Moonlight Star Bio
Posted 7 years agoMoonlight Star design notes
Height: 4’4” hoof to head. Slightly smaller than Big Mac, but larger than the average Unicorn.
Size Notes: I spent two hours trying to find some idea of an actual height for the ponies but I found so many different ideas and almost no confirmation or consistency. I decided to go off of the following link and work off the idea that Big Mac is a third taller than AJ. Because of this I’m not even gonna try for the other dimensions I would include, like length and weight.
Credit to eagle1division on DA for maffs
Fur: Black with Royal Blue accents.
Cutie Mark: A crescent Moon with a six sided start inside it, a point on each point of the crescent moon.
Talent: Story telling.
Magical talent: Illusions. Specifically, creating and maintaining realistic looking illusions of living things. He is very adapt at making them move and speak in a realistic manner.
Clothes!
Shirts: When going around town he tends to wear a short sleeved jacket the same color as his fur accents. The sleeves come down to his knees and it covers his chest, stopping several inches short of his hind legs. It has a pocket where he usually keeps his phone and a stylus.
When working he tends to wear a lab coat that covers his front legs, his body, and a bit of his hind legs.
Accessories: He tends to wear a white stetson when not working. He will, occasionally, wear a small purse of sorts around his neck. Akin in design to a fanny pack, only he wears it so that it hangs down from his neck. He also has saddle bags for when he needs to carry a lot of things.
Personality
Occupation: Pharmacist full time. Stage Hand part time.
Hobbies: Writing, video games, reading comics/webcomics, reading TVTropes, more video games, cooking (it’s like chemistry for hungry people!), board games, did I mention Video Games?
Orientation: Straight as an arrow
Base personality: Hardworking, studious, stubborn, and naive. He still has a touch of child like wonder, letting him see “magic” in things. Generally happy and likes to see others happy as well.
Quirks: Extremely oblivious when not trying specifically to pay attention, mostly because of a one track mind. When focussing though, can notice all of the smallest details. Loves sleep; would sleep 12 hours a day if he could. If talking and really into the conversation, may forget that he’s holding items with his telekinesis, causing them to randomly swing about as he emotes or gestures. For example: tilting the object when he tilts his head or making it bounce when he does air quotes.
Relationships: Collaborates with Steam Wing (a friend’s OC) on crazy plans, from the small (how to surprise a friend who’s hard to buy for) to the impossibly large (they have no less than four plans for taking over the world).
Twill Bio
Posted 7 years agoTwill Ref Sheet
Height: 6’
Tail length: 3’6” (3 inches longer then what would make it touch the ground)
Weight: 240
Fur notes: Twill’s fur is rather long, very soft, and very fluffy. His fur is black except along his stomach/chest, the tip of his tail, and the two marks near his eyes, all of which are a deep, royal blue. His tail is very large and fluffy. His pawpads are the same blue color.
Body notes: Twill has an average build and a very toned body beneath his fluff. While not rippling muscles he has a very strong build. While technically very overweight, the added bulk comes from muscle.
Strength notes: Can lift and carry something over 100 pounds with ease by throwing it over his shoulder. Can carry 150 with some effort. Has not tested over 200.
Kitsune Notes: Occasionally, for a fitting setting, Twill can be a Kitsune. He will usually have 4 tails and magic based around Ice, Shadow, and Light. While casting, the blue parts of his tails and marks under his eyes will glow.
Clothing!
Shirts: Usually wears very vibrantly colored, covert nerd shirts. An example of this is a solid red shirt with Big Mac’s cutie mark or a Polo with Mickey Mouse instead of the polo player. To non-fans the shirts are plain with a small symbol on the pocket or on the bottom left corner of the front of the shirt, but to fans its stuff that would be instantly noticed.
For work or when needing to dress up, he has a rainbow’s assortment of nice Polo shirts. He has a couple of button-up shirts, but those are typically reserved for very important events
Pants: Khaki Shorts whenever possible, he needs all the pockets. Khaki Pants for work and dressing up. When being lazy at home he tends to wear basketball shorts.
Accessories: Twill wears glasses. He’s extremely near sighted without them. He always carries around a messenger bag which is fastened with a fancy clip. On the flap of the bag is a crescent moon attached by two short, strong strings, on the bag itself is a six pointed star. The star fits through the strings and the moon catches beneath it to fasten the bag closed.
Personality
Occupation: IT consultant for small businesses. Basically a traveling IT department. He performs regular checks and updates for small businesses and helps them set up any systems they need.
Hobbies: Music, singing, video games, taking long walks, watching Netflix, more video games, Pathfinder, Pokemon TCG, did I mention video games?
