Its official So I spoke to my coaches at wrestling training ...They told me in 6 weeks (10th week of training) we're doing a show! Livestream, entrance, referee and costumes. Y'all have no idea how nervous I am. I just pray to the good Lord that all goes well.🙏🏾 #prowrestling

Dec 19th. (10 years).. Ten years ago today, the Lord took the most important woman in my life... My mother. I can still remember that night. My grandpa told me to my face "Your mom died." My brother came home in tears and I was confused. I know 10 years is a long time, you have to move on and its unhealthy to dwell in the past, but it still hurt sometimes.
The next time y'all see your mother, hug them, kiss them and tell them
how much you love them. Please do that for me.

Sup fam😎 I thoguht I should share this. Last week I got an email marking 4 years of workin at Buffalo Wild Wings. I didn't think it was a big deal but workin 4 the same company for 4 years, tryin to learn for all the mistakes I made in the past and being the ONLY 2-time emp of the month says a lot lol Y'all need to please understand, this job can be stressful at time, but I thank the Lord that I have a job peroid. Much love y'all.

Once she got in my car, I put on some music and we started talkin'

FUCK dat shit! XDD Got my ass up and went back to the gym.
Today, the gym was EMPTY as FUCK which was good for me 'cause in just ONE HOUR, I hit the upper body so hard.
BENCH: Total reps 60
PUSH-UPS: Total reps 50
CHEST DIP: Total reps 75
CABLE CHEST FLY: Total reps 60
BICEP CABLE CURLS: Total reps 75
