So I'm planning to have my remaining three slots completed by next week and I'd like to thank all my current commissioners for their patience! I'm ramping up my art schedule and I'd like to open up more slots to complete before Thanksgiving! So I'm opening up 10 slots now with the intention to have them done every week and if there are many takers, I will continue a 10 slot block schedule per week until Thanksgiving!

So apparently I'm being called out for not finishing a piece I completed months ago and is posted to my account. I'm going to leave it there for a time until the matter is settled but I'd like to make something clear. Before you pay for ANYTHING in this life, make sure its what you want. Buyer's remorse is not the responsibility of the artist or vendor.

If a consumer buys opera tickets, goes to the show, and doesn't like the show at the end, they don't get their money back. They paid for a performance.

If you PAY for a piece of work at completion and then months later are not satisfied with it, don't come crying to the artist for your money back. Artists cannot refund time and effort put into a work. Simply work with the artists to get your revisions and set reasonable timelines and deadlines (or any deadlines) for the work. Communication is also important.

Trying to get your money back through Paypal or asking that the artist be banned for a community for lack of communication is not a mature or sane way to handle a business transaction. I'm going to set a new, clear policy soon for any further commissioned work.

Update to commissions,  ratchet commission is complete. Progress on current commission - 60%, pencils complete on 5-stage transformation sequence.

It's that time of year again, back to Pitts for AC!

This year I'll be wheeling and dealing again at table D11, next to the super-talented  spunky. Next door is the double team of  solidasp and  beastlybahamut at table D10. And next to them is the ice cream eatin', baseball lovin'  wfa!! Uh oh, almost forgot drinking and partying with  faint and  brucekent!!! BOOOOOOOOOOZE

This year I'll be toning down, I'm selling DVD collection of my old works plus my portfolio from last year as well, plus my print collection with a couple of additions.

I'll be mostly doing sketch books and individual sketches on bristol.

The nice part is being able to meet up with friends and peeps I don't see often. So I'll be walking around as well bothering everyone I can :)

So AC 2009 is fast approaching and I'm preparing a few little new goodies, but I will have my portfolio again from last year plus my 2008 art CD. i will be taking sketchbooks, sketches, comms, and badges while at the show, so please come by!

But in the time before the show, I will be taking sketch commissions (these allow me ample time to finish a piece without losing my potatoes before the show) and finishing my backlog comms. I only have one backlog comm and a fix-up pic from last year's AC to finish, but other than that I don't believe have anything else in my queue. If I'm mistaken, please msg me to discuss.

Anyway, if you'd like a sketch comm, the price is $20 even for a single character and simple BG or theme. I sketch ink all pieces digitally, so there are no originals (paper). If interested, just drop me a line. Peace!
