I know I haven't exactly been the most active person on this site. I want to try to change that, really I do.
And perhaps a good motivator to doing that would be by opening commissions here.
I recently moved away for school and am struggling finding a job. Rent is coming up. So I'm going to open up commissions here and hope for the best.
I don't charge very much. I won't ask for more than $10, ever. If you want to offer more, that's completely up to you.
I will draw basically any kind of character you want, whether it be from a game or show or your OC. I will not draw NSFW because I am literally not comfortable doing that. Other than that, I'm open for whatever. I am very open-minded.
Sketch Commissions

* $2 for the sketch to be colored in
Lines
* $3 - Clean lines. You can color it in! :D
Flat Colors
* $5 - Clean lines colored in. It will not be shaded
The Full Ensemble
* $10 - Clean lines/Colored/Shaded/Background(attempt, at least)
Any questions you have, just leave a comment or send a note and I'll answer it. If you are interested in commissioning, send me a note with what you would like. I will then provide where to go to send money.

And to warn you ahead of time:
I am a busy music major. Your commissions will take some time but they will definitely be completed. Commission me if you can be patient and expect quality work.

I know I've kinda disappeared for a while. Since my last journal(which was posted a year ago), I've gotten a new Wacom tablet. Same as my previous one but more updated(basically, I had Intuos 4 and now have Intuos 5). Then busy with school and all that jazz.
Unfortunately, I'm not approaching you with news of new art for my page. I suffered a heavy loss this past week and I've lost the will to draw. However, once I've gotten back onto my feet, I hope to begin posting new art centered around Pokemon, Mewtwo(of course), and unicorns. Nothing too extreme. It's just not my artistic taste or style. Just opportunities to share the things I love with you guys. ^^
I hope you are all doing well. My next update shall be a drawing. :)

However, I have bad news as I've already explained to the kind few who noted me. My tablet is no longer working. The port inside of the device is damaged and it will no longer register on my computer. I've sent a message to Wacom's technical support team and a dear friend on dA noted me, offering to fix my tablet for me if Wacom can't help. That got me right in the feels when he offered that. ;u;
So what does that mean with commissions?
I can still do them, but they'll have to be traditional in the meantime until I can get my tablet fixed/replaced. I won't expect a payment considering this horrible set-back until I can get back to working digitally. Basically, I won't ask you to send the fees until I can start working on the commissions digitally. Reason I say this is because there's no telling how long it will be before I can get a hold of a working tablet so it's not fair for you to pay first and end up waiting a while. I'm going to see if a friend from college can let me borrow her tablet on some days XD

Posted 14 years agoWell, it's a bit unfortunate but I don't know how much longer I'll be active on this site. It's been a month since I've really updated. Reason is because I just don't know what to draw to post on this site. Nobody wants to buy from me or remind me of any old requests so I officially have called a void on those. I'm still active on dA so if you wanna continue following me, I'll be there*though, it almost feels like the same predicament over there, as well...*
Anyways, I don't know if I'll be posting anymore on this site. Maybe if I get back into drawing Mewtwo and some other little critters, I may post again but I just can't seem to be happy with my style of Mewtwo these days :( Whelps, I hope you guys are doing well. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and continue making beautiful art. ^^

She's part unicorn, part unicorn. She appears mostly human but with long cat ears and a long unicorn tail and horn.

Anything that's clean and cute

That protruding magical horn

Aurelie is basically based off of me; personality, interests, and skills in talent.
8. How is he/she different?
Aurelie is different for she has those ears, tail, horn, and I typically color her skin an ivory color, kind of like a lighter color than Mewtwo's fur.
9. If your character could speak, would they have the same voice as you?
For the hell of it, let's give her a high, squeaky, desu voice
10. If you were to suddenly become your character, what do you think would be the first thing you would do as them?
Make sure I can still play the bassoon and flute

So far, nobody has told me they disliked my character in any way. I used to consider her a Mewthree but lately, I'm kinda steering away from that idea as I've been kind sketching her out more unicorn-feature like than a mix of both
12. What advantages does your character have over you?
She has a tail

She's really got to watch out for that tail when going through doors

Not really. I'd love to have a story of something but I doubt that'll ever happen.

