Disney afternoon childhood led to finding a Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers forum, which led to making friends with furries which led to the demise of any shred of dignity I had in my life.

Making a couple really close friends online and then eventually in my own city. And the cuteness the cute furriness.

It's happened. I don't really care and people don't really take it too seriously. I think some people actually find it endearing.

Dear FA: here are things I am currently doing:

- Having a deliciously cheap french vanilla coffee from a gas station convenience store.
- Sporting a righteous mohawk for the first time in my life.
- Changing the strings on all my stringed instruments for the first time ever.
- Trying to come up with inspiration/motivation to record some music.

I have been playing almost non stop in an 80s cover band, and it's been really fun, I missed playing bass this much. I have a huge festival next weekend and then I'm off to a secret location for some R&R and fireworks. It's nice to get a little vacation once in a while, but there's no internet there, so you won't be hearing from me, not that you ever hear from me.

Listen, to my watchers, many of you who are admired artists of mine, I have a proposition: I don't have any money, but I'd like to get a nice new avatar for FA. Hello fuzzy butt friends.

I have a question for you. I see all these people posting cover versions of songs on FA with blatant disregard (or perhaps just ignorance) for copyright law and I wonder if this is something that has a negative impact on the legitimacy of this site. I mean if this place had a higher profile, it might be shut down on the grounds that we're a bunch of indecent plagiarizing pseudo zoophiles, but at the same time I wonder. I wonder if I were just to go with the flow and just post covers too, would I make more friends that way? Of course my hard-drive is littered with hacked up, piss poor versions of my favorite songs as performed by yours truly, but do you guys really wanna hear them? Sometimes it bothers me when I check my messages to find that the 20 new submissions are just someone uploading commissions of themselves. I mean the art is great, but it's not really yours, is it? What about a journal with a link to the artist or whatever? I'm getting off my point.
