Since I have tended to be an enigma and not expose much about me, I'll appropriately disclose some stuff about me.

First, I value friendship highly. Usually if anything happens, I try to do what I can for friends and don't want to lose them. Otherwise as a general thing, I love to make more friends and try to be friends with anyone I can. Where I stand as far as opinions on different on things, I'm often neutral and observe. And in the case of trolls, I just play along, we're both nerds in the serious business that is the internet. I will have my times where instead of being a nice guy, I'll come off as a bit of a dick. Also, I don't mean to come off as totally being bad, but if I'm wronged or intentionally to be insulted, I will seek a way to make that person hurt likely in a psychological sense. Normally, I'll just like to poke fun at situations and some people. I'm Jestre of course. :P I do regret feeling like if I give off having an ego.

Breaking off to something different, and sorry to give you a sob story, but from first to eighth grade, I was ridiculed a lot in different ways by many, whether verbal or physical. Had to mature quickly due to this. Not much of a childhood. Though I did get help from my family and some of the school staff, the damage was done. In high school, the ridicule was all gone, but it took me until almost the end of high school to get used to knowing I was getting messed around with in a friendly way when such a situation occurred. Really, I started out very serious and stoic since I mentally was such out of the experience and kept myself closed off except to few. It could even have been seen online on how I was at the time, and gradually I eased up. I really took a lot seriously because it was hard to think of it as a "joke" after 8 years of it actually being serious. Though I'll be 20 come June 29 (wow, I'm hitting 20 o.o), it took me probably until I was 18 to be used to the messing around in a joking sense. Doing the math, it took me 4 years for that to happen. Look at me now though, I'm Jestre (still Shadow-Fox Kakuretsin and Ultima Mewtwo otherwise), a joker known to many as such with the whimsical, fun sense of humor.

If you want to put a name to my normal personality, I'm easygoing.

Also, what do you personally think of me?

EDIT: Almost forgot a big thing about me that is constantly noticeable and that is my taste in "dark" things. Shadows, black clothes, dark/evil characters, gothic style clothing, occasionally "emo/goth" music. The reason I love it: I just do, it's the way I am. At least I don't give off that, "hey, pay attention to me and my broodiness!" vibe and I at least have an often positive personality while wearing GOTHIC clothes. :P

Frickin awesome. Saw it in IMAX 3D. Epic movie indeed and it deserves the record breaks. So much original designs and a great story.

Extended name: Hyena-vulpine-jackal-canine.

Appearance: Though varied in amount and placement, there is prominent jet black fur. The eyes have a black sclera and the irises will involuntarily glow in the dark or from emotion. The body's shape and markings also make the daemon appear to be somewhat sleek and a cross between a jackal and fox. Dentally, all of the teeth appear to be sharper, but similar to the canine family's.

Personality: Their personalities can be equivalent to any normal being, but are more prone to insanity from being so encapsulated by darkness. Ultimately, when insane, they enjoy it, and can be somewhat sane to a degree, but are still limited by the increased adrenaline, endorphins, and dopamine that comes from the insanity. Also, when in the state of insanity, the notorious, frozen smile and wide eyes will lie on their face.

Mortality: Born from physical parents, the hyvanine/daemon of darkness has a physical body that ages and is, indeed, mortal. Which means they can die from any cause of death seen with humans. Although their immortal spirit, when physically dead or astral projecting, can be seen as a wispy shadow, similar to their physical form, by anyone and are at that point. A physical body can be remade, but it is only done after years of extended focus. The only drawback of the spiritual form is that manipulation of darkness is drastically weakened.

Use of Darkness/Powers: An often seen feature from them is "Shadow Slip" where they actually can go in and out of any shadows; often used for stealth. A dense, focused orb of darkness can also be manifested in secluded area for quick, effective manipulation of it for such uses of healing, weaponry, and protection. How the healing works is that the darkness covers up and fills in any wounds and with the chemicals inside, it speeds up healing. In the case of a lost limb, using focus, the darkness can be formed into a replacement limb, otherwise it will shorten to the cut and work to regenerate the limb with less focus from the user. For weapons and protection, darkness can stretch and harden to become a shield, and can otherwise shape into often seen hand-to-hand weapons such as staffs and blades. More focused users can create the intricate form of gun to fire upon another. Those features can also be done separate from the orb although, they're smaller and slower depending on the amount of darkness nearby the daemon. Something to help the daemon when in a bind is that they can pull darkness out from their mouth since the inside of the body is always pitch black.



(Yeah, a little Mary-Sue here and there, but at least they have weaknesses. :P And as far as my taste for darkness, I've just always liked it and the color black. So emo/goth. {/.-) )

I'm not looking for support on the matter, but for a long time I have felt like that in the end, I will amount to nothing and fail at achieving success. It's been a stagnant thought in my mind for a long time and has worn me down. I have "potential," but I've looked and seen many outdo me and that deters me from feeling I will have something to be sure of. The thought hurts.