Like I said, I haven't heard any complaints about her

Not based on real life but I did create a mother for her, who is all unicorn(anthro).

Nope
21. How has your character changed since his/her first creation?
I've been drawing her ears more deer-ish than feline-like and I've been coloring her skin a normal human color versus ivory. Also, drawing style has dramatically changed since I first drew her.

Posted 14 years agoThat's right, folks! I'm doing them! I'm still in the process of figuring out how to do the Paypal thingy so for now, I'll start taking comments or notes about what kind of chibis you want! Below will be the info(copypasta from dA) XD
Commission Info:
~These chibis are $2 each
~Note me if you're interested in a chibi
~I will draw any character such as your favorite characters or your OCs.
~I will minimize my watermark and put it off to the side. You will be emailed that version of your paid commission. The same pic will be posted with a bigger watermark.
~I take Paypal. I will include info when we get into details
~I expect to be paid before I send you the final image. Image will not be posted on dA until I've been paid and the original sent to buyer. Update Now, I have given 3 the exception of paying me before hand but one has already insisted in giving me his $4 and the other two I know in real life, as well. These two have yet to pay me but I know they will because they're awesome friends and they have no choice but to, now. Especially since I finished one of the chibis for one of them, already XD

Just started back at college, today! Already irritated me! Surprise evaluation exam on the first day of Music Theory III by new band director. FFFFFUUUUU Lol He's going to think I'm stupid or something when he grades my exam.
Downside of the semester: I have 8 am classes every day ;-;
Plus side: I have Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off <3
As for the title of my journal, I'm going to be attempting an animation for a new avatar for my FA page. Think I'm going to try to revive Aurelie if any of you actually remember her XD But may use her for my new avatar <3 Wish me luck! Now let's actually start it...maybe on Friday...XD Nearly midnight and I told myself I would be in bed by 10 so I wouldn't pass out in Class Piano in the morning! >A<; Ugh...6 hours from now and I have to be back up...isebgqfubrgub
On another note, I may possibly might be a little bit kinda probably slightly motivated to do a mini comic series? Just gotta think of a story. Either it'll be appropriate for this site or just for dA. I do want to do a Mewtwo fan comic <3 I don't give him enough luffs these days. ;3; We'll see XD But I do own Manga Studio, now. Posted 14 years agoNobody came and reminded me of requests that I owe to them so from here on, requests are officially closed. Just been through a very stupid and heartbreaking argument on dA that's made me just want to close down requests, gifts, trades, etc. If you want art from me, it will be a commission. I will only draw things for free for close friends. I know you guys are more mature here on FA but I can't deal with working my butt off on a picture only to be bitched at cuz I didn't something wrong in it. I'm sorry if has to be this way but try standing in my shoes for a bit, finding a message doing nothing but complaining about something silly, and watch as you become the enemy but things didn't go the other person's way.
Whatever. Hopefully things will look better after this weekend. No anime convention for me(I was gonna cosplay as Hatsune Miku) but my boyfriend says he should be in town to check out his new home and wants to see me. Hey, a couple of hours this weekend beats waiting for school to resume DX Now if I can convince him to play trumpet at church....

Posted 14 years agoI've been kinda inactive here due to being in North Carolina for about 2 months and not having internet access. But now I'm back home and ready to get down to business.
First order of business:
Can those who've requested art from me please comment in this journal or note me about what you asked for? After I bought a portable hard drive and moved things over, I unfortunately lost the list of art I was supposed to draw for you guys. ;-; I've got a couple in my notes so that's a plus and I'll have nothing better to do this coming week since I'm not in school. So please comment or note. I will record your names and the picture you requested either in this journal or in that info box thingy above. If you fail to note/comment in the next couple of days, I'll have to cancel the request. I don't want to do that but I don't want to have to sit here and try to recall what you wanted cuz my memory's already bad as it is. :(

