Returning to internet after a shitty moving situation :/
Posted 2 years agoHello friends and a very very late Happy Holidays! How have you been? Are you enjoying New Year? I'm writing to you after a very busy few months here. I don't want to make excuses but I want to explain the situation that caused me to remain offline in these months.
Some of you may remember that a few years ago, my old landlord asked me for the house so he could put his son to live there, it was a very screwed up Christmas and many of you supported me to be able to move and I will always be grateful for that. The fact is that in this "new" house where we arrived in a hurry it was much worse than the previous one, even more than the Christmas Eve moving. Two months ago, a person came to cut off the electricity service at our house. At first we didn't really know why, but upon investigation it turns out that the owner of that house has a debt of $1,175 in electricity bills, something she "forgot" to mention when she rented her house to us. We talked to the person who cut off the service but he told us that there really wasn't much we could do, because of the amount of money the owner owed and how much time she had gone without paying. The only thing that the guy could do is gave us a few days before they cut the service permanently. So with time running out and trying to get our things out as soon as possible, we looked for a new house without much expectation. Fortunately, at the end of December they gave us a space in a nearby house, it's smaller but cozy enough and it was only this week that we were able to settle down. We finally have stable internet, water and electricity service without the risk of being kicked out.
We spoke with the owner of that house and she told us endless nonsense, maybe feeling too cocky about the fact that we'd no longer be renting her house. He told us that she not only owe the electricity bill, but that the house is also double mortgaged (I don't even know if there is a legal basis for being able to mortgage a house TWICE, but that's what she confessed to us) and in the end she literally told us "I'd have to find someone else to keep the thieves and thugs we had as neighbors at bay." That's right, we acted as guard dogs and she always knew it, and when we came for help she always denied it to us. Fortunately, this bitter pill is now behind us, and I would be lying to you if I told you that I wasn't traumatized by all the sh*tty stuff we experienced there, but now I have the opportunity to have a space where I can work and where I can sleep and eat without threats towards me, my family or without basic things as electricity or water. I'm very sorry for being late with the work, I am catching up and in the course of these days I will be delivering it to you. Now I am unpacking but I am still working and I would also like to continue receiving commissions, so after this setback I hope to be able to work better.
Once again I apologize to everyone, I really hope that things change being in this new house and I hope that you are doing very well.

Posted 2 years agoHello guys, I'm taking a break from my pending works to tell you something about a situation that has been afflicting me for a few days.
Lately I've received many notes from people who follow me from Deviantart, which I am infinitely grateful for and was one of the reasons why I decided to return. However, many of them have come back just to make false promises of "oooh yes I'll commission you someday, you can draw some WIP's for me now, right?" or "do you draw pictures for free?" and when I politely reply that I need the money and that I'm only taking commissions, they get offended and reply to me in a rude and manipulative way. There are already several cases and it's something that recently made me explode and I had to set limits. I even discovered that the people that claimed to be "my fans" such a long time ago were only using me for selfish purposes and that's something I can't tolerate.
Many times I've shared some of my problems with you, but the truth is that I don't do it trying to manipulate you all, but rather so that you know my situation, so that you can see my human side and why I disappear many times. So the fact that these people come to victimize themselves asking for free drawings when I'm living my own hell doesn't sit well with me. I'm having a hard time myself and the fact that they say "excuse me for being a worthless piece of shit" only makes me feel worse.
I am really sorry to have to go to these instances, but for my own health and peace of mind I'll block the next people who come with these types of messages. I'm always willing to answer DM's as quickly and kindly as I can, but I can't tolerate this toxic manipulation and empty promises that only hurt me more than I already am.

Posted 2 years ago Hey guys! I know I'm always spamming about the commissions but I have to insist because I've found something that could change the way I work. I've had this Wacom Capture tablet for over 10 years and I found a deal this week, so I could get a new tablet that could be set up in a better way and would get my jobs done faster and maybe better. I have no idea how long it will last, but my guess is that the offer will be viable until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week (in my country, the original price is $350 USD but the price went down to $250 USD, pretty much due to the dollar conversion TBH).
If anyone has a little extra money and would like to support me in order to buy this work material, I would greatly appreciate it ๐.
I will also be uploading during the weekend some examples of a type of commission that I am planning to offer if you want to support me but want faster work and a little cheaper.

