Graphic tablet!
Posted a week agoFinally, after 3 years, I got my first graphics tablet; the first drawings with it will be coming soon. I'm just now setting it up because I lost this weekend due to power outages.
Thanks to
leafstone Because of the commission that made this purchase possible.

Posted a week ago4000 bad things might happen to me, but there will always be something good. I found another microtask site; it's not a fortune and not recommended, but I'll be able to dedicate time to my hobby art. Even so, to take the big leap forward (nobody's going to die), I need a graphics tablet (it costs $50), so I'll open a full-body commission slot.
In case you're wondering, my job is to solve captchas for bots lol. The advantage is that when Skynet controls the world, they'll spare my life.

I got scammed 🦤
Posted 2 weeks agoWell, my "new job" turned out to be scams. The good thing is that I didn't completely sacrifice my time, but it was still disappointing not to get paid (for an online microtask job). I had another one before (that did pay), but the system overload caused my earnings to drop.
But it was a shame because I wanted to separate my art from the commercial side of things now. The good thing is that I have followers who never let me starve and always lent me a hand without expecting anything in return, but that's not the idea, since I don't want to depend on others.
I was really looking forward to buying my first graphics tablet (it costs $50) but now I have to postpone the purchase until I sort things out. Anyway, I'm open to a full-body commission to buy the tablet.

Ideas for worldbuilding part 2: location
Posted a month agoI have two ideas for places where I could develop my satirical post-apocalipsis story with tyrannosauruses. At first I imagined a Wild West-type environment, like Texas or the Argentine pampas, or a wooded place parodying Canada or Europe/Siberia
So this will be a vote of this journal, on Twitter and bluesky I am already organizing elections

Worldbuilding part 1......xd
Posted 3 months agoFor My tyranosaur civilization...I was drawing a conclusion about what the tyrannosaurus arms would be used for in a hypothetical world with a civilization; the short arms are enough to write (using the tips of the claws as a brush dipped in ink).
with the mouth and using the hind legs to manipulate a pencil is not very precise, it is more of an acquired skill than something viable. and I think it's one of the few useful things you can do with short arms, even increasing the size
