Posted 12 years agoWell I got some glasses, got laid off, and I want to move out ASAP.
I guess all the years of masturbation has caught up with me. I have astigmatism and am myopic, so I got 2 pairs of glasses; one pair of regular glasses, and a pair of polarized Rx sunglasses. Had to some tweaking to get them to fit my greasy head, but they help out a lot. I guess you could say that I'm looking good.

Er... nevermind.
Anyhow, I am looking for a new job or schooling and to move out of my sister's house as soon as I possibly can. I wish there was something out there for me to do since I have no college degrees, and most of what I see requires that you have said education, or even experience in the job posted. How does one acquire the experience if no one will help you get the training?
Gotta love catch 22's.
Anyway this is mainly a rant for myself, not that anyone will read this.

Oh god
Posted 12 years agoSick. I thought it was post-nasal drip causing a sore throat, but as the time passed from about noon to midnight, I believe that I have a cold/sore throat combo. Freaking yay.
Well this is just dandy. Everyone at work is dropping like flies, with [forklift] drivers and lumpers calling out early because of some flu going around. I got my flu shot a month or so ago, so I don't believe it is that. my throat hurts like my tonsils are swollen, but I highly doubt it is tonsillitis, since I would need said nodes to have that.
The area under my jaw was hurting/tender Thursday, but I thought nothing of it, or thought it was the way I slept or something. I hope this stuff goes away fast, because I can't afford to not show up for work. Speaking of jobs, I wish I had a more solid work schedule instead of having to call in everyday to see if they need workers, but shit, in this economy, I will take what I can get.
I am awaiting contact from a tech school to see about their courses and if I can get financial assistance. I want to try my paw at gunsmithing, since I am familiar and comfortable with the realm of firearms and ballistics. Let's see how that goes, eh?
I have a pretty nasty headache that is coming and going, and I should really be getting to bed anyhow. If you are reading this, Silver, I just want to say thank you for the awesome time today and that I can't wait until our next rendezvous.
