Hey guys,

I have a very rare MSP Poogle pet on my neopets account that I have no need for.

On the market these are worth upwards of $110, but I'm asking for $60(usd) for him.

I tried selling him on a neopets market forum but the people on therw kept trying to scam me lol.

So I've kinda kept a little secret from most of my furry friends, not for any particular reason, just because very few of you will actually care lol.

Currently I live in Manchester with my partner, but together we decided it would be easier for us in the long run to move back down to where both our families are.

So my first year of college is almost over. For my course of game design I'm the top student and achieved the highest grade possible.

With new skills now under my belt I'm going to start modelling my otter character and based on the quality of the piece, my confidence and the time it takes me, I'll consider opening for 3D model commissions.

Should I open, it will be within the next few weeks.

My question for you guys is hypothetically how much could you see yourselves paying for 3D busts and or full body commissions?

I know others do 3D models but many work from an existing base and then just customise certain features - what I'd be making would be entirely original models based on reference artwork you provide.

Please intrigue me, what would a realistic pricing be for that?

Please repost this too, opinions on this will make or break the whole thing.

Ok, so, lots has happened since my last journal...

I got a job working the kitchens in a pizza hut, a month later I took a 15 minute break on shift and apparently I wasn't entitled to one so I was sacked on the spot (yes that actually happened, it sucked immensely, but I'm over it now, manager was a wanker.)

I got some of my first game design feedback from my college, I was working at pass/merit level in practical (the artwork) and distinction in written work. After working bloody hard I'm at Merit/Distinction across the board.

What else... Found out earlier that I'ma be an uncle XD which makes me feel really old.

Been a busy couple of months >.<

Saturday 9th I turn 25.

I'll be a quarter of a century old. Sounds bad that way lol.

Think me an my bear will be out on Saturday in Manchester, so if anyone wants to come say hi to us then lemme know. If there's a furmeet we might come along to that.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

I've recently started a games design course which is highly art based. As such I'm finding my skills improving as I go.

The problem I'm having is that finding a job along side is proving difficult. I'm burning through my savings and almost empty now. My amazing partner has continued to sipport me throughout but it isn't fair on him.

My college refuse a bursary due to my age, the government refuse financial aid as I'm at college full time.

As such I want to try pairing my new found passion with earning a little bit to help support myself.

I really can't put a price on my skills, I'm still learning and in honesty still have basic problems at time. I suppose I'd only ask a couple of pound for a sketch ><

I don't want people getting the wrong idea here. This isn't a cry for help. I'm not begging, I'm not asking for handouts. I'm merely putting my toes in the water to check the temperature.

If I could use my learnings to my advantage, I can hopefully support myself throughout my course.

Anyways, that's it for the most part. I'll probably upload a couple of recent toony examples later when I'm home.

My poetry I mean.

I haven't written anything except a small secret piece that my partner is yet to receive for almost a year now.

Perhaps now that my entire world is changing I should get back onto it.

From today I'll be reuploading the stuff that I'd deleted, at a slow pace so as not to flood myself, or your submission boxes :P

Please be sure to re-read and re-favourite as you see fit. I'll try to start writing and being more active again after I move home (this weekend coming I'm moving from Birmingham to Manchester to live with my man).

I hope you can all re-appreciate my works, writing some of them really takes it out of me.

They've never left my storage, never been worn. I originally picked them up for people that wanted the shirts for the artwork but couldn't attend the conventions, but those people never had them from me, so I was out of pocket for something I didn't want xD

So I went for my college interview today.

I had applied for an NVQ level 2 in Media - Video Games design and production.

It went really well, got on great with the tutor that teaches the course.

Unfortunately I didn't get onto the level 2... Based on my grades from school he decided to process me as a Level 3 >:D

Starting September I'll be back at college finally trying to make something of myself.

Due to family issues I could only afford CF or EF.

A friend offered to help me pay for CF but he's now unable to help.

I can't draw so can't make money easily, so unless someone decides to throw a donated CF registration at me then I wont be there. I know I made plans with a hell of a lot of people. I'm very sorry to have to cancel on so many of you, but it's beyong my control.

Sorry fuzzies. See you all in August for EF :'(

My man says I don't write enough journals (he just likes to stalk meeeeee).

2 weeks into our relationship and everything's going incredibly well. Despite his crazy work schedule we've spent quite a bit of time together. Every minute's been amazing.

For the first time in ages I feel happy and it's thanks to him. We're pretty much on the same wave-length. He understands me, which, given how complex and shut off I am, is shocking. He's getting me to open up emotionally which isn't something I do due to the stuff I've been through. He really means the world to me.

I've been insanely lucky getting my claws in him, and I don't plan on letting him go >:D

Currently the only "complication", if you could consider it to be one, is that I live in Birmingham and he lives up in Manchester which is about 1h40m away on the train. We're not letting it stop us, but it does mean finding time together requires planning. However we're both commited and I'm not about to let that stop me.

Scary thought though, I might be meeting his folks this weekend. It's kind of nerve racking. I've never met a BF's parents before. I know he means a lot to his mother, she really cares for him and I really hope I make a good impression when I meet her. I need her to know that she can trust in me with her son.