Orientation: Straight, but isn’t above flirting with boys as part of a prank (see below)
Base personality: Playful and trolly. He enjoys playing small pranks, but only if it’s something the target will laugh about too. An example is buying a friend a piece of DLC that they didn’t want in a game that they loved. Another was repeatedly buying and sending bananas to a specific friend.
Quirks: Often strokes his own tail during stressful situations. Has an extremely thick southern drawl. Drinks two gallons of sweet tea every three days.
Luce Bio
Posted 7 years agoLuce Ref Sheet
Height (feet to head): 5’11”
Height (feet to waist): 3’3”
Length (butt to front legs): 6’
Length (butt to head): 8’ 8”
Tail length: 4’1”
Weight: 260 pounds
Fur notes: White/Offwhite chest and stomach fur which is softer and fluffier than xyr colored pelt. Xyr normal coat is a Yellow (somewhere between Yellow and Orange) with dark brown spots which is shorter and a bit more course than xyr stomach fur.
Body Notes: Xe should be very lithe and limber, being a cheetah. Not necessarily small, but lean and toned. Xyr lower body should not be much larger than xyr upper body. Xyr lower body should have to proportions of a feral cheetah, though slightly inflated (both because of overall increased body mass and being about 50% longer and 20% taller than average).
Flexibility: Lower body has the flexibility of a cat. Upper body has slightly better than human flexibility, but not like “fold xyrself in half” flexibility.
Dexterousness: Xyr hands are just that, hands. Just as dexterous as normal. Xe should have pawpads on xyr hands. Xyr front paws are more dexterous than normal paws; Not enough so to write, type, or do anything with precision, but enough so to pick things up with and loosely grab things. Think about how The Lion King handled it. Xyr back paws are completely paws.
Clothing!
Collar: A sky blue, faux leather collar fitting like a choker. The collar has three charms; The first is a small silver bell (like what cats sometimes wear), the second is a locket containing a picture of xyrself and Seven, and the third is a sliver paw print with sapphires for the paws and “Luce and Seven” written on it in blue.
General colors: light Blue, Green, Pink, and Purple are what xe trends towards for casual clothing and Dark/Deep Reds, Blues, and White when dressing up.
Shirts/tops: Generally Luce will wear looser fitting tops and T shirts with elbow length sleeves. When dressing up, xe’ll wear Polo Shirts or Blouses depending on xyr mood and the setting. For really dressy affairs xe’ll wear either a white polo with a the blue to white gradient jacket I use a lot or a full cocktail dress (usually in red, blue, or white)
Pants: WHAT ARE THOOOOOOSE! Really though, xe has two ways around this. First off are shorts. They would look like shorts with a much bigger opening (to go from xyr waist down to behind xyr front legs) and a large strap that xe can hook over the small of xyr back and button to the other side, making them wear like a normal pair of shorts with just a big hole in the seat of them.
The second is using a jacket or shirt around xyr front legs, with xyr legs going in the sleeves at the head hole around xyr waist. Typically these will match the material of whatever xe’s wearing around xyr back legs.
Example A: When wearing kahki pants around xyr back legs, xe would wear a jacket made of the same material around xyr front legs.
Example B: To simulate a single long dress with the skirt only of xyr back legs, wear two of the same dress: One over xyr upper body coming down over xyr front legs and a second from xyr front legs going back to xyr back legs.
Finally...There’s the table cloth skirt. Usually in denim, but could also be done has part of a large dress.
Accessories: Xe wears a smart watch on xyr left wrist, half to easily check texts or adjust xyr music and half to watch it try to count how many steps xe takes in a day.
Xe will often have xyr headphones handy when not spending time with close friends or Seven.
If xe’s not wearing pants of some sort, xe’ll be wearing a belt with several large pockets on it, enough to hold xyr wallet, phone, 3DS, and random items that would normally go in pants pockets.
If xe’s carrying a lot, xe’ll use a messenger bag. If xe’s REALLY carrying a lot, xe’ll use saddlebags laid over xyr lower body.
If xe’s leaning feminine on a certain day, xe may wear a bow on one of xyr ears or wrap a ribbon around xyr tail.
Personality
Occupation: Computer Programmer.
Hobbies: Archery, Videogames, listening to music, more videogames, swimming, watching youtube, did I mention Videogames?
Orientation: Somewhere between Asexual and Panromantic
Base personality: Shy at first, but opens up to become more playful and goofy. Sweet and caring, but strong and more than able to stand their ground if xe needs to.
Quirks: Tends to chew on things absentmindedly, which is the whole reason xyr headphones are wireless, and fiddle with things when stressed, which is why most batteries on xyr tech has to be held in place with tape. Terrified of heights and falling. A bit of a Germaphobe despite not being a clean-freak.
