Posted 11 years agoso, it has been 10 months since I last posted anything on here, in fact, it has been about 9 since I was on here at all. what a ime it has been, must say, im a little stressed atm, uni starts soon, im just glad that i'll still be at home during uni, im kinda nervous but otherwise okay, im glad to have a new PC though, perhaps I can start writing again, I hope I can, I used to write so much, it just had nowhere t go. I lost most of it unfortunately, I broke my ipod onwhich I kept my notes, still, it should be recoverable in some way shape or form, if I thought it up once ill think it again. anyway this is tink signing off, I love you all, have a lovely summer and ill come back when I remember.
Speech and description of accents in stories
Posted 12 years agoThis question has plagued me for years, I have often wondered why all books sound the same in my head the first time I read them, then it hit me, the speech, the pattern of speech is always the same, it is always as I have typed above, and we don't always change the voice in our head if it says, 'gruff Scottish accent' just before or after, it doesn't seem to compute.
'Tis one theng to wroite loike that but it brengs a oddn' sound when ye readin' it in yer head moi lad if'n you'm were a finkin' o' typin' wif a h'accent.
This made the little voice in my head that read the speech change, I might use this in some of my future projects, but how to apply it? Of course one could use it in a third person environment during a dialogue, perhaps also when you begin to drift into first ready for a flashback, once in you could stop using it, or I don't know...
What do you guys think cos I'm stumped here...

Oddness and thoughts
Posted 12 years agoSo my mum and I end up on the subject of cutie marks and she has said she'll pay for me to get it tattooed on my arse, can't say I'm complaining mind but woah...
Animeine is back on, I've started running character design, and some geographical design, but the basic structure is already there, only problem is its all on paper, I need a new character, someone from the fandom, a wolf or dog preferably, to you as an antihero/heroine a Robin Hood sort of character until the end of three...
Perhaps I should take a second look at the current 'live' characters, have a reshuffle, perhaps trim the fat.
