Hello?

Oh, good, it's working. So, um... Hi again. I've got a bit of a backlog from when FA was down. Not as much of one as I'd have if I'd been in one of my more productive drawing phases, but there's still a bit to get through, and I'll be getting that up over the next few days. I'm trying to post the best stuff last, 'cause I like to do it that way.

Anyway, enjoy.

I haven't been drawing lately because someone who shall remain unnamed had to go and get Guild Wars, which came with a 14 day trial for City of Heroes/City of Villains. Thanks to that, I've been playing City of Heroes/City of Villains during my free time for almost a month now. So... posts may be few and far between.

Honestly, I can't blame all my non-drawingness on gaming. I tend to do a fair bit of my drawing at work, and I just haven't felt inspired. Hopefully that'll change. If nothing else, I can probably get a doodle or two in on Thursdays. The real question is 'Can I resist playing CoH/CoV long enough to scan and post or not?'

This remains to be seen.

Anyway, just thought I'd let anyone still watching me know that-

I'm doing science and I'm still alive.

Seeing as the last journal is so vastly out of date that it's not even funny, I thought I'd put up a new one.

I haven't been feeling the creative bug as much, lately, hence a dearth of new images. I blame the fact that I got a whole load of games recently, and I've been playing them all instead of doing... well, anything else. I've finished most of 'em by this time, but that doesn't mean I'll neccesarily be drawing more, seeing as I went out and got a whole load of books next.

So... yeah, I might be reading instead of drawing for a while. I'll still try and get a drawing up now and then, though. Or pershaps I'll go find some stuff to color, since the last thing I did turned out so well.

Anyhow, I'm kinda rambling, now, so I'm gonna wrap this up.

Seeing as the Lynx Caught series has fallen off my front page, I figure it's time for another journal. So, this Grace series I'm working on. This is probably the most work I've done on one project since, like, college. Also, I think this project is helping me to improve my expressions, and my drawing of feline faces. Also the teeth. I haven't drawn this many teeth since I drew this for my boyfriend http://www.furaffinity.net/view/421476/

This brings me to another thing I've been meaning to bring up. Everyone go look at Rajani's page! http://www.furaffinity.net/user/rajani/ Not only does he have a bunch of my pictures of his characters on his space, he's also done a fair bit of writing.

Anyway, back to the original topic, I have been having fun with this series. One advantage to doing a sinking sequence like this is that there's less of Grace to draw with each installment, so it takes a bit less time to draw it each time. Bad for Grace, good for me. Anyhow, if anyone is worried about Grace's ultimate fate, don't be overly concerned. She'll get out of the pit eventually. I just enjoy making her squirm. =P

So, I figured I'd toss up a bit of a journal here on the subject of those Lynx Caught pictures. Mostly just to clear out the old journal entry, really. Anyway, I basically drew these pictures for a friend of mine in hopes of embarassing her utterly, and was only partially successful. I think she probably has them up on her wall, now. Anyway, believe it or not, four, five, six, and seven were all drawn up while I was at work. Fortunatly, no one looks over my shoulder while I'm drawing at work. I'm not sure if it's because they're respecting my space or if they've caught glimpses of my work and are afraid of what they'll see. Either way, I wn. And now I'm rambling, so I'm going to go to bed.

Whoops, I kinda lost track of the days, working on other stuff, and I forgot to keep posting my backlog. I'll never get through it, at this rate. I'll have to try and get things back on track, there. >.>

I'll probably be posting a lot of my older stuff for a while. It was pointed out to me that I have quite a backlog of images, most of which are well worth posting, and others that I'm being forced to post even though I know I could draw the same thing much better, now.

I'm not going to spam anyone, but there should be a marked increase in the number of submissions people get from me until I clear out my folder-o-pics again.
