Posted 12 years agoThe FWA 2013 Photos are now up at Furshoot.com! If you are in a photo feel free to download and repost it on your FA page. To get the free download ya click the little down arrow in the lower left of the thumbnail or the same down arrow thingie in the upper right when you are viewing the larger pop up images.
As usual we are sellin' prints, badges, dvd's etc and really appreciate y'alls support. Looks like we might be replacing the lighting system this year (ouch) so we REALLY appreciate it even more this year!

FWA 2013 Photos

Just wanted to give a quick notice to those watching that I am deligently gather editing cropping and doing light retouching to the near 5000 studio photos taken at FWA 2013! I used to have this really cush job where I could edit during the day between work related responsibilities. Sadly, this is no more and I must be a grunt during normal biz hours and return home to toil on the furshoot work.
But don't fret! Everything is going well and all shall be revealed next weekend! Follow me on the twitter for more updates and little comments on peoples photos as I work em from A-Z!

Posted 13 years agoI don't journal much.... Not really my thing... But... If you knew him or knew of him (certainly most of us at least knew of him) ... PandaGuy has passed away. The fandom was a huge part of his life and his presence was almost ubiquitous at the cons I've visited and worked with. I'm at a loss for further words. I wish I was ore poetic. :-/
Megaplex 2012
Posted 13 years agoIt's sunday night at Megaplex 2012.... all the gear is packed up... I'm tired... sore... and very happy. As usual I had a fantastic time here. All the staff were super kind to us and so very welcoming. We had a nice turnout in the studio and I think we made some people happy. At the end of the day, that's what we are here for and it fills me with pride that we accomplish this goal.
A HUGE thanks to the people that break their backs to help put this little party on, Tonka, Coy, and Sinabu really went the extra mile to help me make this happen. I love you all.
Another HUGE thanks to all the suiters, cos players, and mischief makers who came by to have fun. I hope you had a great time and I look forward to seeing you all again.
As soon as I get all my thumbnails to the copyright office I'll be posting some highlights and the group photo here on FurAffinity - the complete set will be posted to Furshoot.com later this week.

The Case of the Missing Photos

Posted 13 years agoAll the studio sessions as well as the group photo (with a huge downloadable file) are available on the new Furshoot.com. If you have any issues just note or use the contact page or reply here - let me know. I'm sure there might be a few bugs to work out.

Posted 13 years agoOk so I've got the new furshoot.com coded as best as I can do. And it will be much faster than the old. Offer more... etc. but BE PATIENT The studio session photo count is .... get ready ... OVER 5500 IMAGES!!!!!!
So it will take a lil bit more time to get them ALL online - and yes - I'm going to try and get them ALL!
They will also be broken down into Suiter Character name or a misspelling thereof. :-P

I'm busting my bull rump on a MAJOR update to furshoot.com. When it goes live FWA 2012 will be the first thing on it! I'm hoping to have the major code finished today (Tuesday March 20) and test bed it tonight with a final public launch happening Wednesday March 20th.
When it's live I'll post the group shot here!

Free image downloads by clicking on the images. The full set of photos will be available for 30 days or so then I'll cull it down to a "best of" gallery. http://www.furshoot.com

Furshoot At FWA (With Video)
Posted 14 years agoHey all! - First of all a huge Thank You to FWA for having us once again. A Ginormous two paw high five to all the suiters, costumers, and kick ass people who came by the studio or gave Char a moment of your time to create some fantastic images. We love you all. Seriously.
Char and I are both absolutely exhausted. We're working hard on getting the images resized and uploaded so you can check em out, download them, (order prints and badges nudge nudge) etc.
Please be patient as we have nearly 10,000 frames to go through! OMG! The studio shots will be up first along with the group shot - hopefully later this week. Char's images are a lot more to wade through and will take awhile. Also he has business taking him out of the area for a few weeks so we may have to exercise a bit more patience with the general con coverage this year.
