I am writing a thing!
General | Posted 12 years agoSo, I don't really see myself as a writer. But I did take creative writing classes in high school and occasionally jot down some thoughts here and there.
Tonight, after reading a couple of paragraphs that
aekrilos wrote in response to a "Suggest a theme and I'll write you a short scene" journal post, I started writing something, and I have been writing for the past 3 and a half hours!
2229 words!
I don't know if it's very good, but as soon as I get to a good point in the story, I'll go ahead and submit it here on FA. It has furs in it.
EDIT:
Because I am an audio guy, and I really like audio books and radio drama (a la BBC Radio 4), I might release it as something to listen to rather than as text. I haven't decided yet. Maybe ... both?

Music commissions?

I'm curious if anybody out there commissions music. I know that the furry fandom has all sorts of artistic outlets, and a lot of visual artists help make ends meet with the occasional (or frequent!) commission. But what about music?
I don't have a lot of followers, or example tracks on this site. But I like the idea of writing more music in different styles. And I've gone to school for it, and I have made money selling tunes for various projects in the past.
So! Is this a thing? I'd love to give it a try!

It was fun churning through 3000+ submissions, 64 at a time, +faving some and saving others until finally I had nothing left. But now that I'm all caught up, there's nothing to do here! :o

General | Posted 19 years agoSo I drew a tiger but I didn't scan it before turning it in for an assignment at school, and I wish that I had scanned it because it's tres nift.