I'm obviously living under a rock or just hanging around band kids too much to really notice what's going on but I have noticed people are obsessing over those...ponies...Are they making a comeback? I think there's even a new cartoon. Blech. I can't stand them. It's those stupid ponies that are the reason people are looking at unicorns as pretty white horses that spout rainbows from their asses.
Btw, Jazz Bassoon. I went there. Booyah. First ever in my college's history and apparently I'm being drafted into jazz band this coming fall semester on bassoon. XD

Been a while...again
Posted 14 years agoSorry for so much inactivity(can not explain faves and submissions lol). Been so busy with college life lately. It's sucking me bone dry and has even drained my art ideas.
So yeah...art block...A nasty one, too. Those two I posted yesterday was pure luck.
And I swear I just felt my heart tear. Parents are supposed to encourage you and support you through school and decisions and help you find a nice comfortable place to stay, ye? To lay down some facts, I'm 21 and I'm looking at hopefully one more year in this sorry excuse for a college. I'm an adult, I expect to be treated like one. I was just told that I will not be moving in with a friend and all I said was my friend finally got an apartment across from the college. She's been homeless for 2 months, I'm relieved. Of course I would want to move in with her because of this home I'm living in prevents me from studying comfortably and I have to deal with a baby constantly screaming a crying. A majority of my homework requires listening for my ear training exercises! Not a baby!
So right now, I know my mother is trying to prevent me from having independence. She plans to keep me here as her child who has to ask permission to take a ride down the road just to grab some snacks from the gas station. Parents should encourage us to leave, not keep us trapped where we miss out on how to take care of ourselves in the real world. I will not live here after I graduate from CF. If needed, I will move out of Florida. >/
Sorry for the rant...I'm really hurt right now to the point of tears. I'm the most successful so far among three children and I'm trapped.

Posted 14 years agoOkay well it looks like I won't be getting to requests and drawing any time soon, at the moment. I pulled something either from sitting hunched over for hours trying to please this girl who seriously can't shut up with Sailor Moon drawings or from playing bassoon and having to support it for 2 hours tonight. Maybe a combination of both. It really hurts to do anything like moving and sitting down. So for the time being, no drawings and I'm totally welcome to suggestions for relieving the pain.

Posted 14 years agoHackers on FA first, now they're hitting Deviant Art. If you have a dA account, do make sure your password is strong and not obvious. Some say they're only attacking those with high page views however, I noticed one person with only 10K views who was attacked. I have almost 20k. Sure, that's a lot but it's nothing compared to the page views some of these other deviants have. They're literally in the millions. Back to the point, if you have a dA account, just be on the lookout. These hackers have been taking these accounts, sending nasty messages to watchers, deleting notes and messages, then deactivating the accounts altogether.

Posted 15 years agoOkay, I've had friends and some other peeps mention me streaming so they can get some ideas and helps while they watch me draw. How do you stream? Do you need a camera? Is there just a camera to capture everything on your desktop(such as hypercam, but for streaming)? Are any programs free? Wanna recommend some websites? Do you guys even wanna see me stream, lol? Help me out, gaiz ^^;

Anyways, I just finished my last exam today and praying that I passed all of my classes. Since school is out of the way until January, I can finally get back to finishing and posting requests! I seriously came to a stand-still no thanks to the financial and work stress just at the college alone. Everything's officially over for me after this coming Sunday with the concerts.
Downside is I was just totally booted out of a class I desperately needed. $500 for a 1 hour lesson that would only meet once a week and the instructor backed out because I was their only student. Guess I'll just continue what I was doing before and keep on teaching myself bassoon by myself. Would have been so much easier if I could have someone help me :/ Thanks, random person I've never met, for shooting down my hopes of becoming a better bassoonist next semester. I'll blame you if I can't get an instructor and fail to get into an orchestra because you didn't take the time to even meet me to teach me bassoon.
