Hey yall, it's been like literally forever & now that most social media is enshittifying I wanna try to keep this account a little more populated & up to date!

I know I've been very all over the place as far as posting goes, but I am still taking & activately working on commissions! The best place for updates will always be your card on Trello, I also started up a telegram channel at t.me/TSIDKupdates that I try to post to regularly, although I don't remember to take as many WIP pics nowadays. Tumblr I forget about but is another one I want to keep updated, that one I mostly use as a gallery for finished suits because I like how I can organize pictures & add gifs in there if I make them. I'm starting with this page to get more in the habit of checking & using it, but I'm thinking about also posting art & other stuff on my personal at  tunny once I get more into the swing of it. I also recently got majorly data breached & my entire Facebook & Instagram got banned & nuked (for me being under 13 apparently), I've remade a few things but it's a slow process & I'm not really hugely attached to them anyway so I keep getting burnt out. It really is too much, idk. I'm hoping FA gets a little more populated as all the other platforms enshittify, I'm trying to slow down & go back to Ye Olde Internet here TcT

I very soon will no longer have 2 part time day jobs after losing my character performer position at Legoland after an injury & moving up into a full-time position with the Mouse (Not performing, I can't say much about it but I'm doing extremely similar things to what I already do here...). This will also give me weekends off which will be GREAT for conventions, and also PTO again FINALLY TcT

I'm pretty regularly doing FWA & Megaplex, and was considering adding something in the winter like MFF or FC? I'm just now starting so we'll see how things start working out !

I have A TON of side projects & adoptable characters I'd like to give a home! I may make a more organized list, but here's what I can think of off the top of my head:

- Werewolf- Currently working on a werewolf head from an abandoned foamwork to possibly finish for a Halloween auction (If anyone can recommend the best place to list I'd appreciate it! I was planning on Dealer's Den?)

- Mossy gator (I have had issues with LEDs on other heads so I'm nervous about his LEDs if anyone can recommend someone to make pre-wired LEDs I would love to have someone put them together that knows what they're doing!)

- MixedCandy/LatinVixen 3D printed hyena headbase for collab, I had a vague design in mind I didn't really like & have been meaning to redesign. I recently got some furs from a local antique store that are donated stock from Disney (I've been taking swatches to work to try to match them but no luck so far), a nice beaver in bright orange & a sandy yellow that I've been wanting to use for the new design. They told me it was from Festival of the Lion King, that the orange was from the Tumble Monkies & the sandy colour is from Simba, again I brought swatches & wasn't able to match anything at alterations but they definitely were on the big rolls their fabrics come on & I've seen them for sale at Cast Connection before so I don't doubt the authenticity !

- LOTS of plush sushi rolls & other props, plus lots cut out that can be finished. I've been taking these to swap meet panels at cons lol



Financially everything is a little bit out of hand right now, I'm stable & able to pay my bills just with a TON of debt that is hard to control. I was able to pay for top surgery outright but the move & trying to live on my own for a couple years in Florida (the electric bills oof), my car hitting 100k miles & all the fun things that's come with that, multiple root canals with no dental insurance (Dental health is now 100% though finally), my credit card debt is insane & I can't get a loan to combine it all. I'm hoping moving up in the day job will help me qualify for something, it's a decent raise & a steadier job with no crazy schedule so it'll definitely be an improvement at least to my mental health. My original push for this job was to get health insurance for bottom surgery, currently Disney has insurance options that also cover travel & lodging expenses (I'd be going out to Oregon ;c;) but who knows how much longer any of that will be an option. Anyway, we'll see what happens ig

Hey everyone, it's been SO LONG!

So starting in 2016 (a few years after I moved to Washington) I began to fall behind on my fursuit queue. You can literally see when it happens on Facebook, my 2017 commissions album ended up having only EIGHT finished commissions, versus the 15-20 I've had every other year. So the past few years I've been struggling to catch back up while also in a financially abusive & toxic relationship, being used for free transport daily & paying as much in bills as I pay in rent every month entirely alone. I did my best to carry on without any new commissions, but this year I did end up taking a few new ones to help money-wise. A few have fallen a little behind, but for the most part I've been able to keep up & also work on backlogged commissions. If you follow me you probably know I've been saying "this is it, I'm almost done!" for years & years, lol. BUT NOW I have just 5 backlogged suits from that time left, I'm living on my own with a roommate & my time is my own again, and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel!

The main thing that kept me afloat in the struggle was my savings for top surgery, which I used countless times to pay rent & bills when I couldn't afford it. I've been trying for years to save up & get it done, and I'm SO HAPPY to say between my savings & credit I have enough money now, FINALLY! I thought about using it to buy a house/property for a little while, but I've made the decision to get the surgery done first, that way anything I make afterwards I won't feel bad about using towards a down payment.

I'll be seeing Dr. Garramone in Florida for my surgery this summer and instead of flying over, paying for a hotel & possibly a rental car (while also making payments on my own car, which I would need to ALSO pay to park/store) I decided I'll be taking a roadtrip & making a temporary move!