Took a while, and a little procrastination while being busy with college and work but the SecondLife iteration has been finished and created solely by me, with a little help when the textures wouldn't work (love you guys).

With the creation of Jestre, I've talked about it a little bit with a few friends, but with a little bit in changes for the markings, I'll likely sell the Hyvanine species at some point. Reason I want to change the markings: I want to keep Jestre unique. Took me a while to finalize those markings. Don't want to see clones of him. D:

I'll get to that when I come up with new Hyvanine markings. The reason I deliberated over selling the Hyvanine: rule 34 on SL in the effect of people will do EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to an avatar in ways of making them a little more freaky than they need to be. Copybots still worry me too.

Little thing that peeves me.

You and your ability to eat more than three meals and snacks and still keep skinny. I eat 1-2 meals a day with hardly any snacks and I only manage to lose tiny bit by tiny bit over a long period of time. Still don't exactly consider myself fit with the small belly I have even if I am 5'11'' with a 36'' waist. :U (Damn pressured stereotypes causing insecurity.)

</first half referenced in title>

Those of you who caught my other journal about me having con crud, I still have it, mainly being just a cough now, but since we finally were able to get a good thermometer at my dad's house, after I forced myself to work Black Friday so I can have money in my account to pay those damned bills, I found out my temperature was at 101.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Explains that headache I got later at work which made it painful to just move my eyes. :P

I trekked through...though feeling slightly dizzy at times. Why must I be sick when I'm scheduled getting the most amount of hours I've had in ages?! D:

Oh, and while being sick, I multi-tasked like most have to when working retail on Black Friday. Fun juggling customers. A nice thing though is the one gets more on commission on Black Friday, and I got Performance Protection Plans (Office Depot's extended warranties) on three cameras. And as long as the store's percentage meets what it needs, I'll get that extra pay I'll need so to be less worried on my budget. :D Those bills kill what little slack in funds I'm left with. :<

It started probably a day or two after MFF as an intense cold, and I still have it as I type this. The congestion is gone, but the aches and pains with a cough on top of my body being worn from MFF sure made the pain indeed double. D:

Called in for work if anyone's is curious. No way in hell would I be able to work in the condition I'm in. Especially when I have to work Black Friday for working retail at Office Depot. Joy. ._.

AWESOME. I love my local furcon that is Midwest FurFest. Met so many furs, went many places in the hotel, and had so much fun. I went Thursday night, and stayed til late Sunday. :3 A thing I like about MFF, is that it acts as a pseudo 4-day con with the con opening up a few things Thursday night.

Now to list who I met and either chatted with or passed by:
 ozkangaroo, skyryd3r,met  tzup again, thesomething, kwipper(who I've known since MFF 2006), roxikat, hypr, palmerhusky, frostcat (who I've known for a while), blazger (who I got to know a bit better), Duncan Husky (don't know if he has an FA account though he had many balloons XD), erroshadowpaw, loafer and  Razok who let me room with them, passed by  razzy6, went to a room party  Teh hosted where I saw multiple furs I've known only along the screen of the internet such as  mozee, alkora, and others, and there are many others who I got the chance to be with, even those I knew a little on SL. Also, met some of those I've known on Wikifur other than Green Reaper like Sawblade5. Great time, great people.

Some of you may have seen me as a gopher in front of the Dealer's room during the three main days, but otherwise, I made it to all of the fun dances. I also had my wild fun at "Whose Lion Is It Anyway?" Got booted for making too many sex jokes, but my local, good friend, Jinglehopper was on fire. The furry charades were also a blast, and I would've gone to the fursuit games, but, man, was I tired from all the prior activity.

Fun little thing I did was during the panel of "Furry and the Media," after hanging in for a bit, I went to get my fro and Guy Fawkes mask to make fun of the panel and bring a little bit of surprise and laughter. Uncle Kage and 2, who were hosting, got a kick out of it. XD Attended a few other panels too.

Still though, great con. It's gonna be interesting to see MFF at the Rosemont Hyatt and Convention Center, the place I've known the large Anime Central con to be and with ACen as large as it is, I'll estimate we'll likely be at that hotel for over 10 years.

I feel like venting since I haven't in a while. I was notorious for it on a couple of other sites. :P

Anyway, you ever pass by someone who still has certain, negative feelings on something months, maybe years, later? How the fuck can someone have the energy for such a stigma? Good god, I don't bother with being negative more than a day. You still hate something MUCH later in time when it doesn't affect you today? What the fuck? 1: Shut up. 2: Move on. OH DEAR, ONE PERSON MADE US LOOK BAD! HATE! OH GOD I HATE YOU FOR SAYING THAT FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS! HATE! If I had the chance to meet some of these people face-to-face, that "I'm cool" persona from behind a computer would change. At least there wouldn't be a way to block me from my retorts and I don't have to bother with text that has no voice followed by being blocked before a logical rebuttal. :>
