My mom was a little too far, and too late to ask for help. But I would like to ask some others possibly to help.

Well I suppose the good news. Mom is stable. she is no longer eminent for death, which means they're talking about discharging her with all her medical needs and being bed ridden because of her paralysis after the stroke. I just read that you can regain mobility after a stroke, but it could take years. which she does not have left in her lifespan. We're gonna have to clean the fuck out of my mom's hoarder house to be able to access her bedroom to do what they need

I don't tend to do this, as I never like to bum people out, or seem like I crave sympathy. My mom is going to die very soon. it's most likely complications involving Pancreatic cancer. Whatever they do, They say it won't be a survivable option, and our family has never been the type to want to waste away, or be put in some kind of nursing home or something. Sure, nobody wants that either. I've never had much family growing up. it was Mom and me. maybe a cameo appearance with my uncle for the first bit of my life. My dad is a racist bigoted prick that I want little to do with. Who digitally disowned me by unfriending on Facebook.. because he was upset mom forgot to send a Birthday card. Life has a way of just taking a bad turn down "oh fuck" street. To my watchers, and friends who also watch on my page for art. The ones who know me or glimpses into the real me though my furry character /art/ or Second life. I love you, I value your friendship and the time I spent with you even if we have drifted with some and that may hurt you. I apologize for hurting you like that.

It's currently an online only game, and its anti symmetrical. You have one person selected at random to be Jason and then up to 7 counselors NEED to work together to ensure survival, escaping, or (and this is rare) kill Jason.

For a game that wasn't even meant to exist, it's pretty inspiring what has been done,amidst all the technical issues and bugs. I currently get stuck in the saving wheel if I modify a counselor and try to save that modification. Others it's Jason that gets stuck saving. And then there's the database login failure. Can't even get to the main menu of the game.. balls. But once you get to play it is fun, and the odds are clearly stacked against you. Chances are good you will die. Though when you get to play Jason, oh my goodness. It is a blast. And yeah cause I am a total sucker, getting it on launch week, I got a neat ps4 theme. Pics of Jason with ambient music and the odd " ki ki ki ma ma ma"

Three months ago I said I gotta get anew pc. And hooray! My current one is very likely a baked potato. It's not booting. So I started to peek around for computers. We lack anything really good like Best Buy. And I can't build one. I know nothing about computers. I'm an old fart, you kids have grown up with these things. :p but I think I spotted one I can get for a reasonable price. A nice mid grade system.

Everyone is talking about discord, and a lot of friends are on it, but I am not. Why? Apparently it has a system minimum requirement of Windows 7. I don't have anything past vista. I went in to ghostbusters with rather low expectations and had a hunch I would enjoy a few of the characters, and I have to admit, I liked the flick. It was a fun origin story and whaddaya know, my childhood still exists!

and it made me laugh, so thumbs up from me. Oh and if you haven't seen the movie yet.. spoiler Alert.

What I will admit is a very very hot button topic this year. You have the " omg this is gonna be the worst they can die in a fire" camp and those few who are optimistic. I have learned about the cast and how funny they are. Most of these girls are funny, I have yet to adjust myself to Leslie's brand but there have been a few jokes where she delivered the humor.

But if anything it's bringing out more classic merchendise . I found figures of the classic four in Walmart the other week. And I just got home from seeing the 1984 movie in the theaters. I had no idea the ticket would be that expensive but wow it was so cool to see again, and on a screen bigger than our tv. Being on a larger screen I could see things I've never noticed before. Like in Dana's introduction all scene were greeted with an over head shot and a gargoyle occupied a good quarter of the screen space. It was matte painted in, but it looks npslightly transparent as I could see the street lines.

It was a really neat once or twice in a lifetime experience for me and I'm glad I could take my mom to it after she took me many years ago

I just picked up an anime DVD so old, it has instructions on how to play it in a DVD player..

