These are $80 each, which is a massive discount from my normal commission rates for a picture of this size and coloring style. As such, the pose and outfit will be artist's choice, though you can give me a suggestion like "I would like a mask!" or "I would like lots of beads!".

Just a reminder that I ask that all commissions and adoptables be paid for within 24 hours of claiming or an auction ending. I may be willing to extend this by another 24 hours if you are waiting for funds or a paycheck to deposit or what not.

I have been a little more relaxed on this rule in the past to be nice and help people get the things they want, but I am going to be strict on this from now on since allowing more time to pay always seems to leave me screwed over, so I'm ending it. If you don't have the funds to pay for something, don't claim it because from now on, I won't be doing longer holds.

As it says on the tin, I've got COVID. This is the second time I've had it; the first being back in December 2020 when vaccines weren't a thing and since I have the healing power of freakin' Wolverine, back then it was like a moderate cold for me. Now that I'm up to date with vaccinations, it's like mild seasonal allergies. Honestly, I feel more sick after getting the vaccine. Still annoying, though. Having to quarantine until Saturday is the worst part of it.

I was hoping to have more done artwise this week, including the next Year of the Dragon picture, starting the new Interstellar Safari story and starting on Chrimbo gifts for friends However, I spent most of yesterday making Buddy related art and stories since Buddy is my muse for when I'm down. He makes me happier than a shot of Serotonin, which is desperately needed at the time.

Earlier this year I came to terms with the fact that I have a lot of stories to tell and comics just take too long to tell them. I mean, Newie and I have been working on Diplomatic Immunity for about five years and we just completed the first major story arc earlier this year. Not to mention how long I'm expecting the Brightest Sun to be ongoing...

With the amount of stories I'd like to tell, I figured that I'd put my college minor in creative writing to good use and start writing novels. It's been a challenge since I was coming off a 7 year writer's block but the first one has just been finished!

You know that super-secret project I've been mentioning for the better part of this year that involves Declan? Yep, this is it! To test the waters of writing prose again, I'm starting this adventure with a story that features him and his relationship with his team. I am currently waiting to receive the proof copy of the novel so I can look it over and make final edits, but I'm expecting it to be available for sale in early to mid December; right in time for Christmas!

Because November is also National Novel Writing Month, I've already jumped into writing my second book, which is a spiritual sequel to the first and features some of the same characters.

I've also got other stories planned including one delving into the ancient history of my galaxy and finally getting around to telling Firelia's story.

Like a lot of people I know, I just haven't had the same spark since COVID.
To try and help myself get back into things, I'm trying to do some of the things that I used to do. One of them being commission specials. And since spooky season is my favorite holiday, I figured that it would be the perfect time to start!

So, I'm offering Halloween commissions with FREE Radiant coloring, so these will be a good 1/3 off my normal commission price. These pictures include one character (with or without a costume) with a simple background and I have a lot of fun themes to choose from!

I am back from AC! It was fun meeting some of you, and as usual, it was a good time!

I am going to get things situated and take the night to relax a bit and I'll be back to working on the commissions I owe people tomorrow!

Me, I've been hard at work providing new content.

Since the ending of this part of Diplomatic Immunity is coming up and Newie will likely need time to write a next part, I decided I'm going to take some time in between the parts to possibly start on a comic that I've written myself.

Yep! I'm finally starting to seriously write again for the first time in years. While I can't say my writing muse is fully back, it's at least allowing me enough leeway to come up with comic scripts again. One of them might even see the light of day!

I've also been working on new Fursuits that I'm planning on selling at conventions this year. There's still some parts I need to finish before I can take pictures but hopefully you'll see the results of that soon. Plus I'm working on a Ulario 2.0 fullsuit for myself. I'm also mulling over the idea of opening one fursuit commission slot early next year.

Speaking of commissions, I'll be opening up some special commission slots sometime in December. I haven't done any commission specials in ages so it feels good to do that again!

Apart from the furry art and conventions, I'm also gearing up to do some normal comic conventions. I'm planning mostly dealing at small, local comics cons, though.

This has been a few months in progress, and the only one who has known about this is Newie, but I think it's time to make my announcement public.
As of October 21, 2023 I will be moving to working on art full time.

