I'm really not fearless at all. In fact, I'm usually scared of mostly everything, but somehow I power through it or find a way around it to accomplish what I need to. For instance, horrified of needles (have been known to hyperventilate when blood gets drawn for lab testing), but got my first covid shot yesterday.

As a way to exercise and to learn how to destress more, I'm learning to do Tai Chi, Xaolin Qi'Gong, and even Sumo. Of course I'm doing this through online videos, but hoping that this helps and maybe I'll be both flexible and sturdy.

It's amazing how fast the year went but went through a lot along the way. Obviously the pandemic playing a big part of things, but also my therapy and recent diagnosises of my Severe Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder were new obstacles to deal with...mostly the latter. I'm hoping to have a great birthday and great year up ahead.
