I've decided to start taking commissions again
Posted 8 years agoI did some thinking as well as taken some advice from some friends and i've made up my mind.
I'll start taking commissions once more, BUT! I will be careful with which ones I take.
Both parties can work together to make things comfortable for each of them. If there are any mistakes or even conflict, the commissioner doesn't pay a single cent and keeps their money, and I just start work on another project. easy peasy.
With that being said, anyone wanna give it a go? My rules are pretty simple :
-Strictly Males only. No females, c-boys, herms, male-herms, shemales, etc etc... Sorry, I suck at female anatomy, and the last time someone asked me to draw a female, they wanted me to draw something really nasty... kinda.. scarred me for life X3
-Picture must contain all participating characters of 18 years or older. This means, absolutely ~NO~ cubs, babyfurs, children, etc. etc.
-Ferals are a HUGE maybe... I've never drawn them before, so i'm sure i would absolutely suck at them.
-No disgusting stuff like toilet play, scat, piss, farting, etc... just.. no. That stuff is so fucking gross. Also, no muscle draining. I know a few of you are into that, and that's great and all, but it's just not something I can see putting my characters into.
-Anything else is pretty much up for discussion! Either comment or note me if you're interested. I'll be livestreaming so you can see the progress in real time, that way if any mistakes are made, they can be corrected on the spot.

Color - 40
Color with shading - 50
Simple background - Free!
Complex background - +10
Extra characters - +15

Posted 8 years agoI have all these awesome ideas on what I want to draw, but I just lose my motivation when it comes down to it most of the time... If I did commission work, I'd be obligated to do the work, but I never feel like I'm enjoying it if I'm obligated, which is why I stopped doing commissions.
Idk, I'm at a fork in the road... On one hand, I want to keep drawing, but I lack motivation. I only get motivated if I'm obligated. But obligation bums me out...
On one hand, the money is nice. Really nice.
On the other, doing free art with no rules is equally as nice and stress-free.
What should I do, guys? Throw me a bone here... :/

I sorta got set aside as his girl and kid took priority over me. Had this not happened, I'd probably still be in Corpus Christi, TX, not really going anywhere. Things happen for a reason. Now i'm with a guy I can't even describe how awesome it feels just to be at his side and we're going places! Never in a million years did I ever think i'd be able to do the things I can do now, all thanks to him! <3

Even if they claim to be cracking down on these issues, I really doubt it'll change much.
I feel like if you're upset about it, then you're probably doing something you shouldn't be. And if it's really that bad, nobody is bending your arm to keep you here.
*holds the door open* ...soooo yeah. You're free to leave. Aaaanytime you want. If this place is so terrible, just mosey on over someplace you feel comfy. I mean, this IS a free site after all. If you don't like the changes, either stay and bitch about it, or go some place else you like.

We're going to Disney world and universal studios for my birthday this October. I'm super excited for it. We went earlier this year and had such an amazing time! We've both been looking forward to this and can't wait for October to roll around :p
Anyway, I know I haven't been around as much, but I guess I could take this time to touch base... To make things simple, I'll keep things short and sweet :
1) Zach and I are engaged. I asked, he said yes. Super happy about that!
2) not going to furry siesta this year. Too far of a trip, too short of an event.
3) Disney world and universal studios this October, but you already know that.
4) my body is doing that weird thing again where it can't make up its mind if it wants to gain weight or lose it.
5) I never thought I'd say this, but I'm financially stable <3
6) I made some really awesome friends here in New Orleans, whom of which, I invite over often to hang out. I haven't had friends to hang out with in a while. I definitely missed this sort of social interaction.
8) I made a YouTube channel where I Livestream videogames and other random junk. It's been a lot of fun messing around on it!

I'm going to be trying out a few convention badges with the new laminator in receiving today.
The first three will be Free. You MUST be attending TFF this month to pick them up.
If you are a friend, you will get a slot first.
Depending on how this goes will help me decide what I want to do in the future for possible income.

Posted 8 years agoI need help finding foam (preferably upholstery foam) to make a tail. Do you know any place that has the best deals on foam, as well as being able to buy large pieces of foam, 12x12x42 dimensions?

Rules :
-Don't be a dick. Plain and simple. I will give you the boot if you come in causing trouble.
-Do NOT Talk about politics or religion in my stream. You will not only be booted, but banned ~PERMANENTLY~. Politics and religion has caused nothing but trouble in my streams, so either leave it in the trash, or don't come at all. It's as simple as that.
-While this stream isn't strictly NSFW, there are times when I might draw a picture with some stuff in it that might not be suitable for the kiddos. With that said, be at least 18 or older. If you are not, you will be booted and banned until you are of age.
-Due to my previous journal about doing free art, i've suddenly had a large number of "friends" come out of the woodworks talking to me like "Heeeeeey friend! So you do free art now? cool... we've been friends for how many years now?" First of all, I don't measure friendship in years. I measure it in experiences we've shared with one another. Don't come to my stream begging for art and holding our friendship over my head as if i'm obligated to do you a solid. Because that'll get you booted. I chose whom I wish to give free art to. If you are not chosen, don't take it personally. Don't bitch about it. Be patient. Remember, this is FREE art. You aren't paying me a single penny, so i'm not going to bend over backwards for you on something I offered out of good will.