Posted 2 years agoHey guys! I'm so sorry for being absent! ๐But I wanted to pass here and wish you all a Happy St. Valentine's Day! ๐ I hope you get a lot of love from your love one, friends and family, but most important, yourself
I've been offline because something sad happened here. I helped my brother with his moving, since he was living with her girlfriend and at the end, during my Bday's evening, he found that she cheated him with a guy from her office. So he was devastated and it was really hard to ask for help :c He didn't give me too many details, but it seems that she had the nerve to say that "he deserves that because she didn't feel safe with him and she was looking someone better", even when my brother helped her to get the job and with all the work she couldn't handle. Man, just a week before he bought her a chair for her office and some new clothes from her job, and she said that he didn't care about her... Oh well... And the moving has been such a mess, and now he's living with us for a certain time. TBH, I don't know what else I can do, I didn't want to hate her but before I can speak with her about the situation, she blocked me and remove me from all SNS :/ All I matter now is my brother and help him to surpass this heavy situation.
I don't want to make you feel sad or worry about me, just wanted to let you know this and if you could give us some advice, it'll be well received because I don't know what else to do. I suppose that I should give some time before try something else, but I really wanted to say her that she wasn't be fair with my bro...
I'll keep updating the progress of the commissions during these days, and once again I'm so sorry for all the problems. Happy Love Day! ๐

Posted 3 years agoHello my friends! I know that maybe you won't read this journal today because of all the holidays and the important stuff, but just wanted to leave it here before the year ends. This was an important year to me, because I took care of my mental health and I'm changing a lot of stuff that I didn't like it. And I'm still doing. But I really want to thank to all of you for being patient, for your constant love and support. To those people who commissioned me during all this year and all the people that send me love messages, you don't know how much it helped me to my broken heart, it means a lot (โยดโก`โ)โก
I hope that next year'll be productive for each one of you, full of love, health, joy and jobs (and money, for sure)! And don't forget to give love to all your beloved ones, please enjoy your family and friends as long as you can. Stay together. TBH, here in my country we don't use to celebrate it but I think it's a nice way to keep together with your family and friends and, most of all, be thankful about what you have, we should incorporate this holiday too somehow ๐งก Do you like this holiday? How do you celebrate in your city? I only cooked turkey for Xmas and I know it's very usual during Thanksgiving, so I'd love to know which type of food you use to cook for this day ๐ฑ

I'm posting this just to keep you updated about the water situation and other things that I've seen on Furaffinity ;v; First of all I wanted to say thank you to all the lovely people who commissioned me, that helped me a lot with some bills and groceries The water service situation is still on hold, because it is supposed that be ok, but last friday we receive a red alert where it said that the municipal government would suspend the service due to a nearby road construction today, but they haven't said if there'll be a total suspension this week or not. I hope that they won't leave us without the service for a long time. But I really thank everyone who helped me and commissioned me <3, I hope that during this time I can save a little more money so I can move to a better place next year ^^.

Posted 3 years agoI'd like to say that this Halloween has been terrifyingly good, but these have been very difficult days here. The municipal government thought it was a good idea to leave us without water for several weeks ๐ฅด (apparently, there are errors caused by a construction company near the town) and we've had problems hiring trucks that bring water every week. The neighbors have been horrible and there've been huge fights over service since we've been like this. It's been such a mess and we barely can charge water that can last us more than a week. The costs of each truck are quite expensive, so I have invested almost everything I had so that we could have the service ๐.

Posted 3 years agoHey guys! I know this is sooo repetitive but I'm back from hiatus again ^-^ Just wanted to let you know before I know that some people are worried about it. I wanted to finish some commissions first before start to upload works and updating my status again. I'd love to say that everything's cool here, but TBH these weren't our best weeks ๐ฅด But I hope I can stay logged a little more time and the things keep better ๐
So how have you been? I hope you're preparing something for Halloween! ๐ This is my favourite time of the year and I really really want to draw something celebrating it, I hope you enjoy these holidays too ^^ <3 Well I wish you a great week and I'll do my best to keep submitting cool drawings around here! :3

Have you some recipes to share?
Posted 3 years agoHello people! I hope you're great! Remember that a few weeks ago I told you that I was on pyschologic treatment? Well, I could finally pay for some nutritional change too, so I'm betting on a healthier lifestyle. Probably I'll lose some pounds and I can recover some health, I hope! ๐
Sadly I only have a few recipes here and it's hard to find something that isn't too much oily (in my country, it's common to eat with a lot of oil and flour). Have you some recipes that you'd like to share? Maybe I can create a similar version of your idea here in my country and I can share the results later, if I can adapt them here ๐Maybe I can share with you some recipes if you're interested, 1 recipe for 1 recipe haha!