My main point: I would also LOVE to take a commission or two on this trip specifically to be HAND-DELIVERED! So if you live in any of these states & are interested, please let me know! I'll be travelling through:

A fullsuit should be fine (depending on where you pick up)! I'll have both of my machines, so I'll be fully equipped. Just jump on it now, so I can make sure I have the materials ordered & packed! This would also depend a lot on the location I'm dropping it, for example something delivered in Montana would be a little difficult & not give me enough time to get a fullsuit finished (a head would be better!), but something in Florida/Georgia/Tennessee would give me plenty of time to get a fullsuit finished.

I'm hoping to have everything currently in my queue finished up by March & I have a little extra space on my calendar. BUT in case I still have things to finish, my Q1 2020 suits are super easy (two partials, and a single-colour head), if you're in that quarter & would like me to hand-deliver your commission, I can do that! If I need to ship anything I’ll be using a friend’s return address in Washington, until I get a place in Florida.

The speed-run I've calculated for this trip will be a minimum of 26 days, but I'm thinking if I find a nice/cheap room somewhere I'll probably spend an extra couple days just chilling & working. The only real rush I have to get to Florida is to make my surgery date, which I'm hoping I can do a tiny bit later, like June. I have NOT called & gotten my actual date yet, but going off of forum posts the longest time out for appointments I've seen is 6 months (Which puts me in June). Once I can pay off my credit cards to take the deposit, I'll be calling & getting a solid date. If I could fill one of these slots with a fullsuit, it'd be enough to get all that started! My ideal scenario would be to get a fullsuit that makes weekly or monthly payments, dropped off somewhere near Florida/East coast, and maybe ONE more head to be safe (that could be dropped off about anywhere).

Once I start getting into April calendar-wise (which will happen once December is through) I'll start outlining the trip & filling in work days! I'm thinking I may also make a separate calendar now, so I don't have to leave it till last-minute & I can just fill in the info when the time comes. I'll definitely post the trip outline calendar if I do end up doing it early!

I also have to make the trip back in October, so if you'd like a suit dropped off then I can do that too!



I'll be doing a LOT of art commissions as I recover from surgery! I'm thinking about doing a whole month unscheduled for recovery, so if I get any extra work done it'll just be a bonus & get me ahead of myself.

I'll also be staying in Florida for a couple months, once I feel I'm ready for it I'll open for another couple of commissions before I head home. The main reason I'm staying longer in Florida is to take advantage of cheap rent & save some money for a house/property once I get back to Washington, so any commissions I get will go towards that! I’ll also be finishing & auctioning the Mossy Gator while I’m in Florida, so he gets all those good swampy vibes & I can take pictures in his natural environment, lol

Depending on how much extra spending cash I have, I’ll be doing a few theme parks & roadside attractions too! The main things I don’t wanna miss are the Gesa Carousel, Silverwood, House on the Rock, Lake Winnepasaukah, and Six Flags Over Georgia, BUT I also have Dollywood, Rock City, Six Flags St. Louis, Six Flags Great America, Mall of America, Little Amerricka, Wall Drug/Dinosaur Park, Lagoon, Oak Park, and of course Enchanted Forest on my list. Plus a ton of things in Florida, too! If you wanna meet up for a trip, let me know! :D

I'll be trying out some new methods of taking commissions (mainly picking my commissions based on what I want to make, a little more strict payment rules, & working off of measurements) & I want to have some commissions to work on while I take on 2016 orders. So here's how it'll work:
Right now, I'm going through all my quotes & whatever else comes in. Please let me know when you get your quote if you're ready to pay the 1/3 down payment!* On Friday, 6/19/15, I'll send out emails to the 3 people who will receive slots & also list them as my slots on my fursuit work board. If any of those aren't ready, I can give the slots to my second choices. Although you'll be dealing with some new rules, I'll still be going off my old pricings for these slots! I still haven't calculated my new prices yet, so that'll have to wait.
Please also have adequate reference art if you want to be considered!

I'll probably take at least 1 digitigrade fullsuit, along with a plantigrade fullsuit & maybe a head or partial. This also depends on the characters I get! If I see something I like I'll probably pick it regardless of the type of suit.

I had a person who couldn't continue their commission, so I'm auctioning off a FULLSUIT and a PARTIAL SUIT slot! They will start at my current base price (which will be raised when I open for 2014, this is your last chance to get this price!!!) & go from there.

Rules:
Both must be 1-3 colours, minimal patterns/spots/stripes. Once the bid goes over $1000 (partial) or $1400 (fullsuit), all restrictions are lifted & I'll make whatever suit you want. If the fullsuit goes over $1500, I'll do digitigrade padding. Bidding will end Tuesday 10/8 at 11:59 mountain time. Minimum bid increase on both is $20. The first 1/3 is due at the end of the auction, the rest can be paid by the time the suit is completed, like my normal slots.
These can be finished by FurtherConfusion, Furry Fiesta, Furry Weekend Atlanta, Biggest Little FurCon, or any other winter cons! If you don't have a con deadline it'll be done around Dec/Jan. They also include confirmation refsheets, which will be approved before work starts.

Bodysuit will fit anyone under 5'11", feet are men's size 7 but it looks like the shoes can be removed & replaced. Padding is attached to a pair of leggeings. Bodysuit includes a pouch on the stomach! Pawhands (freshly washed!) & feet have plastic claws, the right pawhand has a slit on the wrist for easier hand access. Head will fit 23"x24" for moving jaw, but will fit anyone 24"or under. The head is missing some teeth & could use a tune-up, but the suit is 100% wearable as is.