So today I'm 24 years young.

Mum and Dad got my Final Fantasy 13-2 as a gift which is proving to be quite fun -^^- There was a bit of a mix up though, when I opened it there game case was completely empty X3 Luckily they'd got it from my work place so an replacement was sorted at the drop of my name :D

Spent the day alone so far, my sister is supposed to be heading over at some point then we're off out to grab my phone from a repair shop (I swear to hell it better be ready) and then we're all off out for a meal.

Though I like to think the best gift I got was actually 2 days ago, when after a fantastic day I found myself in a relationship with  anicebitofwuff I have great hopes for us :)

Met up with  anicebitofwuff for the first time in almost 2 years. We sat and chatted, had a nice hot drink on a snowy day and followed up with yummy foods.

We only had a few hours together but they were awesome, the best time I've had in such a long amount of time. Saying goodbye was so hard and made me really freaking sad >.<

He's coming to see me again tomorrow and the suspense is killer xD

On the 9th of February I'm going to be 24... Getting old now :p

So a fur I've known for a while got talking to me today after a long period of us not really getting chance to speak.

My sister finally broke up with her fiancé.

We've wanted this for a long time due to the amount of mental abuse she was recieving from her partner. After months and months of trying to show her she deserved more she finally opened her eyes and saw her partner for what she is.

So, after hours of arguments, drama and tears, it's finally finished.

So I've decided to do a short write up on my year, the ups, the downs, the smiles and the frowns.

Lets start with life at work. I'm still at the same crappy job, working for Asda (Wal*Mart for you Americans) in their catering department, cooking for their staff. It's not the nicest of jobs. Despite my constant positive attitude towards everyone a select amount of them still feel the need to treat me and my colleagues like utter shit. My hours got changed which meant I was waking at 4am everyday, but I complained about that as it was too early for my body. I was constantly drained of energy and slipped a few times with knives and got plenty of burns too. With the change of my hours came a slight change of responsibility. Unfortunately so many of the people I work with are lazy fuckwits. On my old rota I'd still be at work after the ovens were turned off and I'd clean them out, the lazy pricks that are supposed to do it now, don't. They'll spray the degreaser in there so they smell "cleaned" but then once you open them with the heat you get an insane amount of really intense fumes which we know has played havoc with my eyes, and with a woman I work with's eyes.

That'll link to my health for the year. Damn has it been bad... Normally I don't get ill at all, so this year has been a bit of a clusterfuck. I had troubles with my stomach, for months I was heading back and forth between the doctor and the hospital for testing. They thought I may have had crohns disease for a while, but after xrays and such that was dismissed. I was instead diagnosed with "post infection I.B.S". I got a stomach virus of some sort and it didn't leave my body in a good way, now I get intense pains in my stomach when I'm stressed or anxious. I was also diagnosed with a chest infection, 3 times, before they decided my asthma had woken back up after 11 years. It's so annoying. I've gone through a few stages of depression this year too. Those who chat to me regularly may have noticed me disappear for days-weeks at a time. During this time I wasn't in a good place...

Family life next... Christ almighty. As the year has gone forward I find my father more tedious by the day. I'm rapidly finding myself hating the man. I can't go a day without doing something wrong... hell, a couple of weeks ago he referred to me as "fucking cunt face" for locking our front door. He's been out of work for months with a bad back... He's a driver and apparently sitting still all day was too much pain... however when I pointed out the fact he sits on the computer playing games all day long on facebook I was abruptly told to shut up. Go figure. With him out of work my mother can't afford much so almost all of my money is going towards helping them. I've counted over £2000 that they've had from me so far, and I'll never see that money again.

Those who know me quite well will know my sister has multiple personality syndrome. From time to time she'll lose control and become violent towards others and towards herself. We had a party for Halloween, during which time she had a funny turn. She was pinned by 3 people and fighting them all off with ease. Kicking people, biting people, spitting at them. All 3 people lost control of her at the same time... I don't know why but I jumped on her, put my hands on the back of her head and whispered in her ear. I can't go into what I whispered to her as it's complicated, but needless to say she came to straight away and burst into tears shouting she loves me. This has led my family to believe I know more about the situation (and they know what I whispered which raises their suspisions more) but in honesty I can't remember much about it... I know when we were younger my mother was in hospital, close to death, and something happened to my sister and it may have happened to me aswell, but I can't be sure. It's playing hell on my mind though.

My uncle has offered to take me in. It's something I'm seriously considering, if only to get away from my dad for a while. He's offered me cheaper rent than my mother (yeah I live with mum and dad sue me) which is very desirable. I'd also finally have the independance I've been craving. The downside is that it's a little further to get to work, and I walk everywhere. Buses don't run as early as I need, and I don't drive.

I've met some great people this year, and lost a great friend for reasons I'm still unsure of. Eurofurence proved to be incredibly helpful for me. It brought me out of my shell and boosted my confidence which was much needed. Thank you to the people I met there, to all of you who spent time with me, and to those of you who labelled me "fish humper"... Look at my badge, you'll know why.

I'm praying that 2012 will hold a better year for me, as this one's possibly been one of the worst I've had.
