The yearly Eurofurence journal entry
General | Posted 12 years agoIt seems like I have always written a journal here exclusively short before or after an Eurofurence.
So here it is, Eurofurence 19 is coming in about a week and since I managed to become an ordinary attendee this time again, you may behold now my epic EF-Meme.
I put together some significant questions which I had stolen from the Memes of
JakeWolgon's & 
Katara's Journals.

Where are you staying?
At the Maritim Hotel.
How do you travel to the conside?
By Train, the Deutsche Bahn is my friend.
When will you arrrive?
I'll land on wednesday the 21st of August ´
approximately at 14:56 local time at the
Magdeburg mainstation.
If some of you want to pick me up at the trainstation
I would be a rather happy dragon. :)
Just let me know if you have such plans.
When will you leave?
Very late Sunday I guess, not sure yet.
Whos my roommate?
The one and only
soulhunter-amras!
Where can you be found during the con...
...during the day?
In the lobby, in the dealers den, in the artshow,
seldom on my room I guess.
...during the night?
In the lobby (again), at the Pianobar (if my money lasts XP)
in the artists room (maybe doing some "art"),
maybe on roomparties, dancefloor, seldom in bed. .
How many EFs/Cons have you attended so far
Eight EFs, so this will be my ninth and will be my 14th
convention overall.
What/where will you be eating?
One day I'll have to go to the Steak House.
The othter days I'll check out several restaurants
with others (who ever they may be XP)
What is/are your goal(s) for the con this year?
Having fun together wit old friends and new.
Who will you hang out with during the convention?
Since this year is my 10th annevercery in Furry Fandom,
I'll hang out with as much furs as possible. Especialy
with those I became friends with over the past 10 years.
Can I talk to you?
Of course! I always love to meet new people.
Especially if you are someone I only new online so far.
Which languages do you speak?
English (not native) German (native)
May I touch/hug you?
For shaking hands yeah
A Hug as an 'hello' or 'bye' if I already know you (in person) too.
But more touching is not necessary I guess.
Can I take photos of you/with you?
Please ask before you do.
Can I buy you drinks?
Me and my wallet wouldn't say no! :P
Will you be suiting?
Sadly not this time... :/
Are you nice?
Even if I have somtimes a very serious or
tired facial expression, I always try to be nice.
And I don't bite.
If I see you, how should I get your attention?
Wave at me with wide arm movements or just approach
and say hi. I'm sometimes a bit blind at such big cons.
How is the best way to find you?
If you are running around the lobby, bar in front or behind
the hotel, you may spot me sooner or later.
I'm the guy with the hobbit like ears, blue eyes with to big
pupils (no i don't take any drugs) and semi long darkblond Hair
I'll wear some bright blue/cyan clothes this time. XP

General | Posted 13 years agoIt is nearly a year ago again since my last post on my FA Journal.
Time to become a bit more active again, at least until I forget this journal feature of FA anew. ^^"
But enough of introblabla, for this few guys and girls on this site who may be interested, here some Essential Facts of my recent life:
Everything Fluctuates:
There is never continuance! ...or so it seems... This is one thing I learned the last 10 months.
After I moved to the north tip of Germany and started this "new live" I soon learn that things are also changing even if you don't want them to change in the first place.
My relationship with
hzangrasraxian ended. That hit me hard at the beginning of this year, but for now it's ok.
It wasn’t that big drama you might expect in the furry fandom, so there is still a certain friendship.
Also things change if you at least expect it!
The last time such a relationship ended, I had this long time lasting over a year, where I had no mate or someone like that, till I was 'ready' to start such a relationship again.
But this time this guy came.
To be honest and make it short, even if I was very unsure at the beginning whether it is right to start a new relationship that soon after a long lasting other or not, Takeo and I are happy together now (similar to the milk and the chocolate in the Kinderschokolade commercial).
Emerging Free time:
Sadly I also hadn’t much time for many of my furry friends out there. The courses at the college this semester were a bit to time consuming. But now I have some spare time again and I hope I can use it to stay more in contact to you all.
Enhancing Frustration:
Yay! Soon there will be the biggest Furry Convention of Europe again: EUROFURENCE!
I have already seen a number of EF-Memes on FA full of enthusiasm and anticipation!
EF here and EF there… Every year it’s a big event with meeting friends, having fund and what not. And you know what?!
I won’t attend this year….
Believe me its very Frustrating. Especially because that will mean that I won’t see some furs I always loved to meet there every year and where I have no other chance to meet them elsewhere! But live is hard and unfair and so I had to come to the conclusion that for personal and sadly also for financial reasons I just can’t be there this year.
For me it will be the first year since 2004 I won’t attend to Eurofurence and also it’s the first year as it seems I won’t attend to any mayor Furry Convention… To be honest: I’ll survive that! But I hope I can manage to come to some other Furry Meetings to prevent to unfurralize during the remaining year. ;)
That was all so far to know.
A bit much this time again, sorry!

General | Posted 14 years agoFinally I found some time to sit back and write something about... you know... things you think others could be interested in.
Lets start with the con everyone was talking about the last two weeks, Eurofurence 17:
For me it was a fun convention, even if it wasn't that overwhelming event for me as this huge international convention should be.
Because of much changes and personal problems I had and have in my live at the moment, I sadly wasn't always able to enjoy this convention to the fullest. Anyway, I had much fun with the girls and guys I mentioned before in the Journal "Eurofurence 17 - Who'll be there? I will!" (+
moonworld , 
Kashjew , 
Asgraeac , 
goddy and many others) and I'm also happy to got to know to some new crazy furs like 
canineMind , Katara , 
GothWolf (aka the wolf that never sleeps), 
Toumal and so much more funny people.
Some special thanks goes to Kashjew who lend hzangrasraxian and me his Fursiut and made it possible that I was able to fursuit for the first time after nearly 8 years I was jumping around in this furry fandom already. Eurofurence is a hell of a stage for such a debut and if you have seen a fawn horse with white mane and brown loincloth running around at the fursuit-dance or -parade the first days: that was me! ;)
So all in all Eurofurence 17 was a cool event for me, not that overwhelming but cool, thanks to all who where part of it! I just hope I can attend to more various conventions again next year and can enjoy them a little more.
Other things and what to come:
After I arrived at home again, I had to do some hard decisions. But the board is set now:
At the end of this week I'm going to move from the very south of Germany to the up high north, right to the baltic sea.
There I'll be studying "multimedia production" at the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel, being more often together with my dragon hzangrasraxian (cause I’ll live just an hour away now) and hopefully meet much more furs up there than here where I came from.
I’m not sure if I’ll be able to use the Internet immediately after I moved up there, but I’ll try to get online as soon as possible again.
Enough written for now, I have to continue to fix out how I get my stuff up there the most economic way. Whish me luck that everything works out somehow. Thanks!