My decision to move on from running my pet store was a decision to be taken lightly, but I decided that it was in my best interest to do so. Running both an online art business and a brick and mortar business full times was a herculean task that left me tired around the clock and my creativity has suffered as a result. Since I am at the point where my art is self sustaining (and the store was mostly just a hobby that I didn't make much money from), this is the best decision for me personally.

Now... what does that mean for my online followers.

It means that I have more time to dedicate to art, there will be more content!
- First and foremost, I am hoping that since I won't be tired and stressed all the time, my writing muse will come back to me! That means more comics and if I'm really ambitious, maybe a written story or two.
- More cons! Without a store to run and more time to work on stocking, it will allow me to deal at more conventions! Starting in late 2024 and 2025, I am hoping to be attending more conventions in the midwest area! That means more opportunities to meet some of you!
- Eventually I want to branch out and deal at normal comic cons, which means I'm going to do some more fan-art type things and art that would appeal to more than just the furry community on top of the furry art I'm already doing. A lot of this new art will be on DeviantArt only since there isn't much interest in it here... so if you don't want to miss out on this extra art, make sure you're following me there as well.
- More physical art like fursuits and resin dice! I may even open up for fursuit commissions for the first time ever!
- I'm also hoping to open up for commission specials like I used to do. Maybe even revive the calendar project from the dead!

Hey everyone! I just got back from Anthrocon and am back in my little bungalow in the middle of a cornfield! I had a lot of fun there meeting some of you and drawing for you.

And I have to say... WOW, I'm impressed! I brought 50 sets of handmade dice and you guys cleaned me out of almost all of them! I'm so happy that my little experiment was appreciated and I will happily start making more.

For those of you who bought a take home commission from me, I will be in contact with you in the next few days. I got swamped with those to the point that I had to stop taking orders so be patient while I try to finish everyone's pictures. I do have my normal art and commissions to work on while taking those on.

After the better part of a year's worth of work, I am excited to announce that my cookbook is now on sale!

It is obvious that I love to draw, but one of my other passions is cooking. Here I've compiled my favorite recipes from many different sources into one cookbook. It includes 150+ recipes from all courses from breakfast to dessert and I have made everything in this cookbook, so I can tell you that every one of them is delicious!

The book is told through the eyes of Shira, a professional chef that works in Trides, a massive city where many of my science fiction stories takes place. The book also has a lot of cute art of her and stories of her food adventures in the city (a few of them inspired by real life events).

The prototype of the furry cookbook is in the hands of Newie and myself. We are both looking through to see what needs to be polished up and I will be spending the next month fixing anything that needs to be and then I hope to have it ready for purchase by the end of November. Just in time for Christmas!

I usually don’t care much about birthdays, since I don’t care too much about getting older. But it’s a milestone birthday (I am now officially over the hill) so I figured I’d take this time to update everyone on what’s been going on with me.

Sheldon is back to 100% after his surgery. I promised special things to help pay the vet bills and I will stay true to my word! I have things planned for this and you may start seeing these things as early as next week.

The cookbook I’ve been writing has also been doing well! In fact, it’s almost done! I plan to officially launch it late this year after I’ve polished it. The finished book will contain over 150 recipes that covers all courses. I have plans for two more cookbooks afterwards but I will be taking a break to finish my coloring book before I work on those.

I will be Fursuiting at the Michigan Renaissance festival on Sunday. If you attend and see a khajiit walking around feel free to say hi.

Sheldon's surgery went well. I will spare the details, but I will say the removed object was much bigger than I expected.

He is a little tired from the ordeal, but he is healthy otherwise. He is acting a little more like himself already and started purring as soon as he saw me. I've already started taking precautions in the house so this doesn't happen again, but I'm also hoping that he comes out of this a bit smarter as well.

He will have to wear the cone of shame for 10-14 days until his stitches come out.

I'm waiting to see how much of the bill is covered by insurance so I can know my next move on offering Commissions to help over it.

So my cat Sheldon, as beloved as he is, is also a dumbass and got into some things that he shouldn't have and now likely has a stomach blockage that he will need surgery for. He's scheduled to go in for it tomorrow morning.

Thankfully I do have pet insurance for him, so most of the cost will be covered. There will be some that I will need to pay out of pocket for.

I'm not sure what I'll have to cover myself but I will likely be offering up some discount commissions or selling some fursuits that I've made for practice. Or both.