I went to work and everything went snafu. As I got to work I had to empty a small bin that we load the product baskets over so we don't crumb the fryer vats too fast and make the food quality degenerate. I bend down lifting it with my legs I hear just behind, "sshhrrrrrrt". Yup! Those pants done ripped right at the seat. But I just started my shift man I don't have a change of pants at that moment. Lol and it just kept going throughout the shift larger and larger until finally mercifully I got to go home with a chilly ass and a tear going from the belt line to mid crotch. My uncle looks at the damage when being assessed and says " having a grand opening, eh." I love how smart ass my family is, because I know where I get if from.

Oh man, these guys are so good. and they just keep getting better with each season!

I can be impulsive sometimes, and I gladly support something I enjoy by purchasing items from it. I'm also a fan of parody, and come up with a couple parody ideas myself but not enough talent to really pull it off or collaborate. This song made me laugh

To those folks who want to automatically pass the reboot off as atrocious, I say, go right ahead. But Ghostbusters at least has one final piece of work from the original before the reboot was even thought of. I have a feeling that the movie will at least make people appreciate the game a little more now.

I wanna start out this ramble with saying there will be no spoilers.
But I also want to start with a short not so concise statement that this movie was a lot of fun. I enjoyed Wreck-it-Ralph, I was taken away with Frozen, and Big Hero 6 surprised me with how much heart it has. But this movie..was great. It has so many deeper elements and story to tell and a neat message about life in generalizing, the cost of immediately profiling and relations with other people. It's not a Disney musical. Even though,.. you might end up getting Shakira's song stuck in your head just as infectiously as a certain anthem from a frigid movie. I Loved the main and supporting cast, the voices they picked worked so well.. I honestly wonder how many furries this one is going to create.. Every furry has their movie that was like " yes.. I am a furry" I would have to give a lot of it to Lion King, myself. Among other elements, like "The Littles" in the early 80's

It's such a movie it has reinforced my love for bunnies, and the opinion that if I wasn't a tiger, I would certainly be a bunny.. Okay, Real talk here. this movie may have " furries" in it, it's not a furry movie. it's a Disney flick.. just like the 1973 version of Robin Hood, with the fox. and it's not all jokes.. there are some sad parts and moments that might make you tear up.. I did.. but I'm a wimpy baby.

So the past few weeks has been a trial in patience for me. People have been quitting and we've not been able to hire replacements. I personally have been spending a lot of my shift, working both the fryers and the specialty board, which takes care of the chicken fish, and nuggets.. I was scrambling frantically trying to make the sandwiches timely while keeping myself stocked on product. in a sick twisted method of motivation my brain started playing the chorus to this exact song.. over.. and over.. and over. problem is, I didn't know the name or artist of the song .. kind of obvious at this point.. >.>

1:18 AM. It's some -2 degrees f even without wind chill making it plummet further.
Suddenly we hear some kind of strange noise and all the power goes out. We're not sure if it's us alone or the rest of the neighborhood. Yeah we keep odd hours.

I take a small walk bundled up in my new favorite tiger winter hat. Other houses usually with pith lights on aren't on either, not to mention police lights can be seen at the stop on the off ramp to the highway, and no stop lights or street lights. About an hour later, 2:22 the power comes back on...for 20 minutes. Lol I said screw it they'll likely have it fixed in the morning.

So I was playing Star Wars Batlefront, when of all people I see on the map, none other than darth Vader. I took a moment to collect my thoughts after a mini panic attack I watch him start to stomp in my direction. I practically hear the imperial march in my head as I aim a rocket launcher to him, it's a kind that homes in on enemies instead of vehicles.. Yeah I don't get it either. So it strikes and explodes, while I fist pump in victory when the the smoke clears he's still coming for me. " what?!" I exclaim and then proceed to get force choked and killed with vader's taunt " feel the power of the dark side of the force" he had ONE point of health left!!

Easily one of my favorite times of the year and I tend to dive in head first. I also love it when my favorite content producers get in the spirit too.
