionally I have another comic idea in mind I might work out in june or july.

There is one major thing that happened to me last saturday.
See, I had a practicum as some of you know, in that office translating african languages.
The "boss" there ASSURED me I was going to work there in august starting my apprenticeship.

Well, it is not going to happen - my future is anything BUT safe.
The boss was a person, so sympathic you would never image her to do like she did.
We were getting along so damn good as if destiny wanted us to work together, as she would have said.
Then, a few days a go, I got a cold unpersonal letter telling me they can't say if I really get the job and that I must be patient.
By the way, I was supposed to sign the contract in late february, but that never happened either.

...patient...
...thank you very much...

Now I gotta see what to do next and I must hurry.


And if that's not enough, I got a painful flashback on Fossils art again.
Normally I keep it like I should: Doing my own thing in the way I think is the best.

But now I just checked the update on his DVD+ project and feel very intimidated again.
By his skills, by Cherri herself and by the faith so many people have.

It's like I have to be better than him,
as if I am bad at what I do and he's not, always ahead of me in everything.
Though I'm absolutely aware it's nonsense to think that.
What I want, what I think, the way I am going is so damn different from Fossil you can't imagine!


Still it got me again and I want to shake it off but I can't.

I am paralysed.

...if you can't sit down to look at it delightfully.

What do you do? Do you flip your eyes over every picture you like or do you take one single piece and look at it for several minutes or longer?

I try to do the latter of it, though it's hard to be honest.
See, I want to appreciate what others made here.
But often the pure mass of stuff keeps me from the peace to give the artwork the time it deserves!!

Recently I started to view many pictures of Jeremy Bernal. Pictures often 8 to 13 years old, but that doesn't matter I discover lots of things I like and don't like that much in his work and that's very interesting I don't regret to take my time!

What's your point on this?

I kinda was thrown out of the fandom during the past three days and there was a lot happening.

On jan. 24th I had a job interview and start a practicum in a few days - means I almost got a job (positive).

There's a complete new stage in my life which I wanted to achieve for years now and I am totally glad I finally made it!!!

1. I don't think I am really affected by anything what is going on there.

2. Yet I have an opinion I'd like to share.

3. Most important things:

If you really wanna stay in touch with your favourite people, there's always a way / FA is NOT the whole community / There is a nice number of other places where you can show your art or look around / I am also active on some of these other places / I don't identify myself with the FA staff / I only want to show my art and see art of those who I appreciate.

In my opinion there is no need to go away from here and no reason to stay, both at the same time.


Well you see I once was really proud of having those nice status-profile here on FA, such like having x-watchers/favs/views. But spreading out like here is possible at other places as well.
For me, FA is just a website to do what I already said I am doing and what you all can see.

...so just lean back and only care about those things you really think you should care about. Then decide, after a nice cup of tea.

I really want to thank all of you, those who know me for years and those who just recently discovered me.
Only a few years ago I couldn't have imagined how fine it would be now to linger around here in the fandom.
I am so happy you liked the comic I made this summer (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11006760/) and the stuff I published after just as well.
There hasn't been many steps into the right direction this year, but you people reassured me that I at least made it right here! ^^

I also wanna ask you about the comic I made back in july. Since I had a lot of fun drawing all the things in there, I recently got a request if I'd do comic-commissions.

Please don't get mad at me because of my (I hate it myself) lack of submissions since 2012. Just had some art-blocks and such and needed a break from it. But most bad things came down on it through my current life-situation.
By the way I have a lot of projects still ongoing and have to do it one after another, if not, I'd get an art-block again (means I haven't forget anyone!).

So here I go again writing a journal about my current status:

First of all I want to thank you guys for the huge appreciation for "Soras Dirty Dreams". I never thought it would be such a success like more than 900 views for every single page and tons of faves! For those among you who like my comics, I deliver that I already have plans for a second one. Not telling you the details, Yet I can say that it will be semi-digital and b&W.

The stories about my characters are still in the making, as two of them are finished (part 1 and 3 in german), while part 2 is currently in progress. It is very improtant to focus on the main story in writing, as these stories are the basis for everyones eye.

Triassic World will stay empty for a while, yet there's still the "secret project" I will make public when three stories are finished.

What else is there to say...?
I still have a number of classic furry-art to do like some requests an other stuff, but I have not so much time to do that right now. All of them will be titled like I already do: Pin Up 01, 02 and so on. I'm just getting tired of finding original titles, that's all.... xD