Relationships: Mated to Seven (owned by
Zillyhoo).

Anual "I should do this more often" post
Posted 7 years ago...I coulda just let this be the title.
Eh, it mostly comes from my odd sense of fandoms and introvertedness; I have a hard time putting myself out there. I'm really not sure what to use the journal for than my odd musings as most of the people who would care I probably told via texting or calling them. Same with the odd bits of stuff I could upload. Would anyone really care about my odd bits and pieces I make aside from the people I directly made them for?
Welp, time to submit like two things and vanish for another year!

Cravings
Posted 9 years agoWhen you get through something, you think it's over, that you're finally past the hump and won't have to deal with it anymore. But then something tickles at that old nerve. Maybe it's something you read in passing, maybe it's a random thought that sticks just a bit too long, maybe it was an inocent joke, but whatever it was brings up old memories and emotions. You start asking yourself the same questions you asked then, start wanting what you used to have despite knowing it wasn't healthy. You know it'll pass, it always does, but for a little while you feel just as hurt and helpless as you did when you first fell apart. At least each time it happens, the pieces are a little easier to put back together.
Back to school
Posted 9 years agoIn college once again. It's kind of a funny twist of fate that college opens up more free time for me then breaks do, mostly due to easy excuses to leave the house. I know my mom means well, but overprotectiveness can be smothering sometimes.
FATESFATESFATES!
Posted 9 years agoI might be just a tad obsessed with Fire Emblem Fates. I've been a fan of the series since it was released in america, but havingthreedifferent stories to play through? Tons of classes and supports? I CAN MARRY A DRAGON TO A KITSUNE? AND THEIR DRAGONKITSUNE BABY TO A WOLF? AND MAKE THEM RIDE AN ALICORN?!?
Might be a bit excited.
Maybe.

I got my doctor's note.
Posted 9 years agoSo a visit to the doctor's office revealed some...interesting results. He's doing some additional blood work because of the results of my last round of results: Extremely low Testosterone levels. Like 1/3 what a normal male of my age is supposed to have. They're going to run it again to see if it's just an anomaly or not. Considering the self-exploration I've gone through concerning Gender and Asexuality, it would be oddly fitting for me to have low Testosterone levels.
Red Dragon Inn Explained
Posted 9 years agoRed Dragon Inn is board/card game made by Slugfest Games that has grown to be quite the game within my circle of friends. It’s usually the game we break out when we all meet up, as it can easily hold our full group of 6 players while still being fun with only 2. There are currently 7 full sets consisting of 4 characters and a drink deck (because what’s a fantasy inn without good friends and great drinks?) and 13 allies (single characters sold apart from the main sets). If you want some more information, you can find their website here: Slugfest
Grand total, they offer 41 characters for a grand total of 2,430,480 different possible four-player matches.
And that’s just plain not enough.
As my friends and I completed Pathfinder campaigns, me and one of the others in the group decided to make Red Dragon Inn decks for all of the characters involved in the campaign. Later, I added in a few of my personal characters from stories I’ve worked on, and now we’re even working on Undertale characters. Though I will respect the privacy of my friends, I am going to be uploading some of the decks I’ve worked on for my own characters and my portion of the Undertale decks. If you find the decks fun or interesting, there’s a simple process for using the decks that I’ll explain below. And if these decks inspire you to look into Red Dragon Inn, then here’s hoping you enjoy the game as much as my friends and I have.
.:Using the cards:.
To use the custom decks, you’ll need 40 Deck Sleeves of a matching color for the Character Deck (the main deck of the character) and 40 cards of some sort (leftover Magic cards, long forgotten Pokemon cards, anything works). Characters that have special mechanics may need additional sleeves and cards to accommodate a marker, side deck, or additional rules text. I suggest using different colored sleeves for the extra cards then what is used for the main deck.
Print out the sheets (make sure the picture is not enlarged to fit a full page) and cut along the black lines. Each paper card should be placed inside a card sleeve and in front of a normal card (this makes the deck more durable and allows for easy shuffling). Once sleeved, the deck is ready to play.
My friends and I regularly test these decks and, as such, sometimes changes are made. Decks may be powered up to compete with other decks or suffer from a nerf to remove excess power. I’ll try to make a new journal post whenever this happens and provide a “change sheet” with the new or altered cards.

Weirdest payment ever
Posted 10 years agoI've paid for comissions in a number of odd ways before. I've traded Pokemon for artwork, stories for artwork, I've even roleplayed with someone in exchange for artwork.
I just finished typing in 237 Pokemon TCG Online Pack Codes in exchange for a comission or two. This is both the strangest and most amazing way of paying for a comission I've ever done.
